The best fresh produce I’ve ever had! During the pandemic, I placed multiple orders here. And I have been very satisfied with their produce and services. Once I found the tomatoes too small and they issued me refund immediately after I contacted their customer service. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

UPDATE!!! I placed my second order on April 8th for delivery today. They charged me that same day and never delivered today. I wrote to them three times and called with no response so they have my money and I have no food. Needless to say despite their produce being excellent I will never use them again. My advice go anywhere else but here!my first order last evening and was so pleasantly surprised at the fresh and crisp produce. Its tasty and delicious. The produce here is the freshest Ive received from any market. Just fabulous. I ordered a small amount to try them out but will be ordering much more. A couple of the grub boxes as well as many other items such as their bread and baked goods have me interested in trying more. Ive decided that they will be my go to grocery providers each month from here on out. Definitely great products, service and prices plus they are located right here in San Francisco which is a huge plus for me. Im so glad I found them.

I have been ordering from Grubmarket for quite a while now. They have excellent prices and an awesome selection of produce. Great customer service. Any problems Ive ever had are handled promptly. Really appreciate this service since we dont have very many food delivery services locally.

Be very careful when you place a order from this company. This company does not refund orders that has not been delivered. First and last time I order here. Never again!

Our order was missing an item. We called right away hoping to reach some one that can help us. No one answer and we were prompted to leave a voicemail. Left a voicemail and it has since been 1 week, we have not had ANY calls back. We called a second time, voice mail again... still no call. Were done with this place.

Grub Market has been like family to me from the beginning! Great pricing for all my needs organic and otherwise. They carry more variety of vegetables and fruits than i can even find in the grocery market, have enjoyed trying new options because of them. Delivery personal always helpful and accommodating. The only complaint ...not available every day!

The shopping experience is the worst. Received the products not same as the description and images. Not received the products without notification and found out they were out of stock myself. 90 % of the black berried received is damaged. Customer service does not exist. AmazonFresh and Weee are much better. I don’t recommend to shop in this platform.

There was mold on the veggie we ordered. And the package was broken for some frozen food. Although they claim high quality for the meat and seafood, we found out the meat delivered was packed 5 months ago. Do not recommend this service.

First order arrived fresh and I was happy that I could find produce not available for delivery at Smiths. The second time I ordered, 3 items(plums, grapes, tomatoes) were over ripe and went bad the next day. A few orders after, I noticed that certain items always arrive fresh and some I should avoid ordering. I like to order pea shoots, bok choy, apples, and vegetarian meats from them(they arrive with ice packs). I will not order plums, nectarines, and peaces as I have had no luck in receiving quality to my liking. They refunded me right away for the items that went bad. If they had better quality control, they wouldve gotten 5 stars.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, Ordered 2 Weeks Ago and told me it was suppose to come on Friday but they said it was delayed. I didnt mind, but than I recieve that email on Monday, Tuesday, and Today, 3 days and I cant even get my order. Ive tried to reach them by email and phone on 5 separate occasions and still no response. I understand they must be busy but Im going to let me credit card company handle this issue.

Ive been getting boxes of produce from Grubmarket for almost 3 years and Ive been very happy. They offer good prices, high quality organic produce, and some unique organic food items that I cant get anywhere else. When theres been a mistake, customer service has responded quickly and given me a credit.

I placed an order and did not receive it. Nor a phone call return (have left two messages) as well as an email response. I also have a pending order for them to deliver next week. Both paid fully on my CC. I think this place is taking money and not delivering the goods

Grubmarket is a reliable delivery service with many options to choose from. Their customer service is really great throughout the process and issue resolution. Ive been using them consistently for several years and am a loyal customer.

The order has been delayed for two days, no email, no text and nobody answering the phone for refund. I know this may be busiest time because of the virus, but why no communication? We have waited for this and didnt order from anywhere else. So stupid.

Like a Saturday Night Live skit or a mean prank, all FOUR of my shipments (3 were the same order, the original and then 2 replacement shipments) WERE 20-80% RUINED and inedible. Plus, my house number (not the street) has been mysteriously absent from all 4 shipments. The first 3 times, the delivery company called to verify my address! The last time, they remembered the house because of the 3 prior issues! Instead of refunding my credit card like I asked, they gave me a Grub Market credit! As if I wanted to dare order from them again! My husband strongly suggested I get non-produce, in hopes of having edible food. Amazingly, everything was just dumped in the box, invoice ripped, prunes out of their package and pistachios spread around!Astounding. Seriously. We order online ALOT and I’ve never had anywhere close to this level of poor packaging, egregious delivery, and inconvenient remedies. I spent hours sorting out these messes.I hope this company does some soul-searching; and stops exploiting customers’ time and money.

Worst service ever!Placed my order, then they put me in a waitlist for a month or so.Ordered bunch of food. Received wrong items, paid for organic, received non organic! I have been ordering from Grub Market for several years now. The prices are excellent for quality merchandise and fresh vegetables and fruit. On the rare occasion that something is not quite to their standards, I simply take a picture and email them. They immediately credit me, something buying from a grocery store or Farmers Market makes difficult. I get to try new fruit and vegetables and love the free delivery for ordering $35. I also like they accept their boxes and cold packs in return. Finally, the 24 hour products are great - I can order by 10 PM the night before and receive my box the next day!

