Got a low oil and a tire light all of a sudden when I was in SF last weekend. A bit nervous as I need to drive all the way back to Reno. Didn’t know what to expect at this service center as it’s my first time here - but, what a pleasant surprise & great service I received!! Got both issues resolved within 20 minutes & free of charge! The reps were so friendly and helpful even though they seemed to be quite swamped. 5 out of 5 rating for sure - a big thank-you from a loyal customer! 👍🏼

Didn’t expect this lame experience from Audi at all. We are shocked at good reviews on google maps. We should have waited a little more and gone for BMW or another dealer. We are lied not once but multiple times about APR before signing the papers and delivered scratched “new” car with faulty tail light. They are incompetent to fix problems and get things right. We dropped off for scratch fixes and got more scratches, somehow. Tail light issue is still going on. They were suppose to pick up the car from our home today but now they are making excuses. What a headache for the last few weeks with a supposedly new luxury car!! We are never gonna buy another Audi again!

Had a great experience buying a certified used Q5 from David. We bought the car a little bit less than a year ago and noticed a small gap in the bumper which we didnt notice before and we were sure that this was there when we bought it since we did not have any accident or exterior damage on the car. David was kind enough to fix the issue for us. Much appreciated for caring about customer happiness even after purchase. I would recommend him for my friends and future purchases as well!

Im not out to harm or embarrass the sales person so I will not mention their name. A piece of advice would be if youre confident over the phone that I can get a better deal here than I would at Oakland Audi then dont waste my time walking that back as soon as I cross over and arrive to your store. Just be honest on the call. The sales person was really rude when I mentioned that I wanted to base my lease on the car price minus residual value. The deal he had on the car price was +$3,000 more than the sticker price at Oakland...thus making the Oakland Audis version of a deal much more sweeter. When crunching some numbers he flipped his computer monitor away from me and at that point i realized he was getting frustrated with me. He kept being rude towards me and my partner and even wanted to wager $500 that I could not find a better deal. I thought that this behavior was unprofessional. I am an existing Audi customer and I have never seen this kind of behavior in any other locations. Ill be waiting for that $500 in the mail, by the way.

I had a pleasant and hassle-free experience at Audi of SF— from making the initial phone call to set up an appointment to view the CPO A5 I had seen listed on the website and the time I finished signing the paperwork to purchase the car. Mohamad was very quick to respond to all of my messages and made me a very satisfied first-time Audi owner. He was straightforward about addressing all of the scratches and flaws when showing us the vehicle and took care of the curb rashes on the front wheels. I was very impressed with the work done on the wheels and couldn’t even tell that they were damaged before! Would definitely return for future maintenance work and for future auto purchases.

The sales person was not that nice and was getting impatient when we were filling out the paper work. We felt rushed. While we were filling out the paper work we kindly asked the sales person if they could pump gas because the gas light was already on, he said yes. After the sales person came back from the gas station and we finalized everything. We got the keys and as we left the lot, we noticed the gas tank was only filled up less than half way like are you serious? We purchased a car and you couldnt give us a full tank of gas?

The sales person that assisted me really didnt sell the car I asked questions and he answered and im not sure if it was my age or skin tone but i could swear I saw someone test drive a car themselves probably covid safety reasons but for my test drive he came along just sitting still not saying anything to convince me to buy the car the only thing he said when i asked for comparison w/ A6, A5 and a Volvo S60 Polestar Performance he would say yeah but there not like the A7, my guy the car is not wowing me you need to start saying facts like it has x HP, it goes 0-60 in x Seconds, its faster than, it handles great under x conditions.... Keep in mind this would be audi #7 for me so i know all about it already but i came there to be convinced that the A7 was the better car to own i didnt leave convinced.

