Went to the store to buy some foods and when i asked if anyone is work on cashiers desk to pay for it they weere lughing at me and making fun of me these were employees at el toro been goning there for years there are rude to everone there pricices are extremely expensive with. A ppl with disabilities dont shop here for food if my life depends on it shop somewhere eles tbat treats u with respect and kindness not

They create what ever fee they feel like for cash back. No posted signs about it but every teller charged a different fee for a different reason. One said for over $5 one said for over $50

Great tacos at a very good price. Order accuracy isnt their strong suit but still a happy customer overall!

The burritos and tacos here are amazing. Even my mom like them and she normally doesnt like Mexican food that isnt homemade.Sometimes bthe language barrier is a problem but I always get what I want.Workers are friendly but you can tell the get overwhelmed when it is super busy.

This food has flies on the food and the food is salty the sauce is water down salsa and chicken is dried and they leave the food out all night and salsa gave me diarrhea and made me nausea for two weeks.

Reported this place to the Attorney Generals office for PRICE GOUGING! 20$ for hand sanitizer and 25$ case of water and 60$ to cash economic stimulus check. DIRTY, RUDE, AND TAKING ADVANTAGE. Please report this place too..... (update, for the most part this place has cleaned up their act. The woman at the check cashing counter is very nice and accommodating. Store seems more clean than before. Thanks Guys!)

This place has increased the prices in essential needs. They are taking advantage of peoples needs, $60 for a box of surgical masks that is an excessive price

We bought some goodies here a few weeks ago (end of March 2020), only to come home and discover that the Dulce de Leche we bought expired in February 2020 and the Choco-Marshmallow we bought expired in December 2019! Yikes!

Went shopping here with WIC vouchers because it says on window they accept WIC. Got to counter manager said they no longer accept WIC. I asked an employee when they stopped and she didnt know another one answered 2-3 months ago. Not sure if it was just me. Anyone else experience this?

Tacos are very good but service is horrible they are very rude and act like we the customers are a burden to them I stood there for a long time before they even acknowledged me but overall if you can get passed that then I recommend trying their food.

They are charging $25.00 for a case water!!! Price Gauging.

They dont pay attention to your orders you ask him for something and they give you something totally different I asked them no onion no rice no cilantro and they still added it to my food Im very disappointed and upset I dont think Ill be going back to this place anytime soon and Ill make sure I tell all my friends that they always make mistakes there cuz this is the third time Ive been there and theyve always got in the mistakes wrong and everything looks old

GROSS!!!!!! This place is dirty and disgusting. There are flies over everything. Meat is infested with flies and looks bad. To top it off employees are rude and unprofessional. First and last time being in this store. I dont understand how they are allowed to operate.

The food was cheaper but they raised their prices a while back and then recently they switched their food supplier and actually give you less food than before. When I go I always get the fries with carnitas or carne asada and ask for beans. Last time I went it was a bit surprising to open my plate and be like...huh...that is like half the food I remember. Although carrying it tipped me off a little.Doesnt taste worse, but it does not taste better to justify raising the price and reducing the amount.First few times I went the carne asada was a bit tough, so I mostly get carnitas. This could have been due to the chef though. A little moisture while cooking goes a long way.

Service is terrible, management is a joke, pricing is wrong, not honorable people!
