I had a most wonderful customer experience with Emm - the manager of the San Francisco store. She quickly resolved a problem I had with an on line order and then worked with me to purchase a number of other beautiful pieces. I live in DC so she sent me a curated selection of clothing including blouses, tops, pants, sweaters etc. to try at home. I kept what I loved and sent the rest back to her via 2 day Fed Ex. She made it so easy and fun. She is 100% devoted to making her clients happy no matter what. I look forward to working with Emm in the future rather than going to my local Vince store. She is the best!

I just had the most amazing experience at the Vince store. And honestly, I don’t quite understand how this team could receive negative comments.First, you have to make an appointment to enter the store, due to Covid and I didn’t know this. I showed up without an appointment and Emm, the Store Manager let me in anyways.I had to go to the store because I had an issue with a pair of pants I bought online - they were too big and I was going to return, then go home and order the correct size online. Emm and her team found the last pair and recommended that I try them on just in case. Unfortunately I’m between sizes. The smaller size was a pinch too tight, but Emm and her team recommended that I go with the smaller size anyways due to the fabrication and that the pants would “give” a bit after wearing. On top of that, they asked if I needed anything else, which I didn’t, but I ended up ordering another pair of pants from them because they mentioned the holiday promo. I was planning on buying them once I got home, but doing it in the store was hassle free. It wasn’t upselling at all, it was simply nice people helping me out.I do most of my shopping online these days, but it was so nice to be helped by a great team of folks, who weren’t pushy!!! I seriously don’t understand how people could comment that they are rude. That’s the complete opposite experience I had. In fact, I’m much more likely to make an appointment to go in store rather than buying online because they were that helpful!Thank you, Emm! I look forward to coming back!

I was in search of a cashmere sweater and the store manager, Emm, and her team were so helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. I loved the suggestions they made and ended up purchasing a piece I love. They were never pushy and I had a lovely experience.

Today again proved why I always shop at Vince. It’s been my favorite brand for years, but in the midst of of some stressful life situations I ordered a beautiful shirt that came a size too small. Even though I was heavily delayed in exchanging it, the store manager here was kind, polite and empathetic in helping me still find something I loved without making the experience a waste. Can’t say how much I appreciate it.

The store manager is the least pleasant person I have encountered in a long time. Im not sure what drew her to retail, as she lacks personal skills and any sense of customer service. I went in yesterday afternoon to purchase a birthday present for a friend and asked if it was possible to put it in a gift box, as I was watching the her put together a nicely wrapped box for another customer. Her response was simply, not for a sale item. To disregard and shame someone for purchasing sale items is appalling. Also worth noting- the two men working at the time I was there were very nice and helpful.

As you can tell from many reviews below, the store manager here is extremely rude and holds an aggressive attitude against customers. The fact that she still works here means the brand does not care about your shopping experience anyways. Will never buy anything from here again.

Anyone that enjoys a personalized shopping experience should visit this location (a bit off the beaten union square shopping path). I love the quiet store with the wonderful Emily and crew always there to assist with in store orders (shipped to my home!), personal item selections and helpful service. I can always expect excellent & high quality customer service any day of the week! I have a very, very short list of places to in-store shop, and this Vince location is at the top! THANK YOU for the help and confidence !

The female store manager, I forgot to ask her name, is the worst store person I have ever met at a shopping place. I have been to this store twice and bought stuff because I love Vince but she always ruins the experience with her condescending tone and lack of willingness to help.

I live near Boston and was looking for a Vince sweater that had sold out on the internet site. The customer assistance person told me that the San Francisco store had the sweater. I called and worked with Emily and had the sweater the next day. She also offered to take it back if it didn’t fit. And I got a super discount! Couldn’t be happier with the sweater and with the wonderful service.

Amazing customer service! The manager Emily didnt have to honor a return because I had lost my receipt, but she went through the trouble to take care of me anyways. She now has a lifetime customer.

This is a wonderful Vince location with a great crew. Emm (store manager) is professional, smart, and gives great book recommendations, too. She was able to find a few pieces for me, and even noticed I looked more confident in what she found (and she was right because I felt it). Sometimes it’s more convenient ot buy online, but the experience of shopping her, and Emm’s personal assistance and attention to customer needs makes me come back.
