Last two delivery I had with them went terrible. First one was 6 hours late and second one didnt even delivered. I know their prices are reasonable, but if you add the time they waste from you to deliver items, it well worth it to shop somewhere else, even twice the price. I got many texts that my delivery will be here but after 3 different calls and many hours waste of time, they couldnt even know if the items are physically available. The system cannot be broken more than this. Just do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Terrible shipping system. Second time I have not received my item on time or damaged. Company doesn’t care about its consumers one bit. Cancelled my order, save your money and ship elsewhere. Call center is outsourced and completely useless.

We decided to do a self pick up of a recliner, so you have to drive 5 minutes from the showroom to the distribution center. Cool. We make the quick drive and back our truck up to the loading dock area. We go to the window with ID and paperwork, and 5 minutes later we have the recliner. Easy peasy. Be warned.... do this as soon as they open, dont wait around until the afternoon. There were repeat customers there that complained about busy afternoons, so thats why they were there upon opening. The staff are no nonsense. In, out, keep it moving.

As always they have me in and out without wasting my time. The security guards are always very helpful and polite

We waited here forever. Only two people managing the entire warehouse at 4:30 pm Saturday.

Picked up a dresser here on a Sunday afternoon. The process was fairly easy. You check in, provide order number and show identification. They ask you to park close to loading area if possible. I went during a busy time as there were about 6-7 people ahead of me. It took about 40 mins to get my dresser. The Living Spaces folks were great and loaded things quite quickly considering there were only 2 of them. Parking in the loading area is where it gets tricky because it is a free for all. Its not a huge space but you have about 4 lanes to use. Some customers were eager to get their vehicles into the loading area ASAP even if there were others before them that hadnt got in quite yet 🤦🏽‍♀️ Just make sure to bring some patience with you and maybe some snacks too.

Employees helped get what I needed quickly. Also did a great job of keeping customers at a safe distance from each other while loading.

Takes forever to get your item on a busy day, which is pretty much every day. There is no point using the web feature to let them know youre on your way. The wait can be anywhere between 30 minutes to over 90. The only reason youd come back more than once is to make use of the 25 dollar coupon.

Awesome experience! Unlike Ashley Furniture which we had to cancel our order and buy from living spaces (should have bought here in the first place) living spaces had our entire order and it was on time.

I wish these puerile would update their information on Google maps. Otherwise, not a bad place to deliver a load, just wish they could have some empty trailer available when we come and drop a load.

The people here are wonderful and have a passion for furniture. I purchased a couch and ottoman from Living Spaces. Both were delivered within a few days AND within the stated delivery window.I will definitely buy from Living Spaces in the future.One bit of advice - Most material/covers for couches are special order and take over a week, sometimes longer, for it to be delivered.

We ordered a couch online and decided to pick it up from the Living Spaces DC in Fremont. The facility was extremely well run with personable staff and top notch logistics. This is hands down the best furniture retail and pickup experience Ive ever had and Im impressed with their DC operations group!

Horrible store. Will never buy anything from this store. They sell cheap material and cheat you by selling warranty. Warranty is worthy nothing. When you call for service they will never honor it. You call living space and the real face comes out. Warranty is offered by third party you need to work with them. They sell it just to cheat customers.

Pick up was SO easy! They have a nice waiting area and clean nice bathrooms while they pull your furniture. If youre hungry/thirsty there are vending machines too.

Simple checkin process - go to the counter and give them your confirmation number on your receipt. Then you wait at your car until they call your name.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do NOT purchase from here. I never leave reviews, but this experience has been a nightmare. We purchased $7,000+ of furniture from Living Spaces. Luckily, most of it is beautiful. Unlucky for us, they delivered the wrong size mattress, and are refusing to return or even replace it with the correct size mattress. We didn’t notice that they delivered a California King instead of an Eastern King, because our bed frame didn’t come until a month later. They’re saying because we didn’t contact them within 7 days, there is nothing they can do. To say we are frustrated and upset is an understatement. Take your business elsewhere, and avoid Living Spaces at all costs.