Buying a car can be a daunting, excruciating, frustrating, and at times...a stressful experience. Ours, thankfully...was not. My husband and I spent the past 6 months searching for our next car. We test drove about 8 different cars, exchanged business cards with annoying salesmen, and had many conversations about what we were really looking for.In the end we went with the 2019 Audi A4. Price was right, amenities were top notch, technology was up-to-date and the final kicker...our purchasing experience was AMAZING! It can be stressful when you think about haggling back and forth with a salesperson who then goes to his finance guy and you do this back and forth a few times till you reach a final price. (normally)We worked with Christian and David at Audi San Francisco and left happy customers. More than that...it felt like we left with new FRIENDS! ha! They knew our concerns and what we were willing to compromise on. They got creative in how we both could reach a mutual agreement where both parties felt fair was fair. These guys were AWESOME! They were extremely professional and dedicated to our needs. We NEVER felt pressure or any negativity from either of them. There was definitely a sense of trust that you dont usually get when you work with car salesmen.We cant recommend Audi San Francisco more. (I would give them 10 stars if I could!) Other dealerships we went to were either too pushy or completely oblivious to our existence. David and Christian answered every single question that we fired at them with professionalism and complete competency. They really know their S$%@ !!! (seriously)So if youre looking for a new car or better yet....for amazing service and a fair deal...RUN, dont walk to Audi SF. :) (you might just leave with new friends)

Avoid Lorenzo at all costs. Very rude and arrogant. He was using hunger marketing to push us to decide on the car, in the meantime, giving us a “don’t care” attitude, as if he doesn’t lack customers. When we asked about how the driving is like, he replied with “let’s just say it drives well”...?

This review is long over due. First off, the facility is beautiful. It doesn’t look like your typical mechanics greasy shop. Can’t believe how clean the floors are! They have a comfy waiting room with a flat screen and free coffee and if you don’t want to wait they will cover your Uber charges. The staff are always friendly and efficient and don’t try and take advantage of you. Last time I was in, I worked with Adam for the first time and he was all around excellent!

I usually call for an appointments for my car service at the Audi Service Center at 1525 Howard Street but today I just did a walk-in. Chris Sung was able to schedule me that day even though they were fully booked already. I told him about getting my tires rotated and other issues my car was having and he said it was not covered in the service plan I bought from them when I got the car. But he was able to wave the fees. I highly recommend getting services from the Audi dealership in SF since they always provide good quality customer service and make sure your car is up and running in no time.

The team at Audi of San Francisco is truly spectacular. I purchased my 2016 Q3 at a different dealership on the Peninsula, and although I couldnt be happier with my car, I wish I had given Audi SF the business.I needed to bring my car in for a software update and 5K checkup and was able to get an appointment two days later at a convenient time for my schedule. Chris from the service team was so friendly and got me in and out so quickly!! Chris pointed out that the service was included, so no charge to me. I really appreciated this! Bonus as I was not expecting it to be free, and my past experience with car service has been wait till the end and hope I dont faint when I get the bill.Chris and the team were understaffed the day before Thanksgiving but you wouldnt know it. They took such excellent care of me and every other customer I saw there. I even had to ask them to grab the registration from my car while it was on the blocks, and they did no problem and without question!Truly five-stars. I continue to be so inmpressed by Audi and this team in particular!!

Stopped by on Saturday because my add oil light was on and I couldnt find anywhere that sold the correct oil for my Audi A4. Adam Myers met me at my car and told me to hang out for a second and grab a coffee. In five minutes he topped off my oil, washer fluid and checked my tire pressure for me. He even offered to take care of a recall for me that I wasnt aware of but I didnt have time. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Awesome service!

My dad and I had recently acquired a 2003 Audi TT in San Fransisco. The car was then destined to drive back to our hometown, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, with us. When we got the car, there were a few little quirks as there are with any used or older car, so we needed to have a few things clarified and checked out. First, while driving we kept hearing a beeping noise at certain speeds but couldnt get to the glove box to check the manual because the latch was broken. We also needed to get to the radio code to set it and get it out of safe mode. Having no idea really where to start we arrived at the dealership with all these questions. Chris Sung came out and not only opened the glove box, but showed us how to do it ourselves. From there he found the manual and the radio code and programmed it right in! This would have cost us $99 but he did it for free right there on the spot! Chris then looked at our dash and display and shows us how to get that beeping to stop by resetting a speed indicator. He was very helpful and more than willing to talk to us and give us his time. I would highly recommend him and this Audi center to anyone! As I said we are from way out of state and it was such a pleasure to talk to him and have our minds put at ease.

I had been looking for an urgent service appointment as the check engine light came on and the engine was acting up (and need the car for an upcoming road trip), but everywhere was booked weeks out. This was my first online car buying experience (+ it was across the country) and it was great! The dealership and the sales person (Morgan Mason) stayed on top of things throughout the process of the sale. The car was everything that the description and pictures said it was on the Autotrader listing. Overall I was very pleased in my dealings with Audi San Francisco and the entire Royal Auto Group.
