Edit, 2019: After referring hundreds of people to Castillos for over a decade, Im sad to have to update my review. I have decreased my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars.My husband called in and asked if he could get a quick estimate for some minor cosmetic damage. He was told to bring the car in at 2:30pm. When he drove in, they refused to give the estimate and told him to return at 4:30pm. When he returned, the owner still wasnt present! The employees called him on the phone, and the owner gave a completely uninformed estimate without even looking at the car – a lousy business practice. Im sorry to see them lose the focus on customer service that I had appreciated so much. 5 star review, 2015: Ive gone to Castillo for years and years: Ive only ever seen absolutely excellent work from honest and accommodating people. Thank you to the workers and to Lily, the wonderful office manager!

Please do not come to this auto body shop they are very unprofessional make you waste time to take a vehicle and they dont work on it at all I took my truck here and went today to see how it was going and they had not started doing anything and it had been almost 3 weeks very unprofessional look else where for your vehicle to get done because they are not going to do it herePlease do not come here very bad the service she a troka park fix it for me and nothing almost 3 weeks went by and they didnt even touch her there they just left her very bad service I went to see how they were going with the truck and nothing the boy said he had already I miss something and pure lies please do not come here they are pure lies here they do not work well
