I agree with the posts here. My experience has been great. The Audiologist (hearing aid dispenser? I’m not 100% sure, I think the professional who helped me was an Audiologist) was great. This was my second try, I returned my first hearing aid within the trial period. Coincidentally it failed (would not power up) just before I returned it. I think the Phonak was a good device but the ReSound is a great device. The app makes a huge difference
If youre turning up your TV to extra-loud or asking people to repeat themselves because you believe theyre mumbling, you should get a free hearing test at Costco. Costcos hearing test is every bit as thorough--perhaps even more so--than hearing tests from medical facilities (Ive been tested at both).Costco hearing aids are priced at a fraction of what hearing aids cost at most other places, too.Hearing aids I bought from Costco almost 2 years ago needed adjustment and Id not had a hearing test since then, so yesterday retested and reprogrammed. Costco employs excellent people who are bright, cordial, and well-trained. Dan Sheehan performed my hearing test using modern, high-tech equipment which reset my hearing aids to compensate for my specific hearing deficiencies. If I could give Costco and Dan more than five stars I would do so. If you think youre hearing your sub standard, call Costco and make an appointment for a free hearing test because if you do need hearing aids, your life is going to be changed for the better once you start wearing them.
Great service, good selection, unbeatable prices.
Nice folks, great service. Make sure you make an appointment first, though!
Very nice to deal with
