Was looking for great notion brewing beers and they had them! The guy who helped me check out was super informative. Knew tastes and good pairings. He even offered some similar brews to try. Love when someone really knows their stuff and loves to tell people about it. This place is really sophisticated looking within. Plenty of beers, and other liquors on hand. They also run deals on some items. As I bought 6+ singles of beer and they discounted it a bit. So thats cool saving a bit of money.

Terrific location. Its technically a liquor, wine, and beer shop. Indeed, the calmness of the place was relaxing. The guards were so friendly and welcoming. It tastes great to have a bottle of wine I bought from them. Because of the massive wine selections they received, I love being in this shop. Ill certainly stop at this wine shop again.

Without a doubt this is my favorite liquor store in SF. They have a fantastic selection and even better customer service. The staff members always have wonderful recommendations that come with very detailed knowledge.

They always have a great selection of local beer, which is why I go there. The whisky selection seems great too although thats not something I purchase often. If I was going to, with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is Im sure they would be able to find me something Id like. There are free tastings occasionally too which is pretty cool.

One should ignore the old reviews of London Market. The new shop is beautiful and sells a fantastic collection wine, spirits and beer. I discovered them via an excellent beer tasting they recently hosted. While there the staff was friendly and super helpful and patient with my questions.

Good selection all around wine beer and spirits. What you would call a finer liquor store with a selection of high-end scotches European spirits, Caribbean rums, and small batch domestic products. On the far end of the store there is a small delicatessen which I have yet to try out but looks promising and has a separate entrance on the side of the building.

Cool wine collection. Can be a bit one-dimensional though. Great if you know what you want less so if you are exploring.

One of the best beer selections in the neighborhood. constantly keeping up with the latest releases from some tough-to-find breweries. Large selection of stouts, sours, lambics, etc. Plus an enormous collection of whiskeys and other liquors. Staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable.

I bought a $600 50ml bottle of Louis Xiii De Remy Martin cognac and they did not give me the box for it.

I was so amazed to see London Market still exists. I am now 70 years old and have fond memories of shopping there as a child through age 19. My mom had a CHARGE ACCOUNT with them. Im sure its much different today, but just the idea a store still exists is fun! Wed buy our Christmas Tree from the side of the store near the back side entrance on Sacrameneto Street every year. Wonder if they still have the fresh meat department across from fresh produce and the rest of the items in the back end. Would be surprised.If I remember correctly they had wooden floors in at least part of the store.Wonder if this is still owned by the same family? Wonder if Dianas Market is still on Divisadero & California Street, one block from London Market. Giggle.

The singular most profound experience of my life.

This is my go to liquor store! The clerks are extremely friendly and funny, although it does take sometime to loosen them up. They have a great variety of snack which is always a plus. As for alcohol, they have a sub-par hard liquor selection, average beer selection, and a hit or miss (mostly miss) wine selection. Only issue is that all the alcohol is extremely over priced! A cool new addition its that they offer Laundry locker which is a service where you drop off your laundry and dry cleaning in a locker, the 3rd party company picks it up and then the app notifies you when it is clean. This is huge because the liquor store is open until 11 and due to my work schedule I rarely am able to make it the dry cleaner by the time they close (around 6pm).

Great store, good guys.

While Ive only been here a couple of times, both visits Ive clearly noted old fruits/vegetables, ancient looking boxed food on the shelves, and had that general feeling of a place you dont want to buy anything youre going to eat. Come for the booze, sidestep the rest.
