I went here to buy snacks while traveling and asked to use the restroom, store clerk said tjey don’t have a Public restroom for customers. I asked for a manager he said they don’t have a store manager. This is the first time even last year when many stores have closed, I have bern able to use their restroom while traveling. It is not like I am not buying anything. This ishow they treat customers. Don’t go to this store to buy your snacks. Next door is the gas station, we bought our snacks there instead. They let me use their restroom even behore I bought my snacks.

Employees are rude but expected in a ghetto town such as hemet. They have no public restroom which I don’t understand in a store such as CVS even if you are purchasing items they don’t let you use their bathroom.

We are not from the area. We were up the street at a soccer game. My husband went to cvs to buy medical tape and use the restroom . He walked in didn’t see anyone walked to the back room and said excuse me. He was instantly met with attitude by an employee who told him the store was closed he needed to leave. He told them your automatic doors are open I walked in not knowing you were closed. Again the employee gave him attitude told him he needed to leave and to get the F$&k out. Turns out the other employee that was there was the Mgr. I called just a few minutes ago and the Mgr told me that they were startled and that’s why she reacted that way. Apparently you are allowed to cuss out customers as long as you are startled. Worst experience ever. I still cannot believe an employee spoke to a customer this way. Disgusting

I was in the area and was in desperate need of a restroom and stopped in here. Even though I basically pleaded with the two employees I met up with they would not let me use the restroom. I would’ve made a purchase after I used the restroom and luckily the Shell station behind them was open and I did make a purchase there after I use their facilities.I understand the need for rules but I understand that we are also all human and I was in dire need and they could’ve made an exception. I won’t shop here. I have an hour long drive to reach my home and had been out driving to appointments for four hours. There aren’t many places in this area with restrooms.

Great customer service. I been here a few times and I always fine what I need plus bonus with the customer service. We customers appreciate i it. I think there’s a girl named Lydia who went out of her way and made sure I was walking out happy. Thank you

Covid testing results are not done in a timely manner. In the course of 2 days I heard multiple people complaining about how horrible their information was regarding traveling specifically to Hawaii. Buy your self time and money go somewhere else thats on the safe travel list covid testing sites. Good luck.

Very disorganized pharmacy. Meds are never ready on time and if you get lucky and they have something ready for you its usually not the correct med or else theres some other issue with it.But I do love that they carry my favorite snacks in this store.Store also sells a variety of alcoholic drinksAlso can buy staples like bread butter cheese eggs and milk here.Pharmacy has a drive thru and you can even order otc meds from the drive thru. Pharmacy hours posted on google are very incorrect though.

It would be more customer service friendly if the weekend hours were extended to 8 -9pm not 5pm. 😞

The pharmacy has become VERY inefficient. It appears there is no concern for the customer. An entire makeover of this department would be very helpful.

I called today and was put on hold for 51 minutes and I had to finally hang up, the pharmacy clerk got on the phone at 25 minutes and said she had to get the pharmacist she could not help me. I mentioned to her that I had been waiting for 25 minutes already, she said she was very busy with front and driving thru. She placed me on hold and forgot me. Worst pharmacy service ever.

Because of one lady in pharmacy. I hate this place. I go because it is down street from me but she is a racist bigot but I cant think of her name but Ive gotten into it with her twice the only place I can pick up my medicine because its right down the street otherwise I would go anywhere else

There is a girl there by the name of Lauren I believe she has brown hair and glasses maybe in her 20s she is VERY VERY RUDE.. I witnessed her being very hostile yelling at a lady because she accidentally scratched her bumper.. She was screaming at her cussing and called the cops..... I will NOT be shopping at this CVS ever again..
