We have been waiting for this company to engineer a roof hatch ladder for our job since November 2017. We sent the calculations to our structural engineer for approval and our structural engineer caught some major misses in their calculations. It required Nall & Co to add more bracing and upsize the handrails because it would not have been safe. We went through several revisions of the calculations, Nall & Co still getting it wrong. We had our structural engineer step in and provide direction and assistance with the calculations. After they did this, Nall & Co tells us they are not going to fabricate this ladder for us anymore. We have had a 4 month delay in our schedule with this ladder and then get told they aren’t going to fabricate it for us. I will never do business with this company again and will let everyone I know how miserable this experience has been.

Been going here for years anything that involves ladders or staging is here! Awesome!
