Chester with Swaggos is AMAZING! My company sponsored a virtual food and wine experience with a community service organization a little over a week ago. Initially, I reached out to Swaggos and another company — and we decided to run with the other company because we had a tight deadline for our custom wine glasses to be delivered. That same company we chose failed us and poorly communicated, so I canceled our order with them and gave Chester a call.Chester was able to get our designs and information over to their production team in Santa Rosa and guaranteed the creation of our products ready for pick-up within 3-5 days! We decided to order a LOT enamel pins pretty late in the game (2-3 weeks), and no other companies were able to fulfill the order... until we asked Swaggos! They were FANTASTIC to work with - very responsive, very quick turn around, and all-around a fabulous experience. The pins turned out beautifully - very high quality, accurate prints.
