Purchased a pre-owned vehicle, that was supposed to have a extended service warranty. As I was there for the very first maintenance (oil change), found out that not only was there was a recall service that needed to be done but the extended warranty was still under the previous owner(super frustrating on that later part). Richard Nguyen, not only assisted me in who to contact regarding how to transfer the warranty AND still did the oil change as a courtesy. Never received service from a dealership like this. Will be back once warranty transfer is completed, lots of thanks to Richard, the technicians(oil change & recall repair was done under 2 hours) and service management team for the great service.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We were sold a Toyota 4Runner and I sold in my PT cruiser. I had left my PT cruiser license plate on the vehicle and they sold my car with the license on. Now I am getting all these traffic violations. We called to talk to someone and they told us to bring the traffic violation in and told us they would handle it. They never handled it and I got more traffic violations. I am considering suing. When they initially sold us the car they tried to scam us with all these extra products etc. Moving through the paperwork took such a long time. I will never buy here again.

I live in American Samoa, a US Territory in the South Pacific and the nearest genuine Toyota parts supplier was this one in San Francisco, CA. The website was user friendly and I was also very interested in their promise of Fast Shipping. We have 3 flights a week to our remote island and I’m used to items taking over 2 weeks to arrive however David S. shipped it and I received it in 5 days! I was mind blown. Not to mention the discount on the product. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with their service. I will be ordering from them for now on for any further parts for my Corolla!

Im an online customer, only. The best part is they will sell you parts. The worst part is theres no one to ask questions (online). Then when you want to return it, they give you a 15 day window to submit your return request and then dont reply to the request within the time frame. The only communication Ive had since the purchase is this survey.

Really bad service from the parts department. I ordered a $130.00 decal for my Rav-4 and was not in the box with the other things I ordered. I sent an email about the situation the parts department never responded. When I called he blew me off saying that it was in the box and I was out of luck. I wouldnt trust them to so an oil change much less buy a car from them. Im Very Unhappy!
