Orlena with dispatch had amazing customer service and had the containers picked up and dropped off as scheduled.The containers were in great shape and insides looked practically new.Overall I am very happy I chose Conexwest.

Very disappointing and worst experience.I ordered a USED CARGO WORTHY grade container,Paid the quoted price and was assured a good condition container will be sent.They sent the worst possible container, full of rust, (attached pictures)i did not accept the delivery and requested to replace the container, which they refuse to send and also charged me $300 for dry run.Be very careful when dealing with them.Thank you

We fully paid for a container in March 2021 and were given a ship date of April. That time passed and the salesman said that they are unable to give a ship date and that they dont even return his phone calls. At this point our organization, Willits Daily Bread has been ripped off for $11,366. Do not do business with these people!

Worst customer service ever. I have spent over $10,00.00 using this company and will not spend another penny with them. The first time I bought a container I was told a deliver date and it took three weeks longer to have it delivered and I had to fight to get it delivered. I recently purchased two more containers thinking theres no way they will screw me again but they did. I sent an email the afternoon before the scheduled delivery date to confirm a delivery time when I was informed that the containers would not be delivered the next day. If I hadnt have sent an email I would not have known the containers were not coming. Of course they offered to refund my money like the money was the issue. I bought two containers because I needed them for storage. I had already scheduled laborers and equipment to be on site to fill the storage containers. This company does not care even a little bit about their customers. Spend a little more money and use a dependable company who cares about their customers. Conexwest: Worst Company I have ever worked with.

Customer sales is deplorable. The person answering the phone is not customer friendly, is nothing more than a robot reading from a script and otherwise completely unhelpful. The initial phone call was a complete non-starter.

These dweazles took our money and stopped responding to our emails. At this point our container is a month late and it’s been two weeks since our rep,eugene, has responded to our emails. Every time we call the company “someone will call right back”

Used their service to move some inventory from one warehouse to another. The two containers they delivered weren’t brand new, but were clean and didn’t have any odors. I’m satisfied overall with their customer service and especially their fare pricing.

I purchased a 20 refrigerated container from Conexwest. Including the invoice and all communications when I was talking with the sales person, the delivery would be 2 weeks. I received the container 11.5 weeks following payment. Lots of excuses and no return calls. When it did arrive, it did not match any of the specifications and/or standard items that they said would be on it (lighting, flat floor) and more oddly, unlike any image and/or the cut sheet, the outside split system stuck 4 outside of the box. I reached out multiple times and received no return call or email to help rectify the situation. I would not recommend anyone use them.

Conexwest is a reasonable company. We used their storage service. They had good customer service, and offered different packages. We picked the most appropriate service we believe among their packages. They explained the details clearly. They also offered good price. The price is very attractive compare to other competitors around the area.

Brock was inappropriate in more than one way today and I do not appreciate being verbally insulted after he changed the unit prices to add $50 once he realized I had a have lower tax rate than Oakland. This effectively reduced $200 discount to $150. Not fair that I should be charged more just because I don’t live in a higher tax bracket. He then clearly voiced how appalled he was and even inferred I was being a B_cth more than once.Makes no difference to company bottom line.Then presented an inaccurate build order for authorization- both done without notification and only “explained” after I noticed.I tried to switch salespeople earlier in the process but was directed back to Brock.I intended to purchase an additional unit in the coming year.After I wrote this review the sales manager reached out and promised to fulfill order with another salesperson with the “best price possible”. Second salesperson failed to apply an additional discount, sales manager failed to respond when notified additional discount he authorized was not applied, order was left unfulfilled for close to three months, salesperson failed to fulfill order as promised, salesperson failed to respond to inquiries. I cancelled the full payment I made in July in late October and salesperson called immediately with a promised delivery date. I confirmed delivery and provided requested instructions. On the day of delivery no communication received and when I called at two in the afternoon salesperson notified me delivery was postponed. I immediately cancelled order and then sales manager reached out to “work it out”. I did receive my money back but had to pay interest on the funds snd lost out over $500 I invested preparing space for delivery.

We had a family emergency with our elderly In-laws which required storage of household items. I had a Cargo Worthy container delivered from these folks the other day. Its horrible. I can deal with it being dented over every square inch. I can also deal with the interior looking like it was used as a rock tumbler. While this thing might be Weathertight the oil/grease soaked floors and the odor produced make this almost useless for my needs.
