There are many window businesses in SF. Do yourself a favor and choose a better place.Unfortunately this business had trouble distinguishing tinted windows from factory windows and incorrectly ordered a non matching window twice. The power window was damaged, likely by them, and multiple labor charges were the result.Mistakes happen, but good honorable businesses usually make up for them. Auto glass now wouldn’t and after filing a complaint the corporate office never even responded to the email I sent in May. It’s sad that a business thriving from the high crime in SF would take advantage of people who are in a yucky situation in the first place.

Oh my God is this place great. Boyfriend and I had a major hiccup on a road trip when his back and side windows got smashed and we got robbed. So dealing with all of that has been stressful, but the woman who seems to be running the show here was so fast, helpful, and clear. She was so nice and got all sorts of insurance and part ordering figured out for us super quick. Picking up the car in the morning. If something goes wrong, these are the people you want helping you fix it. She went absolutely out of her way to help us. Thank you so much, guys !

What they deliver undercuts what they promise with a smile. Their glass work seems to be solid which Id whats important. Regardless of they promise, you will have to so a lot of cleaning by yourself.There are cheaper places that would deliver the same quality of work, so feel free to save your money by going elsewhere.

This company put a windsheild for us and it wasnt good qualty I would hear the wind coming in and out and it cracked the secound day from the tiniest rock

Went here a couple of years ago and liked the work. My windshield cracked, so figured I would use them again.. They trashed my vehicle, left it horribly dirty inside, gouged the paint above the windshield, left black resin spots on the hood and around the frame. They even broke the wiper mounts and just stuck the blades back on unsecured. In short, awful work.

We got broken into so we were stressed out. The manager was really helpful given our situation. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with these folks. When other places couldnt get my rear window glass for days, Rovonne got it far quicker and charged less than half of Safelite. He also went above and beyond to take care of me. He was very communicative and even drove my car to me at the end of the day.The others there were also a pleasure to work with.There were some minor issues when they returned my vehicle but they were very receptive and quick to fix them.

My fathers vehicle got broken into at Langton St in which they stole a bicycle and a urn with my brothers ashes, but after all this happening we came here and from the beginning they took really good care of us, they installed a temporary crash window. Thanks guys the window is amazing.

I know they might quote you a good price but beware & learn from my experience please do not do business with them. You will regret it!I bought a new windshield from them & it lasted about a month before it cracked into a million shards of glass. I went back & I got it replaced.That was mistake #2. During the install they dented my hood, the left fairing, gouged the paint off the roof. It looks like they used metal tools to pry the seal out. After I got home I had the auto body shop look at the damage & they told me the broke the clips on the plastic panels & used the window sealant to glue them down.Overall caused over $2,200 in damages.They didnt get the glass out of the vents so when I turned on the defroster glass flew into my face. If I hadnt been wearing sunglasses I would have lost an eye maybe both. After talking with them several times they did nothing to fix the damages.

Little hole in the wall across the street from the Hall of Justice. But the people in the office were great, theit techs were great. Only took a couple hours from walking in the door to driving away. Thats without an appointment.

They were supposed to replace a back vent window. It turns out after taking it to the Lexus Dealership on their own advice, the Lexus Dealership told me the replacement glass is wrong size and it is poor quality. Auto Glass Now told me its the sealing that was the problem. The dealership was confused and stunned on what i told them Auto Glass Now told me. My advice be very careful and make sure you inspect the product before you sign off and install it.

My window was smashed early in the morning. I called right when they opened. They had someone here to fix the window right where it was parked. They cleaned up all the glass and put in a beautiful drivers side window.Rovonne was very nice and helpful. These folks are very courteous, fast, and 1/2 the price of Safelight Auto Glass. They replaced the side window of my car after it was broken into and they vacuumed up all of the broken glass that remained in the car. Great job!

Would give five stars based off my initial experience but realized the next day they didn’t leave the windshield wipers in working order. So then had to go back a second time, where the representative offered no response to the issue. I’m glad they fixed there mistake but would have appreciated an apology or just an explanation for the issue.

During the pandemic our car was vandalized and the back window was broken. I called and they were able to replace it that afternoon even though it was almost 4pm. The only disappointment was that the price was close to$100 more than I usually pay, however I was happy they were able to help me on such short notice and during the unusual circumstances

You are welcome to leave your car 3 hours and get send back home only to come back first thing in the next morning to spend there another 3hrs. At the initial contact we were informed that it takes 1.5 up to 2 hours.Poor communication by the manager and the office staff made it an unreal time waste. The glass for my Toyota Rav 4 needed to be reordered because it was damaged.The procedure of fixing my broken car glass was more frustrating than the actual auto burglary.At the checkout it was played down light apologetically.Hopefully other customers will have a more positive experience than we had.

This guys are serious, we where traveling and got our cars window broken on a stop on Oakland, it was late and we had to go back to San Francisco. The next day, We called and by 10am we had a technician changing our glass.. The service was fast, with great communication and at a good price.