Ikea, with less customer service and higher prices

I really do love this place it has my style of interior design. I would love to have given this place five stars but as an long-term customer I believe the service is not as quiet as it used to be or maybe it could have just been my sales rep having a moment. All in all I Do highly recommend if youre in the market for some interior furniture design or some home decor give this place a visit I definitely believe they will not disappoint you.

Place to pick up on line orders. Went to store first and they sent me here. Took about 15 min to find. Easy in and out but I was there after 6pm during a week day. Good service and merchandise was in good shape.

This place is a great example of inefficiency. Took three hours of waiting to get my order. Better off to pay for the delivery service if you value your time. They suggested that we go get lunch while waiting and while at lunch, I received a text message stating that the order is ready for pick up. I rushed back to the warehouse after cutting lunch short and was told it was sent in error. not only was the order NOT ready, it took about two more hours before I had to ask about the status and discovered that the boxes were in fact pulled out and waiting in the staging area for over an hour.

There is no network at this place. The wait for pick up has been anywhere between 10-30 mins.

It is very cold inside. The wait is about 15 min. The entrance for customer pickup is not clearly marked. The pickup dock is spacious. The pickup is painless with the associates doing all the heavy lifting.

The employees at the distribution center are more helpful than the employees at their showroom. I would think twice before I make a purchase from living spaces again.I bought full size trundle bedroom set from living spaces. The purchase was smooth until I received the product. They gave me all the wrong pieces.I called customer service and they said it would take a minimum of 10 days to process the exchange. My only other option was to carry the entire set back to the showroom and they can verify the issue. Thats what I did. I took everything back and the person in the showroom verified the problem and told me it would take another 5 days to process the exchange. That was unacceptable. They had it in stock and I didnt understand why it would take them 5 days to swap it out.I stopped by the distribution center on our drive home. They were so helpful. They had me call customer service and got on the phone with them with me. They told the representative that I received the wrong parts and they can swap it out immediately. I am very thankful for their help.Please train your team to handle situations in a better manner, especially, when its not the consumers fault.

I went on a late Saturday afternoon and only had to wait 15 minutes. I mustve gone at a good time cause the employee said theyre usually very busy. Anyway, they brought out my boxes and wheeled them out to my car on a hand truck. They offered to load them into my car but I did it myself cause I had to rearrange stuff. This place has a surprisingly huge bathroom, I counted 11 stalls, 5 urinals, and 8 sinks. Thats bigger than some airport bathrooms.

Easy to find location. HUGE warehouse. Ordered on line, and went to store that same day to pick up items. Showed paperwork to the employee, waited in the mock living room for items to come out. It was loaded for me into my vehicle, and away I went! I was in there for less than 20 minutes.

Drop and Hook, always have MTs. Parking available on the street. Circle K, a block away.

STOP NOW and go read reviews about this company on every website you can! I regret not doing that. These guys have the worst customer service and business practices I have seen in my life. They lure in to buy at the store and once you do, you are on your own. Bought a $500 rug from them and then UPS lost it. Instead of sending me a new one right away they first asked me to deal directly with UPS to resolve the issue. Then later they said they cannot replace or refund me until UPS finishes its investigation which takes up to 8 business days. I spent over an hour speaking to customer service reps and managers and non of them would agree to the logical thing which is to send me the damn rug I paid for or refund me right away. I already waited for 14 days for this. Now I need to wait another 8 days and then 8 days to manufacture a new rug and a few more days to ship it. All this time holding my money hostage!

Courteous staff, from the representative who checked me in, to the forklift operator who brought the furniture to my truck and helped me load it. He even made sure I had straps.

Quality product but not so great costumer service.Bought a sectional couches they gave me one wrong piece, It was a pain in the neck to exchange it, had to go back and forth between warehouse and store to get the paperwork to exchange it! 🤨😬

Very helpful staff, we found a couch that was the perfect fit for our small living room! Staff werent pushy at all and the prices were way better than lithe furniture stores we visited. A bit more expensive than ikea but waaaaaay more comfortable!

