I just bought my first mattress from here and can I just say that the experience way easier than I thought it would be. I had no idea what type of bed was good for me or even what I wanted but when I walked in there Hannah was right there to help. She had me try a bunch of types of beds to figure out what type of firmness I liked and was completely understanding when I said that I was looking for a mattress more on the cheap side. She took me to try the discounted mattresses and had me try all the ones in my comfort zone while picking up and placing the mattresses on the display bed (I don’t not know how she did that). But from that I was able to find the mattress I wanted at the price I wanted. She overall made the experience 110% better and I wish I could give her even more stars than this. So if you ever want to buy a mattress from here ask for Hannah.

We stopped by Mattress Firm Brokaw Commons to see if we could get one step closer to finally buying a new mattress and base set. Philip the manager, was our host for the night. He was helping another party when we arrived, but that didnt stop him from making us feel welcome and making us feel cared for. Philip was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. This was our first real big mattress purchase and it was a very enjoyable experience because of Philip. Too bad mattresses last 10+ years because I would be more than happy to chop it up with Philip again. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit Philip. World class service!

My husband & I got our temperpedic, adjustable frame & mattresses, cooling & vibrating bed. We had it on what Mattress Firm calls “zero g” with our heads & feet up the optimal amounts. My husband IMMEDIATELY began to fall asleep in bed in the afternoon watching TV. My husband NEVER sleeps in the afternoon! Our new bed & that setting are just TOO COMFY for him!

I called Mattress Firm Berryessa to confirm if they carried a particular brand mattress. Typically when you call retailers, the person who picks up the phone usually answers your question and thats that. On this morning, Fethi confirmed they carried tempur-pedic beds and asked if Ive ever shopped with Mattress Firm before. He asked me additional questions and told me hed be at the store ready to greet me when I arrived. Upon my arrival, sure enough -- Fethi was there ready with a clipboard and warm welcome. He asked me several questions before having me demo a few mattresses. He was attentive, helpful, and helped me find the exact set up I was looking for to have a better nights rest. Along with selling me what I came in looking for, he made sure I went hold with everything I needed -- new pillows, bed protector, new sheets, and an extended coverage in case I run into any issues with my adjustable base.Before leaving, the store manager, Philip asked me what bed I picked out and helped me confirm I made a great choice.When I needed to reschedule, Lira was extremely helpful and managed to change my delivery to the next day!!

If you need help finding a bed for you and your spouse then I suggest you go when Philip is working!! He helped my husband and I find a new bed! I suffer from shoulder aches and sciatic nerve pain, so my husband and I settled on a firm king intellibed. We had a plush Icomfort before, and it was probably comfortable for the first 2-3 years. It’ll now be almost 6 years since we’ve had a foam top bed. I wake up achey in my back and hips and I’m only 27...I’m excited to try this gel bed with the adjustable bed frame... Philip your very detailed descriptions of each bed, especially the bed we bought is stellar! We came in just to look to get an idea but we were sold completely by the end of each demonstration and tour of the different beds. Thank You for the experience!

Gary made me feel VERY unwelcomed without my husband. When I walked in the store by myself I said, ”My husband and I are in the market to for a new mattress”, Gary said something to the effect of “ he gave you permission ?”. I laughed it off thinking it was a joke but then he made it very clear that it was an inconvenience to him (the salesperson) that my husband was not there. After explaining to Gary that we’ve had our mattress for 10 years, that my husband has back issues, and the conflict in our work schedules made it difficult to be at the store together, Gary said said it is best to have both partners present “Unless the wife is more dominant then it would not be problematic. For some reason I continued to ask him questions (which he answered), he eventually showed me a couple mattresses, and then at some point during our interaction Gary apologized for being “mean” to me. Gary clearly knew how he was acting/treating me (A CUSTOMER) was a problem, because he apologized without me asking. I gave the interaction with Gary 2 stars because he made me think about considering a few factors in my mattress purchasing decision including my budget, my sleeping position, and spring vs memory foam for back support; However, there is no excuse for a salesperson to make potential customers feel like an inconvenience to the store. I especially didn’t appreciate the sexist and patriarchal remarks in our conversation. This was my first time shopping for a mattress in a store and I have to say it was not pleasant, I will not be returning.

My husband and I came in to browse, and Mike was a great help to us in figuring out what mattress fit us. Mattress shopping is usually kind of daunting to me because there are just so many types laying out in front of me. We ended up picking a great mattress and got some great deals too.The delivery was also a good experience. They called the day prior to let us know what time, and I also got an email confirmation with tracking info. We had one issue where the warehouse didnt send us all the parts for our base, but Mike and the delivery guys were able to solve the problem for us easily. 👍

Went into Mattress Firm on Saturday not sure what to expect. Fethi helped me look for a mattress that fit my budget and sleep need. When we suddenly have to moved into a new house, we didnt really have a mattress to use. Fortunately, Gary helped us find stores that have the mattress that we wanted. He was really patient with us being a little distraught with our situation.

Really bad service. I bought 2 mattresses that supposed to arrive on a Wednesday which they didn’t. I called to check on my order and they said they’ll call me back to keep me updated which they didn’t. Next day I called them back to check again, they responded me that they’ll call back because they were busy with another costumer. They never called back so I had to drive all the way to the store to check on my own order. They don’t take you seriously after you purchase.

Awful delivery and fake promises. I bought two mattresses queen and king, worth $3000+. Since rep recommended me the protectors, and he promised me the delivery team will install them for me. But when they came, they refused to do so. Plus, the most expensive king mattress was defective! And the delivery team even refused to open the bags of the king size bed and they just left. What a joke? Do not trust mattress firm rep or delivery. They will ruin your days! Turn your eyes to US mattress or Macys or Amazon or Ikea. Do NOT BUY AT MATTRESS FIRM ANY MORE!

Worst delivery and service . I was sent a broken bed frame and the delivery guy told the warehouse that it’s broken. But they still asked him to deliver it to me. I rejected the delivery and rescheduled for next day. The driver came and seems he called me . I never got a call. I paid more that $1000 and it’s been a week that I am waiting for the mattress. I just moved from east coast with family and we are sleeping on floor . Forget about compensation, they are yet to deliver my mattres. Pathetic !!!!I am reporting this to consumer court
