Few products could beat Amazon price, but customer support might need improvement.

I received a phone call from these people with a recording saying that someone was trying to make fraudulent charges on my credit card and if I would like to speak to a Federal officer to press one otherwise a warrant will be issued for my arrest. I double checked the phone number and it does match the phone number for this place. When I questioned them they hung up on me and when I called back they also hung up on me. Be very very very leery about doing business here.

Not sure how they are still in business. Front for money laundering? Rude, no service is bad even if you only speak Mandarin to them, there is Ace a block away.

I needed a lil help finding a specific tool out of many options and asian man (believe owner) was extremely rude and did not want to help he just wanted me to hurry up and buy. Mind you there was no one else in the store. I wanted to tell him he was a grade A blank but told him to have a great day and i hope business picks up.

They cost me $150 by pretending to make a copy of my key. Admittedly I should have tested it before walking out of the door with it. However, none of the 3 copies they made came even close to fitting my door.

The store is VERY cluttered, dirty and overpriced.

Just a joke. You cant even call this place to ask if they have certain products because no one has any clue what is going on. If you asked if they have a hammer, they would stare blankly at you and just say dont know, come back later. Save yourself the wasted time.

Local little old place which has a little bit of everything. Not super friendly service, but if you ask her shell probably have it.
