The product that was sent to me was absolutely different, from the one Ive purchased on their website. When return was requested they refuse to pay shipment cost and propose to refund only 70% due to the restocking charge!!! I paid for an item almost 200$ and received a rubbish.Also they have delete the item from their webpage and ask me to prove that I am right. Hopefully I made screenshot from their instagram post. The beanie on the left is the one I have ordered (and it is mentioned in the bill) and they have sent me the one on the right, which is completely different (different style and color) and also cheaper!Cheaters.
