I stopped in last minute for a card for my boss. The two gentlemen were very polite and helpful. The selection of anniversary cards was limited to lovers. Id love to see a work anniversary or other types of landmark congratulation card other than romantic ones. Other than that, I love it!!

Great card shop! I bought a wedding card and had the staff gift wrap a package for me. It turned out beautiful! Services are pricey, but you definitely get what you’re paying for. Great service, great products, and friendly staff. 5 stars! I’ll definitely be back!

Papyrus always has the most beautiful and well crafted cards, stationery and selection of thank you cards. The staff are tremendously helpful, she asked me what I was looking for, searched the computer data base, and then located the items I needed. Even though they didnt have exactly what I wanted, she made similar suggestions. Very speedy check out but the items are pricey.

Wonderful shop for cards not found anywhere else. Plenty of other knick knacks as well such as coffee mugs and journals. Did I mention cards?

Refused a return because it was holiday merchandise and is final sale. While the product is red and green, it is just ribbon they store and bring back out each year. The package is not holiday themed nor did the receipt say it was final sale. If that were indicated on the receipt as a line item or Iotherwise knew it was a holiday item, like how the cards are, I would have either not made the purchase or never even attempted a return. I seldom write reviews but I am writing a negative one today because the person who refused my return really just didnt care about my issue, never stopping what he was doing to help me, and was very pretentious. I did not want to make a fuss because my real issue is with the policy and not him, so I just took my annoyance and left the store. However, he should fix his attitude. Even if the customer in your view is not right, you should be nice and respectful. I have worked with customers and I could not imagine treating anyone this way.

Great range of nice / different card designs

Had some issues with the purchase and the male staff was being extremely disrespectful by turning it all personal. I was shocked as Id never seen a store treating its customer this way. It was inappropriate and utterly unnecessary.
