We were involved in a car accident. They were open over the Holiday weekendso we took out car there. Spoke to David he welcomed us explained what he can do etc... and we felt comfortable and confident we were at the right place. Tony was very professional and kept us in the loop with everything each step of the way. They did the best paint job and handled the other parties claim in a fashionable time. Everything was done with no stress . I will definitely refer them and use their services again in the near future. Thanks guys!

Well, it looks like I found my new go to body shop. Great customer service means honesty, patience and following up and this body shop contains it. This shop is definitely highly recommended. The work and knowledge is complete! I could write a 5 page essay from the little time I spent here, but the 5 stars are bright!

I took my car here after I had a scrape on my back bumper. Tony was very courteous and helpful, and actually offered me 20% off the price of labor since I was paying out of pocket. He told me that he would keep me updated if there was additional damage that would raise the price of the estimate (luckily there was none).The final price of repairs matched the estimate, and the repairs were done a day earlier than he projected. Even better, the car came back fully washed and detailed so I felt great driving my car again. I would definitely refer my friends and family here!

Great service for a great price! My car was there for front end damage rapair including the headlight replacement. The people are super friendly and bilingual. They were able to answer all my questions and made me feel at home. Great experience overall. I highly recommend them.

I had to go in for a front bumper repair, the owner made me feel like a priority and told me he would get everything looking brand new. Its tough to find a quality place where you wont get ripped off. And this is one of those places. Thank you for the great service!

Ive known David and Tony since 2009, I without a doubt trust them to get my vehicle fixed, because I know that they really care about their clients. Last year I had a serious problem to get the headlamps for my hybrid vehicle repaired, not too many body shops like dealing with these type of vehicles and David in less than a day got them fixed. Very fantastic customer service. I took my vehicles for repairs and they had the vehicle ready by the day and time promised.

Well, Im a bit of an optimist when it comes to these reviews and often think that the reason customer service is bad sometimes is because of the customer attitude. Well, I was definitely proven very wrong in this case. The owner seemed incredibly nice, but these guys are seductive and tricky. Went in to get 3 dents repaired on a white BMW (they came highly recommended by another shop) and they included buffing out the car as well with the job. Everyone seemed wonderful and very positive. Got the car back a few days later; again everyone so nice and wonderful at this time. Only 1 dent was actually repaired, the other 2 were ignored. When I asked why they just looked at me like I was being picky or fussy and ignored me. Next, they said we tried very hard to get the water spots off your aluminum wheels and even put acid on them with no luck. I just looked at them puzzled and saw all the water spots, plus my BMW tire emblems were completely destroyed. So, I go home and the next day, I decide to see if the acid had completely destroyed the expensive aluminum alloy wheels and also to see if some simple plain baking soda would get the water spots out from the lawn sprinklers. Well, within 5-10 minutes I had completely cleaned the front wheel with no water spots with water and baking soda & simple scrubbie sponge from the kitchen. I was shocked. So, I recorded me cleaning the 2nd wheel because I thought no way would they believe me. I called the owner and said maybe you should talk to your guys and let them know how to clean off water spots instead of using acid & damaging wheel emblems? I sent him the actual video, of less then 30 seconds. I said you owe me 2 BMW emblems which costs $15-20 each. And, why werent the other 2 dents repaired? No response, no apology. I filed a better business bureau claim. NO response yet. So, even though I was incredibly positive, respectful and kind and proactively worked to get things corrected. I was completely ignored. I believe these guys take the money when they can and dont worry about if they did what was agreed to or not.
