I was a happy and returning customer of this store till now. I just bought a new gel nail polish and literally after an hour realized it was a wrong color. Since it was brand new (I didn’t use it) and I realized it after an hour from buying, I wanted to call them and ask if they are still open (I was 100% sure I will be able to exchange it), the man on the phone informed me that no exchange or returnswill be accepted even though I bought it literally an hour earlier and it was brand new... Sad.