I get my organic vegetables from Grub Market. It is great when I am traveling and need vegetables delivered the day I get home. I order online and have fresh vegetables for the rest of the week.

So my family ordered from this conpany once, and we were surprised by how little food we got, so we decided to cancel our order. When we did, they still charged us for the next box and we tried to cancel MULTIPLE TIMES. we had to run up to the delivery man to tell him sorry can you tell your boss were caneling our service after trying everything we could online because they kept charging us after repeatedly canceling. Then they stopped.*You have been warned*

I love Grub Market. Healthy food including raw grass fed dairy products like kefir make it special. I often am incapacitated and cant walk to the store, so this makes my life sustainable. Nice delivery people and customer service.

I discovered Grubmarket when I was living in an area that just didnt have organic produce anywhere near me. They have been a godsend to me, especially when I was so busy working and didnt have time to go shopping. Now, I use them because its just SO darn convenient to have quality groceries delivered to my door. Its a no brainer! Customer service is absolutely awesome as well. If I have a complaint about anything, they get back to me right away and make it more than right.

Do not do business with Grubmarket! Placed an order March 15 for delivery,confirmed via email from them, March 17th. To date on April 14th nothing has arrived. I have texted,called,emailed over 20 times and never received any response. Nobody answers their phone,no calls back,no text back, nothing. They have had my money for a month and I am elderly and desperately need it for groceries. Desperately. Opened a Paypal dispute, but unless they answer there will be no resolution until close to the end of the month. I have ordered from them before several times with no problems . Now, no food,no money back, and no response. Yet they continue to advertise and say they are delivering!

The freshness of the produce is a bit less than with good eggs, for sure, but you get a pretty fair price for it. And you can buy raw milk!!!they wont give you substitution of you opt out. love them!

Have been using it to purchase mostly vegetables in the past 2-3 weeks. The price is sky high. Averagely 2-3 times more than the regular grocery stores price (I am not comparing it with Costco, just the regular grocery stores like nob hill, Safeway, etc). I paid averagely $100-110 for just vegetables for a week usage. 1 dozen organic eggs sold at $10.99 on this site! Can you believe it? We are in crisis, this site tries really hard to rip you off. And tried to call custom service to cancel the orders, guess what? No one answered!

I like the concept of affordable fresh organic food delivery. Unfortunately, Grub Market did not meet expectations. Most of the produce was delivered wilted or rotten or rotted within a day of purchased. I was only able to eat 25% of the shipment. I called and left a voicemail and finally got a hold of them after several attempts. They gave me store credit on part of my order and recommended to order food later in the week rather than Sundays and Mondays when they are the most busy.

This was my first time using Grubmarket, and will be my last. I should have read the Yelp reviews!To start off, the fruits were mostly about to go bad when I received them. Their skin is all puckered - something that happens when they are in the refrigerator for too long. Next, most of the fruits were about to go bad, so I had to throw them away to salvage the rest. They also forgot my Pink Pearl Apples, and gave me some purple root vegetable! To top it, there is no one at the customer service number; you can only leave a message.Glad I did not spend too many bucks for my first order! Others, stay away from Grubmarket.

Poor quality vegetables and fruits. Delivery could be pain and inconsistent; never delivered or the box left outside.They offer a familiar organic brands for their berries and tomatoes but the delivery from GrubMarket, these produces are not as fresh or overripe. Sometime due to poor packaging, arrives in the bad shape.Free delivery and accessible organic food is great but due to my experience I have with them, I’m skeptical if I would recommend to anyone.

Using an Android smartphone with small screen, it was difficult the first few times to order partially named fruit like golden.... Partially pics.And the payment check boxes are nigh invisible, haylo! Like 20% off first order and 15% off on New Years.When i did finally place order and get second set of 6 caps confirmation, the 59c organic avocados and organic lemons(for Japanese salted lemon condiment seen on NHK) were delivered on the Peninsula in 2 days on Friday.But they are tiny, smaller than a tennis ball, FYI.

I ordered twice, both times got rotten fruits and vegetables, about 30 % of them are not eatable. Dont waste your money !

I have been ordering from Grubmarket for a while now. Sometimes the vegetables are not good but they refund us the full amount with an email. The service is pretty good.

Terrible products delivered today. See attached pictures.No one will pick up those products if they were in supermarket or any grocery store. All fruits are NOT fresh or even rotting. Vegetables are rotting, really bad. Right after open the boxes I called the company multiple times and no one picks up the phone. I also sent them emails and no quick reply at all. The company is lack of customer service and no call center to handle the business in a timely manner. Operation so bad. BTW, they delivered the products today around 1:15 pm and I opened the boxes around 1:20 pm. I have used some other online grocery purchase service before and none of them have such bad services.

Very convenient - I like that you can pick the items you need, instead of receiving a box with random things as with many other grocery delivery service. Pricing for produce is competitive. The rest seems more expensive.

Its a hit or miss with them. I love they dont have minimums on delivery charge but the quality is sometimes frustrating.
