Well, after much searching, I finally found my go-to jeweler. And to my surprise, probably the last of the mom and pop jewelers in San Francisco. What a sweet couple! They were knowledgeable and professional, yet warm, inviting, friendly, and kind. They bought my jewelry today. I walked away happy with the transaction, and I felt like I made some new friends.I highly recommend doing business with this company and the sweet couple who run it.

Steve is a very nice guy, but I will not be doing business with his shop.I shopped around 3 shops and Steve gave me by far the lowest price for my pieces of gold. This was due to not using a spectrometer to measure the Karats of the gold and offering less % of spot price. After shopping around, had I sold my pieces here, I would have lost 16% of my money... no good.I am still giving 2 stars though since Steve was very nice and polite. Feedback for improvement:- Get a spectrometer- Be more transparent with the customer on the pricing

Great place to go and get a great deal on gold/diamonds. I traded in gold for an awesome diamond for my wife. Steven was honest with me about what I should be looking for and what to expect. Others were more interested in just selling me something that they had at the time rather than something I wanted.

I googled Stevens shop and ended up meeting a very skillful goldsmith. It was a hassle to find a repair shop which would do 22kt gold rope repair. However Steven has over 50+ years in the business and was able to fix my gold rope. This place is a hidden gem, it’s one thing to be a repair shop and another to know a goldsmith. I was very happy with the results. I’m actually going back today for another repair on another necklace. I highly recommend this shop, very friendly and trust worthy. 5. STARS
