I am extremely upset! I just visited this location and bought 3 grande drinks and 2 pastries. I specifically asked for light ice on my dragon drink for the reason that you guys always put more ice than the drinks itself and I received my drink full of ice. I finished my drink in 2 drinks from how little drink I was given! I am extremely dissatisfied after the money I spent at your location and especially after specifying light ice! Please be more considerate next time.

Convenient, quick and delicious. Not the closest Starbucks to my home, but the best. Great staff, nice, cozy seating inside. Tables outside too. Never disappoints.

Drive-thru staff were on it today! Friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond - all drinks came out perfect and this was a nice afternoon pick-me-up for all of us! Efficient service with a smile should never go unnoticed.

This Starbucks should start training surrounding Starbucks so that the brand isnt ruined, they make the drinks right every time.

Have 2 restrooms, sofa chairs, spacious, corner lot, good view of outside, very comfortable place to stay and relax .

Things just seem to go slower at this store than other Starbucks. There are usually 4 or 5 employees behind the counter, but there always seems to be at least one person whos just standing around and drinks usually take a while. The good thing is that this Starbucks is bigger and less busy than other ones, so I never have trouble getting a table. Its a good one to go to if you want to get some work done and arent in a rush.

Friendly staff and very fast service at this location. The drive through is attended to quickly, but it is worth going inside. A large dining area and clean bathrooms make for an enjoyable experience.

Service is pretty good overall. Sometimes I have gotten disinterested staff but nothing too bad, and on rare occasions. Plenty of parking, at least at the time I usually go. Clean inside and out. Lots of seats too.

The drive thru cashier (6/25 around 11:45am) was nice but she shorted my change and didnt give a receipt. My total was $12.23, she gave me $7.55. Im not sure if intentional but still.

Found some of my favorite baristas in this location. They like to have everyone jump around between locations. I dont mind cause all I see is my peeps taking care of others like they took care of me. The others were just as friendly and were all smiles with every person walking in the door.

The service and drinks are great but the location is terrible. It is really hard to get in and out of this place and really not ideal for a drive through. This isnt their fault per say but... Staff is really nice. Place is overall super clean.

The staff here are not very friendly. Dont do when you walk in have to stand at the register for a few minutes before they even say something they give a little attitude when giving an order that has details they take forever to get you drink based on others drinks before they finish what came first. Madd was the cashier i had today and wasnt very polite. This locarion is one of the worst ive been too.

So I did drive thru on Happy Hour time and the guy was so nice I asked for extra whip cream and he actually did give me extra whip cream.

Today I went to this Starbucks to order the drink . They seemed very busy. while I still waited for my drink, I start eating my lunch inside. One of girls asked me to go outside because they dont allow outside food. Maybe it is my fault to eat outside food there but I think they can have a better approach because I feel like they kicked me out even I spent money.

Spanking new Aug 2016 open. Still quiet and very clean. Inside seating is nice. Big communal table, smaller rectangular tables in two sizes. Counter seating at children friendly height. A few sofa chairs as well. Outside seating with sun shades. Best Starbucks location in this corner of San Gabriel Valley. Shady all morning since the building opens to the north west side only. Drive thru on the south east sides. Cant left turn into this place from Rosemead nor Durante. Right turn into this place only. There is a drive thru.

Love this Starbucks, there are many of them around my area but this is my go to spot when ever I go to Starbucks the workers are amazing they really take care of you and make you feel welcomed.

First two times was excellent service. Third time I went the girl taking my order in the drive thru was a bit rude. They should really get their employees trained on customer service. Havent gone back since.

Inadequate customer service, lost our orders due to disorganization and subsequent incorrect order. I would not recommend this Starbucks location. You would fare better at other locations, or even the McDonalds across the street for a quick coffee to go... Yes, I just said that.

Always busy from 7am to close but its the best kept in the area. The milk area is always stocked and clean. The people that work there are always on point.

I prefer this Starbucks over the one on Del Mar. They make the drinks better here and they are not cheap with the ingredients or over ice the drinks like the Del Mar location further up the street. Great Baristas at this location.

Its a Starbucks. It can get pretty crowded, but I generally dont have a hard time finding a seat. Theres also a lot of outdoor seating. Seems to have parking issues sometimes even though it doesnt seem like a lot of people are in the Starbucks.

Am I the first? Nice! This place just opened. Its rather sizeable inside and conveniently located right down the street from me like 4 other Starbucks locations that are nearby. But this one has a drive thru.

Staff was very friendly and attentive at this store. And store was super clean as well.

Drive through is slow at busy times, ironically with faster-moving McDonalds line straight ahead across the street. This newer-style Starbucks location seems to run out of food items too often but they prepare what they have correctly. County sheriff cars frequently parked in the small parking lot adds to feeling that this is a safe location, but then so would be the 7-11 further down Rosemead at Longden. Best to enter from northbound Rosemead Blvd but there is an entrance/exit on Duarte ( from which wou can only drive East on Duarte.)

Friendly, efficient baristas. Their smiles so early in the morning are as good as my Americano to jumpstart the day.

They have a great place to sit that u can get in the sofa and crawl up and go to sleep there isnt much that this one lacks around town they stand our this is the hidden oasis kinda place but the price on a starbucka beverge is the same so this is a fairly nob busy location these people bring there own comfort