Generally picking up furniture is always a hassle kind of stressful, I believe living spaces distribution staff members understand it. Their friendly staff provides a very prompt service, can help to load and even provide materials if u need to tie up any car roof top boxes.

I ordered for a sectional from living spaces and being a busy weekend it could not be delivered to my place in time for when I needed it. I needed to pick it up at the distribution center if I wanted it in time.I was told to go early as they expected large crowds and long waits over the weekend.When I went there, much to my surprise there was no crowd, processing was quick and the product was brought our for me to take away.Note, this is a different location from the store for those who dont know.Clean, efficient, courteous. Great experience overall.

I went here to pick up an item I purchased and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was told the wait time would be around 15 minutes and it ended up only being 5 minutes. The young man even brought the item to my vehicle. Very kind employees.

I think this location of Living Spaces, in particular, is amazing. It is absolutely HUGE, and have a wonderful and wide selection of pieces.Furnishing a new 2 bedroom place, I needed nearly everything. I found the JAXON kitchen table and chairs, JAXON bed (platform and headboard), nightstands, and dresser, and for the guest bedroom, COLTON bed (headboard and frame). I love the JAXON line of products (darkest brown, nearly black, with bolts embedded). The COLTON is very nice, and was marked way down.The delivery service, $99 for everything, was outstanding and quick. They installed and put together everything, and were very thorough and clean.DONE.Its been about 3 months since I purchased the items and love everything.

Cheapest furniture ever! We bought a bed, it broke within 6 months, the process to get it repaired under warranty was ridiculous. The worst most incompetent customer service ever, they made it so difficult and messed up at every step. We finally got it fixed and the bed broke again after another 6 mo the, of course out of warranty now. Should have gone with IKEA.

We were told by 2 different employees that our chair would be at the distribution center. We went there and waited an hour before being told it was at the other Living Spaces store. They tried to call 3 times to confirm but no one picked up at Living Spaces. The employees were slow and not helpful and it took over an hour just to be told my chair was at the other location. There were 15 people waiting behind me and I can only imagine how long they waited.

Easy process to pick up but being that pickup was scheduled it could have gone faster.

Distribution center in Fremont is fine. However, their transportation is terrible, I would not give even one star. They have damaged my furniture delivery three times. They dont care at all about unpacking, they dropped recliners from truck, cut through material when unpacking, soiled the material with oily hands, etc. Find another delivery company!

The place is busy so dont expect to show up and load up and tour on your way. I waited for 40 minutes but they are very professional and organized. They will also keep the boxes of you dont need them.

I have the pickup date on my receipt, but when I drive 30mins to the DC, they told me it is still on its way... I thought at least they should call me or email me to notify me, but nothing happened. We called their customer service and ask for solution. They checked and the product is in stock... so they canceled my order and reorder it again for me( which seems suspicious because it was not in stock the previous week when we buy it) but anyway, got our products eventually.

This was my first experience purchasing from living spaces and it was by far the worse shopping experience ever. I purchased 3 items (couches) on 3/16/19 and went to pick up on 3/24/19. My family and I waited for 4 hours, until staff finally reported accidentally giving away my loveseat. It was reordered and delivery was arranged for 4/12/19, but on 4/13/19 I was contacted over the phone to go pick it up. Once I explained that a delivery should have been arranged, the staff reported scheduling the delivery for 4/14/19. On 4/13/19, I was contacted that my loveseat was no where to be found and there were no more loveseats available to re-order. Once I spoke to the manager he apologized, but there was nothing offered for this negative experience. I requested that the other two items be picked up from my home and a full refund. I do not recommend this place. After that horrible shopping experience and costumer service, I will not be a returning customer.

Its terrible delivery service for my order (Bed frame/rails) and very disappointed.Its been 3weeks since I ordered my bed but it was still on the way.I had to visi their warehouse two times but the my items were not a ready for me to pickup without notification.Finally the items was supposed to be arrived at my house today with notification but no action has been occured.So I complained them on the phone call but they didnt apogy me and just got me refund.Its the worst experience ever.