My minivan was attended to promptly and the rear glass was installed within 2 hours of my driving into the shop. Heres the kicker, they were $100 less than Safelite that quoted me and asked me to wait for 6 days.I highly recommend this place.

Today was an outrageous day at work! My car windshield was shattered with a brick through my window while it was parked downtown Market. When I called my car insurance (Progressive) I was connected to Safelite AutoGlass and thought at the moment I would be okay but because of the COVID-19 they were booked and would have gotten my car back the following week and remind you, today is Tuesday! Anywhoo, Auto Glass Now was open and available to assist replacing my car windshield right away with a low price and did an awesome job on my car windshield. After a senseless window smash, I first tried the big name glass repair shop, where Ive had other glass replacements done in the past. This time, their quote was astronomical so I started googling car window repair and found Auto Glass Now. I called right at closing time and got Lynette, who was super helpful, got me a price that was about half of the other guys, and followed up via text the next morning. She could get my (oem) replacement window and get it installed THE SAME DAY! Not only that, but since I was stuck at work, they picked up may car, fixed it, AND returned it to me THE SAME DAY! At HALF the price! (I was only a couple blocks away, so I dont want to suggest that theyd do this for everybody...) BOOM. Less than 24 hours from discovering my broken window, it was all behind me. These folks are my new go-to the next time some a**hat decides to smash my car window for no reason.

They were pleasant and very accomodating e ... until we brought the truck back because the window no longer worked properly and the interior of the door was loose. They were mad that we were not satisfied and said it was a simple fix and they could fix it ... that there was no need for us to be upset. They got even more agitated when asked why they allowed it to leave the shop like that in the first place, especially if it was a simple fix.Second times a charm ... fixed and out. Guess quality work and customer service isnt important when shops have plenty of work.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful even though clearly I came just a little late. Very clear and straightforward process. If anything, I would give the staff a small budget to make the office area their own. Nothing major, and in my experience, it makes the work day go by faster and makes it a more pleasant customer experience. The free wifi is a plus, and I would consider advertising it. I am sitting here getting work done while my window is being repaired.

This place was great to deal with, more affordable than competitors, and even saved me an extra $50. Everyone including operations and installation were very helpful and while I hope I don’t have to come back, this is where I’ll go anytime I need to replace a car window.

I cant really say they do a good job. I was told to come by because they can replace my window and they knew my situation of where I was. When I got there I was told they were closing soon so they couldnt get it done. I drove about 45mins to get there.In the end they were nice enough to vacuum the broken glass and put a temp wrap for free.

My 2nd time at Auto Glass Now and, again, they were super nice and accommodating. I have an 97 Volvo and thought it would be at least a day before they would get the glass and be able to work on it. Luckily, it was ready in a few hours and the price was way more reasonable then I ever expected. This is my go to place for window breaks!

Came took stencils for my 2003 Roadtrek Versatile. Never came back or made an appointment to put window in. Granted, I am not the easiest to make appointments with being that I‘m out of town much, but they just let it go :(

This is my first car vandalizing experience and auto glass now made it a little more easier to handle. My car driver side window was shattered the night before and I had a hassle free experience. I have a 01 Ford Mustang Coupe and was only charged less than $150 other shops quoted me a least $200 city wide. They fixed my car within a hour in a half and I would definitely come back again if needed

BUT AFTER THE JOB IS DONE ON SEP 20 MY PRE-COLLUSION,LANE ASSIST AND CRUSE CONTROL FAILED AND TOLD ME TO GO TO THE DEALER AND THAT CANT BE DONE WITH THE AFTERMARKET GLASS AND FINALLY WE OPEN A NEW CLAM,ORDER OEM PART AND MY INSURANCE PAID THEN TOLD ME THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY IN 45-60 DAYS AND THIS IS ON OCT 4TH ..AND ON DEC 12 THE MANGER CALLED ME AND SAY WE CAN NOT REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT WE WILL GIVE YOU $122 ONLY. THERE IS A LOT OF STORY TO GET TO THIS POINT BUT....I HAVE MY RECEIPT,ALSO RECORD ALL MY PHONE CALLS ETC...AND I CAN TELL YOU THIS .. FIRST AND MOST DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.IF YOU DO ...DONT PAY CASH,THERE IS NO CORPORATE PHONE NO OR OFFICE.

Got in first and it really is a first-come-first-serve service but the real star of the show is a fact they have reasonable pricing for the service and the window I needed replacing. Safelite quoted me a price 2.5X what this place priced me for and I just drove in to get a quote without calling ahead. This will be my number one place to go to from here on out. Safelite is a rip-off.

