Tremendous Generosity Toward RefugeesAs everyone knows from the news, the crisis among refugees who are seeking safety from unstable governments is clear. As refugees are assigned relocation in Santa Clara and Alameda County, it was so wonderful to learn that this mattress gallery provided a brand new, high-quality queen-size mattress to a refugee family that had fled from Afghanistan. Imagine: To sleep peacefully, when one is used to waking to gunfire. To sleep soundly on a good mattress, when sleep is never guaranteed as lives are in danger. To know that youre sleeping on a new mattress that is kind to the earth is....over the moon happy. Amazing, comforting service! Richard was the most helpful and knowledgeable and helped recommend items that were custom to our needs. The result was the BEST BED EVER. We got the organic cotton bed with the Soft foam over the Medium which is perfect. AND when we were missing a part for the remote controlled bed frame he had it delivered overnight! We bought our mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, sheets few months ago and we couldnt be happier.Dominic took the time to understand our needs, explain and show us different options. He kept up update during the whole process.He is very professional, and we really appreciated his advices and services.For us it was really important to have the opportunity to see and try the products in the shop, and thanks to Dominic we found the right products.When we decided to buy a new comforter I emailed him, he answered me immediatly with a couple of options. My husband and I were looking to get a new mattress since ours was no longer supporting our body and had a noticeable dip. We had looked at mattresses at Macys and Hastens, but decided to keep looking. I discovered the Naturepedic brand when looking at mattresses on Coyuchis website.We stopped by the store about an hour before closing. There was another couple in the store trying out the mattresses. Dominic told us to try out the mattresses that werent disassembled since the couple had him swapping out pads from other mattresses to find one that fit them. We waited for a while and when the couple was done purchasing their mattress, Dominic put all the mattress back together for us to try. We tried the different mattresses but loved the Halcyon for the pillow top and the way it felt like a cloud wrapping around you. Dominic was very informative and there was no sales pressure. He stayed after closing to place our order. The time frame was around 4 weeks when we purchased in Dec 2019.My husband contacted the store in Jan 2020 since it was 4 weeks and we didnt hear anything about a delivery date. Richard informed my husband that there was a delay and we should receive it by mid Jan. For the delay Richard included a bamboo mattress pad to our order. Delivery day came and everything went smoothly. We are happy with our mattress and Dominic and Richard provided great customer service. Highly recommend Naturepedic if youre in the market for an organic mattress.

Im so glad this Naturepedic store opened in Campbell. This is the place to go for great service, friendly and helpful sales staff, and oh yeah, a range of super comfortable organic mattresses. I was helped by Steve and Richard, who were both very patient and knowledgeable. The quality of these handmade mattresses is really special. Steve explained that the wool outer casing naturally protects against dust mites, that the organic latex keeps its shape over time, and most importantly, that the comfort level can be adjusted as your body changes over time. And no toxic materials. And a 20 year warranty!Ive been suffering for months with back pain from my old mattress. When I found the right mattress there, my body was so happy. I got a great deal on the pillow top mattress with an adjustable base, sheets, latex pillows, and delivery. The products are top notch, made with integrity, and have a super high vibe.Thanks Steve and Richard!

Amazing customer services - we got our 2 crib mattresses delivered to us (ordered over the phone) and Richard and team were so helpful with us swapping out firmness layers on our EOS bed. Incredibly kind and helpful - they really just want to find you the perfect bed! (Tip - Id opt for more soft layers if you are used to traditional beds - latex tends to offer more support than youre used to)

Great products.We tried different mattresses for our daughter and asked to bring different types and lay them out so we can compare. Richard was very helpful with choices and understandable as we were spending a lot of time deciding. We were there on Monday when store is officially closed, but we were able to schedule an appointment since this was the only day we had time.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with this store, fantastic customer service.After reading about all the off-gassing in regular mattresses, I wanted my daughters first big-girl-bed to have a mattress that was free from all the harmful toxins, so researched a lot of mattresses and decided that Naturepedic in Campbell was the store for me.The mattresses are more expensive than a regular one at Sleep Train or the like, yes, but the story behind how they’re made is fascinating, and having peace of mind knowing that my daughter is not breathing in any harmful chemicals is worth the extra money for me.Richard helped me navigate around their products, and spent time explaining the differences to me – he was knowledgeable and fair, which helped me make an informed decision on a mattress that was going to last for the next 10-20 years. I now have a super soft, cozy, toxin-free and organic mattress, topper, waterproof pad and pillows – I can relax in the comfort that I’m doing the right thing by my child. Worth every dollar, I highly recommend this store, and Richard. More people need to know about these mattresses!

I love my new Naturepedic bed and Richard is the best to work with! I had considered getting a Mackrovski bed until I looked into Naturepedic and met Richard. The customer service that Richard has given me was outstanding! First he came in on a day the store is normally closed and spent well over an hour customizing beds for me until I was very satisfied that the bed he came up with would be very comfortable. When I left I wasnt still sure I would buy a Naturepedic. After I returned home to Minnesota I emailed Richard with questions and he called me to answer them personally. But he was not at all pushy - he just seems so completely enamored with his products and so sincere about making the customer happy. I ended up with a luxury line bed, 2 free pillows from Naturepedic, Coyuchi sheets and mattress pad, and a comforter he suggested. I havent received the comforter yet but everything so far is great and I am sleeping so well. Naturepedic is a great product - you are not only buying a comfortable bed but getting the best organic materials and it is well worth the price! And working with Richard was rewarding, entertaining and fulfilling. He is just simply a genuinely concerned, sincere and compassionate individual.

We had a very positive experience with both the mattress buying experience and the quality of our Naturpedic mattress from this store. With our second child on they way, we have become increasingly more interested in the ingredients that go into our household products. Upon doing some basic research, we found that there are now much better options out there for a quality mattress that does not use chemicals and other toxic substances. Given the amount of time we spend in our bed, it seemed worthwhile to make this a thoughtful purchase and investment. We looked at more expensive brands (organipedia- nearly double the price) and lesser known brands/makers (the Futon Shop) but found that Naturpedic was our happy medium- all quality ingredients at a price point that makes sense. Here are a few highlights.The customer experience:1. The salesman who attended us every time was helpful and considerate. He gave us all of the information, responded to our ongoing questions, but ultimately let it up to us to make the decision that we were comfortable with.The mattress:1. GOLs certified (which is what we were looking for to ensure that ingredients were actually chemical free and not just said they were) and made of only high quality cotton, wool, coils, and latex.2. The mattress is really comfortable.You can choose your level of firmness and even customize by side. I am now 9 months pregnant and have gotten amazing rest- priceless!3. The mattress comes in pieces that are then assembled together which means that we extend the life by just replacing individual components that may wear out with time. The warranty is also pretty solid (10 year and then prorated after that until 20 years) which gives us peace of mind that this is a long term investment.Overall, we couldnt be happier that we made the decision to buy something that supports healthy and toxic-free rest.
