First time visiting a Supreme flagship store and I really enjoyed my in-store experience. I stood in line for about 15-20 minutes and the employees managing the line and door were efficient. Once I got inside, one of the employees (Asian guy) helped me out immediately by answering all of my questions and retrieving items for me. He was really nice and he could tell it was my first time there. I appreciated the employee working at the register because he double-checked I got the correct sizes and packed my clothes neatly in a reusable bag. Ill most likely visit again whenever a drop piques my interest.
I went for the first time on drop day. Security was super chill and the staff was as well. Had a good conversation with the cashier. I didnt quite understand that you werent supposed to take items to the register, and let the employees do it for you. Upon noticing this, the employee just let me know super kindly without any weird attitude. Great shopping experience and definitely will return.
One of the nicest zumiez ive been to
This store has done an amazing job shaking the reputation of stuck up boutique stores. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. System is really organized and I was in an out without feeling rushed. They also are doing a great job following social distancing and giving space for others. Dont be intimidated by the name brand if youre the uninitiated or curious about the spot. The workers there are more than happy to help.
Great store just to many rules and security make it seem like we going to visit inmates chill out a little this for the City and the Culture.
Wi% gabbril n mob with 26kgone,.. Great place %o
Check in and everything was awesome. I was actually looking forward to meeting tall white guy with short hair because he’s famous. Every employee was really nice Especially tall white guy with short hair. He was our store chaperone and answered all our questions about sizes and colors. We even talked about skating and the weather. And he was dressed super stylish. I wish I would’ve gotten his Instagram.
Great employees, very respectful. Best location by far
Its Supreme if you know you know. The brand is notoriously known for bad customer service. Ive been to 3 of the four stores in US and can honestly say the people in SF are very nice and friendly and its my favorite location. If you have never been to the store tell them that when you go in and they will be accommodating. They deal with all kinds of people in that store so if you go in there with an attitude or expect the employees to bend over for you, you will put in place really quick. How you treat them will come right back to you.
They limit the number of people inside which was good
Friendly staff, one of them stayed with me until i picked out the items i wanted, I asked which shirt was better and he gave me his recommendation. The store smelled like smoke but Ive smelled worst so it never bothered me.
My shopping experience was horrible. The employees follow you around the store like your going to steal something. The products should align with the name. I spent $170 on a backpack that is no better quality then if I bought a backpack for $10 at a flea market. They have no return policy which is suspicious. This store should be avoided at all cost.
Great experience! First time in the city and it was easy to get to the store from bart. Staff was very chill, we chopped it up for a bit, & I grabbed a few things. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town.
Store employees very friendly and chill, sick music and cool atmosphere
Ok Supreme I c u... Nice Neat and Friendly. Check them out
Best supreme store Ive ever visited. Same products, but with better and friendlier service. I never new friendliness existed at supreme until I came to San Fran
Just a question havent been there but do they sell the airforce supreme whites
Great street wear ! Always new stuff every week. You must call the day before going to get a time slot. There is NO walk-ins.
First time at this store and my experience was great and customer service was really great and helpful!
Great customer service and of course... Its SUPREME!
I personally think tall white guy with short hair was pretty rad.
Best staff ever we came from yakima washington and was treated with respect and friendliness will be back
Tall white guy with short hair had an attitude and hovered around me and my friends for no reason while other people in the store didn’t have a “chaperone” and it was just an all around bad experience and I don’t think I’ll visit the store again unless changes are made EXCEPT for the tall black guy at the front door bruh was cool.
I am a a local and I decided to visit this store on 11/20/20 and I will never return unless the tall white guy with short hair is gone. I had a lot of money ready and I visited with 3 other friends but after not even being greeted properly and being yelled at to sanitize my hands after only 3 steps into the store we were also given horrible attitude when we asked him a question and received attitude from him with every encounter after the entire time we were in the store. He was also hovering over our shoulders while we were browsing and I should mention there are 3 other groups in there and none of them have a personal employee to follow them. I actually saw plenty of things that I liked while my friends continued to shop but I refused to spend a single dollar at this store because of how that employee was treating us.
Good experience!!! Nice stuff ! Black guy was great and helpful. We’ll be back Gracias supreme team !!
My favorite part was the tall white guy with short hair. Definitely a memorable experience indeed.
The problem with Supreme is there’s no universality with the brand locations. Unlike other locations, the workers at the SF location are incredibly lazy, unmotivated and entitled. This has been a problem I’ve had with the location the last dozen or so times I’ve been here. Workers here close stores before closing hours unilaterally for no reason. Corporate should look into the staff, especially the doormen. My guess is if they did, firings across the board would be made.
The people working the line were super nice just took down my name and phone number but I walked in and I was on FaceTime with my friend and then the guy said no FaceTime allowed so I went on a normal call then I asked him if they had a shirt I wanted and he said not until Thursday so I said alright thxs and then I went to the other side to see the hats and beanies and then he said all the stuff you want is not here so get out the store so I kindly left he was a white male with short hair tall and had a bandana as a mask I was upset because that was the first time I went to a supreme store I was excited but now I don’t think ima go back
Security policed the people well and consistently made sure that people in line were properly distanced. Staff inside were rushing to clear people out but made sure their process was performed without flaw.
I never thought we would get a Supreme store in the bay area. I got everything I wanted. The kids working here fit the brand well and the guarda will open the doors for you. Just dont cause a scene and everything will go swimmingly.Overall a great experience. A Supreme one.