At first I was really please with how friendly the staff were and how quickly they were able to schedule me in for a mobile visit. However, I am very displeased with how unprofessional the manager is. The mobile technician got in a wreck, so I understand that they were unable to come that day. However, the manager oversees the mobile route, and he never attempted to update me on a new visit/timeline after that and was simply dropped from the service log, leaving me in the dark until I reached out. If this is the way this business is run, you are better off going with Safelite (and that hurts to have to say).

This place is slow. very slow. snails pace. hope you have nothing better to do with your time than to sit and wait in their lobby while they try to juggle the 8 other cars and incessant callers! ohh and if they tell you to just come in... dont, because your entire day will be wasted for a 30 minute job. go somewhere that makes appointments. it will be worth the extra $$ for sure.Update: we worked it out and the owner is an extremely nice guy. Genuinely wants to do right by his customers. I was in there on a bad day for the team.

Came here on 8/16/19, because my back window was busted, and the culprit stole my backpack. I did some research, and I believe they quoted me at a good cost. So I go there, after the guy says: Yeah come in early so you can get your car before we close, so am like ok. I get there, no acknowledgement at all. There were two guys working in the office and three guys in the back working on a car. They see me, and shortly afterwards start eating morning breakfast. I even took a video of this, not sure I can post it here. But they sure seen that, but not my car coming in. Thats how a business loses customers. I just went to GlassAll On 14th st. And glad I did, with service done fast, my rear window on my Jeep Cherokee replaced, the glass vacuumed, and I got acknowledged!

I was told to come in right away and the car would be repaired in 2 hours. The repair ended up taking 4.5 hours with no apology, just the excuse that they were very busy. A day after i had my car repaired i noticed there was still glass in the car. I figured it was a sloppy job but not over all a huge problem. Two days later i noticed the window was off track and soon after i could hear glass scratching against the window. I called to ask about repair and was told to bring the car in whenever and they would take care of it. I brought the car in today and was told it would take several hours as they were very busy and i should probably come back another time. At this point the window was not closing and both wind and rain were getting in the car. It took pleading with staff to get my car looked at today. They eventually said they would only after excusing themselves from the room to yell at each other in the garage.

Stay away at all cost! Took my car in twice to have my passenger window fixed after being told they had my glass. Arrived, waited 3 hours and then was told the glass hasnt arrived yet and would take another 2 hours. Waited the 2 hours, glass doesnt arrive, so I had to leave for another appointment. They call me later that day that the glass had finally arrived and I could bring it in the morning and it should only take an hour. Took off time from work again the next day, waited 2 hours and then was told they couldnt find my glass and I would need to wait another 2 more days because it was Saturday and wait for them do it on Monday. I was so mad. What a waist of time of my patience, 7 hours and lost of wages. This place should be called Eventually Auto Glass. What a sham! Left and called another place. They had my window in stock and was installed that day andwas $23 dollars cheaper. Also, while I was waiting in their not so very nice waiting area, if you can even call it that, 3 other people where having issues with them as well. From a delayed installation, hmm...sounds familiar, a higher price quote from what they were told over the phone and last but not least, a windshield wasnt installed properly, so leaking when it rained. Shame on them!!!!

My insurance first recommended Safelite but they didnt have an appointment for a week!!! They then found Auto Glass now. Auto Glass told me that they could have the glass delivered there in an hour and estimated installation in 2 hours! They were so helpful on the phone. When I showed up in person, they were so prompt at handling my paperwork, I was out of the office in 5 minutes. They called me back 1.5 hours later telling me my car was done! Awesome! I will be coming back if I need another window replaced.

Auto Glass Eventually should be their name. 2 hour estimate. Called after 3 hours. Told me my glass was delivered to shop and was being installed as we speak. So I went back, then....Oops! Glass still needed to be delivered. Sat in the lobby anextra hour.

They had the best price for the replaced window, but they botched the job. Within a month my car door wouldnt close. I took it to a shop and they found tons of glass in the door frame causing the problem. The service to fix the door cost me $250, which was more than the window/service that Glass Pro provided me.Additionally, they did a half-assed job cleaning up the broken glass w/i the car (I had to do the majority of the cleaning after the fact) and the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful.DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS!

Auto Glass Now saved me from awful service at another glass shop. After weeks of getting the run around, I called AGN and they had me in and out within 2 hours. They took care of everything involving insurance, already had my part, and got to my car minutes after me dropping it off. I’ll for sure be using them again when I inevitably have another window busted out.

Before I talk about Auto Glass I should quickly describe my experience with another company: All star Glass. I was rescheduled 6 times over a 2 week period; they either never showed or showed at the wrong address.. It was one of the worst business experiences in my life. I was trying to get my daughters car fixed for her graduation. I called Autoglass on Friday afternoon (eve of graduation). . They told me they could fix the glass on saturday. I came at 8 am. it was fixed at 9.30. The price was lower than all star glass and 3 times lower than SAFELITE. The service was wonderful. The work was high quality. They saved my day. I dont write reviews very often - let alone positive ones. Autoglass is a good company.
