Friendly and informative - I had some concerns about frequency-specific hearing loss and was given a hearing test. My clinician was patient and insightful and made the whole experience less stressful.

I’m writing a review on behalf of my father who is currently living abroad due to covid.He purchased his hearing aid years back and even today he is able to get assistance remotely.Tracy Peck Holcomb was handling his case and she been very helpful and responsive via email.For the second time he is trying to fix his hearing aid remotely.Having my dad’s hearing aid able to connect via Bluetooth has been critical. With this pandemic our family has relied heavily on FaceTime and video conferencing.We are very grateful and thankful for your help and assistance. Ive been going to the hearing and speech center for 10 happy years and the service has been absolutely top notch and the best. The staff, as it has change over the years has always been friendly and helpful. Tracy who has been my doctor from day one is awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and the best. In fact, everyone Ive met at the Hearing and Speech center is dedicated to providing the best service they can. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to the Hearing and Speech Center for my hearing needs for over 15 years. I have always had a good experience, and I like the fact that it is a non-profit organization.

Dr. Levy has been my primary contact for my hearing loss. She is thorough, efficient, attentive and professional. She advised me on the degree of hearing loss, explained the analysis of her findings and recommended positive solutions, as well as, fitting me for the appropriate type of aids that would be suitable for my problem and lifestyle. In addition, the other office staff are always friendly and accommodating. I’ve been a patient for 3 years and highly recommend them.

My parents have had multiple bad experiences with other audiologists. Wed basically given up when a friend recommended we try the Hearing & Speech Center. Our experience with Dr. Tracy Peck has been great. Her expertise and approach have made a world of difference, and offer a stark contrast to our past experiences.The hearing aid she recommended has been a great fit, and shes been kind, thoughtful, and caring throughout the tuning sessions. I was desperate when I found this amazing place and now have been going for my hearing/hearing aid needs for over 10 years. They are amazing. Honest, attentive & super knowledgeable - I would NEVER go anywhere else.They don’t have an agenda like a lot of other audiologists - pushing a certain brand, for instance. And their knowledge & empathy of tinnitus is beyond any other.They offer so much more than most other audiologists. I highly recommend the Hearding & Speech Center. They are wonderful.

Overall I found everyone with whom I dealt warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with my hearing aids! My only issue was the length of time (weeks) it took the hearing aid manufacturer to deliver the product to the Hearing and Speech Center.

I walked in knowing I had a hearing loss. I had no clue to the extent. This clinic and the professionalism of Dr. Wilson has enabled me to hear sounds I had forgotten entirely. Also Dr Wilson has taught me how to care for my hearing aids in a way no other professional had prior. This knowledge cuts back what had proven with other clinics the need for repeat visits.Ive experiences a hearing loss since childhood. Ive been to many clinics and had uncountable hearing tests. The most productive I have ever experienced from start to finish has been at this center. I can not speak well enough of these folks. They are a great boon to the the deaf and hearing impaired community.

Ive been wearing hearing aids for many years and I have long appreciated the Hearing and Speech Center.

I went to Hearing and Speech Center when I was 2 years old. I was diagnosed with bi-lateral profound/severe hearing loss. I went through their preschool program and graduated to mainstream school by Kindergarten. I received 8 years of speech therapy and saw their audiologists through high school. I am now a college educated working professional. Thanks to this center, my oral communication and lip reading skills have allowed me to seamlessly assimilate within the hearing world with confidence.

Very caring group and will work to take care of you beyond normal! Two folks I will mention re Anna and Jessie who showed utmost care and addressed my issues. This is what make a difference between who you will stay with or bail out! I will stay with them as long as I am local!Dec 9, 2020 - UpdateAnna in particular did a scientific technical evaluation of my Audi report to fine tune my Oticon-S1 aids for each ear precisely that in effect created optimal and awesome sound (with base) when streaming music from Youtube and the like! This greatly enable me to seamlessly listen to music and listen to people around me using the headsets without having to switch between Oticons aids and Bose earbuds as this change was a nuisance. Now no need. Besides, the sound level is easily adjustable to meet my needs (whereas Bose earbuds were low volume for me as they are designed for non-impaired.

I am now on my third set of hearing aids, over 15 years. I have always been treated well at the Hearing and Speech Center and have received excellent care and advice. I highly appreciate the fact that they are a non profit, working to help people instead of make a buck.