I was in the area so dropped by an it’s a dope spot in a dope location the staff was good people they are friendly people and they have heat definitely going back
Great place! Love how they only allow the people who registered online or make appointments allowed in the store.
It’s a shame how rude the staff is here. Could really do without the Alpha Bro attitude. Never had this bad a experience when visiting a NYC store.
Really great store lots of employees and open store layout. Really nice collection and variety of products as well. They also had really nice stickers and business cards for free with the purchases.
Everybody was nice expect for one guy. he had a beard and was just a smart butt. Staff was really helpful. only complaint was the guy with the beard.
This guys are awful.Making so much noise after 10:00 pm.Unexceptionable.Construction permit till 8:00 pm.Disrespectful people. You don’t like San Francisco laws?We don’t want you in our great city.Go love yourself somewhere else!
Nice store. You dont need to wait in the line if you registered on line for the releasing day (normally Thursday). Otherwise there is a long line for entering the store. Average waiting probably around 0.5 hour.
Tall white guy had the most rancid attitude Ive ever encountered in my life.
Tall short haired guy is rude
If this is as a store for skaters so thats why Ima give you one because I dont go inbut I guess its amazing but theyre closed and it doesnt have a large amount of merchandise but what they do have flys out the doit
(Updated) Customer service from Cashier, I went to the counter to pay for my merchandice some other merchandise was to be brought to me from the back, while waiting I asked for 2 items from the accessory case. I got them plus the other stuff from the back. Im ready to pay then a young guy is starting to pay for a hat. Ok no big deal. The Cashier sees me here Holding several items. Then a large girl starts looking at accessories. The cashier sees it is getting crowded asked us to step back behind the black ropes. While waiting the register is having a technical problem. Causing us to wait even longer Finally the young man pays for his hat then the large woman jumps in front of me. The cashier makes direct eye contact with me Telling me in a silent way Like I thought you were next?? However I didnt make a big deal about it because I know from the past big women get upset easily if you accuse them of anything So i just took the L to avoid the scene. Finally the girl pays and walks way out of nowhere a little guy jumps in There I said Hey I was next the cashier responded O sorry I have my head down looking at the register You will be next I promise. Look every time I go to supreme Im blowing 500 Dollars or more. Long story short Customer service needs a little more improvement from the Cashier Section ... However they did have one good employee who was really great, very kind person, very attentive . His Name was Cher But the cashier I feel like he let me down as far as how he Controlled the crowd.Update March 10, 2020- well Ive been back to this location several times and I will admit to you the people that the customer service at the cashier and the crowd control HAS IMPROVED 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 so I will bump my ratings from a 2 star up to a 5.Guys please keep up the good work and it is much appreciated Thank you. Supreme Love
Not even worth a star. Staff is rude n service is poor. We were told to have all parties to stay in queue n under the rain without umbrella/raincoat if we want to get into the store. Terrible experience.
The store was empty and with out fittings room. Only size M. Not very good costumer experience. Only few articles with Supreme tag.
Didnt even get to get out and look cause of all the junkies and guys on the corner looking to rob you
Great to See OG NY 90s skateboard companies setting the bar 25 years later.
Good clothes
Great experience 👍 Very helpful staff.
I got some stuff and I thought The customer service was great and everything else was great
WHO HIRED THE BEARDED GUY THAT WORKS THE LINE???? Just go to Los Angeles... This store isnt worth it theyre rude and mean
I will NEVER be back to this store. Let me repeat I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS STORE!!!! Fire the bearded guy up front or lose all your customers I am dead serious.
Great experience, all the employees & security were super friendly and chill with me! Just wish I could have skated the bowl haha and it is in exciting part of town haha
Horrible staff, extremely unhelpful and go out of their way to humiliate you. Ive been to other supreme stores and theyre way better. Avoid this one like the plague.
Good
New open store get your new attire here at supreme
Supreme in every sense of the word.
Staff is super chill. Just don’t be a kook.
Stop SCREWING MANUAL BOYS OVER. AutoFill should not be getting CARD DECLINED, and BOTS SHOULD BE GETTING GRIEFED.
Area it is in is a little sketchy since it is supposedly near a homeless shelter but besides all that staff and security is hella nice glad to know Supreme has a store in Bay Area
The label speaks for itself
Line was quick for week 2 of the spring summer 2020. They finally got it down
Supreme? Supremely mediocre, supremely overpriced, supremely rude staffers, yes. Ugh. Supreme disappointment, wont be back.
Best store. just picked up my bogo and its fire
Best Clothing in SF. Good Prices!🐐💸
Had no flavor
The bearded guy upfront needs a Big Hug and potentially needs to get fired. Aside from that the store was ok
Great selection
THANK GOD! Been waiting for this for a long time Im surprised they didnt open a store earlier because San Francisco is sk8 central. But very cool and very happy for them to finally open great location, area, and store.Follow my IG: @keed_kickzSub to my YouTube: Keed Kickz
Everything is neat and the staff are professional. It is great to see the store going back to the walk-ins and straying away from appointments only.
We spend around $600 and felt discrimated for speaking Spanish
Everyone that works here clearly hates their job. The rudest staff ever.
An experience fasho, if you know you know, you know. Id invite everyone to take a peek inside that world.
I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!!! Rude staff, impatient and seemed like they didnt want my patronage
