I had the most horrible experience here. Ive never been more mistreated at an auto body shop. Ive done research and have been quoted $4,000 for repairs at several other shops, however this shop insisted that my repairs would cost $6,000 without even doing a proper estimate. I was there for maybe 15 minutes maximum and Carlos gave a ballpark estimate of $6,000 minimum by just looking at the collision damage with his eyes. Im not a auto repair person, but I know for a fact that these repairs do not cost $6,000. I asked him if he would charge his daughter that amount and he immediately gave a frightened look in his eyes as if he knew he were caught in a lie. I got a terrible feeling from these guys here at this shop and I highly do not recommend them. They do not give proper quotes, it seems as though they quote what they want depending on which customers they want to serve. They are both biased and unprofessional. Also, he said that most of the interaction could have been done over the phone, so I was inconvenienced from the beginning. Anyway, they over quote and they have a male dominant office as well as domineering quoting method. I do not recommend coming here for your collision repairs.

We are return customers, both when they were contracted shop with the auto insurance company and when they were not. In the most recent repair work that they did for us, they were not a contracted body shop; but when I was shopping around for a body shop, they took the time to explain the process for interacting with that insurance company. Their patient explanations actually convinced me to bring the repair work to them. They advocated for using OEM parts for my car and dealt with the necessary supplemental approvals with the insurance company. The repairs got done in the timeline that they described, and they were friendly and helpful along the way (in person, by phone, and by email).

Great service, excellent work, they took care of my Brand new 2016 yukon after wife had it for a week. beyond my expectations. The gentleman john whom i spoke and dealt with made us feel as if we were family. They even handled the insurance co. With true professionalism.

Hands down the best Auto Body experience. The Adjuster who handled my claim made this the easiest for me. Gizelle, was her name I believe, hopefully I didnt kill her name. Anyway she handled all paperwork, checked my car, and had me out of the estimate appointment in minutes. When I called to schedule the repair, she had me in same day. When I arrived she had my paperwork in hand ready, and Enterprise rental on the way! Not once did I spend more than 20 minutes there and when I did it was only to transfer my things from the rental to the my vehicle. My car was ready pretty quickly and the work was flawless.

I dropped in to get my car fixed through my insurance. I didn’t know an appointment was required so in the process of making one they sent me to their sister location. They said Geico rates were outdated and the sister location works better with Geico and they didn’t want me to be held up because of negotiating and paperwork. He also said he’d call over let them know I’m coming and I could just drop off. When I called over to ask a question to the sister location the number on the card they gave was a fax number. When I got a hold of the manager he hadn’t heard about my situation and just transferred me to an estimator and I was told I had to make an appointment to go over the estimate before dropping the car off. A week later when I had my appointment I asked to clarify why my original location could t work with Geico, they said it didn’t matter which location took the car they could both. Where ever paperwork was done was where the car had to be dropped off. I didn’t appreciate given all kinds of mis information and having my time wasted. I’ve used the original location years ago and had no issues. Still in the process of getting my car fixed, not sure if I would use them again.

Worst possible place you can go to. I got a 4-6 week estimate, didn’t get the car back for 3 months. Extremely rude and aggressive whenever I would call them.They would keep saying they mailed paperwork, I would call my insurance and find out nothing has been communicated then they would admit that they forgot.Once the car was fixed, kept it for an extra 2 weeks to hold it hostage and try to milk extra money out of my insurance company.

Since my collision repair, I have had to bring my car back three times for repairs. Now my bumper is coming off. Wish I did not step foot within this repair facility. I almost want to deal with my car falling apart, then having to stop by for another repair and easing yet another day!

Never come here for any estimation!!! I went here for an estimation references from my insurance company. There estimate is about $2000 which is different from another shop that I took to do the estimate before ($3500 from the same shop name on 1176 Auzeraise Ave. They are using non-OEM part price for my estimation. Who is trying to fix their car with the non-OEM at a professional repair shop!!!!! NEVER COME BACK!

Bad costumer service, didnt even fix my car and took about five days to tell me he couldnt fix it. If you can avoid this business, I am very disappointed with the service

Got an estiamte for a bumper repair, as they are working for Liberty Mutual Claims, they quoted, I received a check, followed up several times to have my bumper repalced, no follow through by them to fix my bumper so I decided to keep the check and went elsewhere for my repairs
