This was my first experience with Mattress Firm--or, at least, my first time buying a mattress from them. In the past, Ive donated toys and school supplies to their drives. And I was very pleased with my first shopping experience.Vincent greeted me the moment I walked in the door. I explained to him my situation, and he immediately set to helping me find the perfect solution. In a matter of minutes, he produced a sample mattress for me, and he gave me the chance to try it out. He answered all my questions and made what I thought was going to be a lengthy ordeal, very simple and quick.While he filled out the delivery form, we chatted about my situation and about whether the company would reinstate their various collection drives. Then I paid and left.It really was a quick trip, and he even gave me a discount, which helped keep the cost down. (I was thinking it was going to be a pricey expenditure, but it didnt turn out that way at all!) And they were able to deliver the new mattress the next day AND took away the old mattress. (And the two guys who delivered the mattress were great, too. They texted me when they were about fifteen minutes from my home, brought the new mattress in, hauled out the old one, then put the new one in place on the bed. Easy-peasy.)I recommend Mattress Firm and will return in the future when I need another new mattress.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Did my research online before coming in, placed my order in the store and had my mattress delivered the next day, instead of waiting a week like the online process said. Delivery team was also great very friendly and helpful. They were an hour early but I received a call asking if it was ok for them to show up early.

I would recommend shopping for a new mattress at Mattress Firm. We had a hard time choosing the best Mattress for us and the sales man Vincent helped narrow down what our best fit would be. We didn’t purchase at that time. We went back for the 4th of July sale a spoke we Carlos who also took his time and made sure our choice was a good fit for us. Carlos walked us though the return policy if after sleeping on the new mattress we would need to return it. Carlos helped us complete the sale and answered all our questions. Carlos, the sales associate that assisted me, demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. I had many questions regarding the various mattresses. He explained the differences of manufacturing, materials. We came to an agreement on a mattress that would fit my needs.Then we came to discuss pricing. My past experiences included delivery and removal of the old mattress included. There was a slight charge which I did not object to.Upon returning home, I further researched my purchase. I found the mattress for $230 less on another website. I called Carlos. He confirmed the price on the other website and issued me a credit.I was impressed with the professionalism of Carlos. What I don’t like is the banter that goes back and forth on pricing. I totally agree that it is important to to operate a business for a profit. It is not exclusive to mattress sales but cars and other commodities.I want to commend Carlos for his courtesy and professionalism. MattressFirm was very fair and when the need arises, I will recommend them and not hesitate to use them once more.

I wanted to buy a decent but not v expensive mattress for the guest bedroom asap. Plan was to get one of those mattresses in a bag or something. Sleep train was close to my house and I just decided to check it out to see what options they have. Danita, the sales person, was very helpful. I selected a bed that I liked and she was willing to work with me on the price. I am glad I asked for a discount and go it. Really good service. Will definitely go there in future.

I only went there to buy a bed, instead I received the Best Customer Service I Have Ever Received At Sleep Train. The associate pretty much taught a class on mattresses, box springs, stowaway box springs, ( never heard of them before), materials, workmanship, sheets, protective covers, everything!!! Then I was able to make my choice, ended up getting the house brand pillow top full size mattress, stowaway box spring, and protective cover. There was not enough stars on the overall rating for me to select, 5000 stars!!!! would be sufficient for that type of service, thank you Sleep Train, keep up the great service and continue helping all the kids.

We went in to look at our options. Our salesperson was very genial, helpful, & knowledgeable. We had everything picked out and delivery scheduled (for two weeks later) in 30 minutes. We paid on delivery and got the old mattress taken away.

Update 11/30/18Was told that my matress will be delivered today. And now they claim that the driver got lost and be a bit late. Then they called claim that the driver got injured and CANNOT deliver today and ask to reschedule. They keep on coming up with excuses after excuses. I told them DONT WANT IT ANYMORE! I called the store to tell them Im coming in to cancel my purchase.Came in to cancel my purchase and get a refund, but the sale rep ( Bryant Lee ) said that he canceled my order but cant do a refund yet. Because delivery guy is on the way to the house...what kinda ps is this? First they call saying that they cant make it today and wanted to reschedule for another day. Now that Im at the store to cancel and get my money back, theyre saying that the matress is on its way and he cant do a refund. What the hell! What kind of business is this?!!!!Filing a complaint with the BBB and the Consumer Affairs.11/27/18Came in to purchase a mattress on the 18th of November. Was told that the matress really to pick up by Wednesday the 21st. On the 21st nothing happened. Came in on Friday, was told that they didnt have the matress because it was Thanksgiving. Then was told that they will deliver it on the 27th of November sometime between 3pm to 4pm... no delivery was made. Called them around 7pm, was told that theyre a little late. Called again again. Then was told that they delivery guys came, but no one was home. Call in today, November 28th was told that they will have the matress by Friday. HONESTLY dont do business with these people. They have no problems taking your money. But when it come to delivering their products....thats when your issue will begin. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
