First and last time customer. Somehow they are not equipped to identify when there isn’t enough inventory on hand to fulfill online orders they accept, charge a card for and sit on for days before finally cancelling said order and then issuing a refund. Looks like a relatively small operation I’d think this wouldn’t be too hard to manage. Should probably stop charging until they’ve identified the item is available to ship. Then again probably works in their favor to sit on a ton of people’s money for merch they don’t have. Buyer beware, especially around the holidays.

Off White, Human Made, Heron Preston, Stone Island, Y-3, etc. at retail! Nice to finally have a legit store in the city. Staff here is great and location is great with lots of free parking or reasonably priced parking. On the real, these guys are the home town heroes for street wear in the Bay. Def worth a visit.

Theres no other mens streetwear store like it in San Francisco, or Oakland for that matter. Amazing clothes, big selection, helpful staff. The only downside is that everything is for a higher price point consumer. It is really good for what it is, and not overpriced, but they just mostly carry high end stuff that is really pricey.

Was very lucky to stumble upon this amazing store!They have a wide variety of clothing lines that is exclusive to a few places and rare items you cant find anywhere else!!On top of that the customer service is second to none....I appreciate the help I received and recommend for anyone to check this place out!dont even think twice about ordering online either its hassle free and very fast service.I wish more places could could take a lesson from such an excellent business wish them success and longevity.

They lock the door and you need to wait to get in (wasn’t very busy...) also we’re picky about form of payment which was annoying..and finally out of my size (9) in many shoes..if you are in the area stop in...but not worth a trip on its own

Upscale fashion presented in an organized & sophisticated setting. Instore transactions are final, but they have a great staff w/ expertise in the industry, you wont go wrong w/ finding the right size if you know what youre looking for. Will definitely be back.
