Probably one of the rudest person, I’ve seen. The guy (with a dog) that was working just grabbed my package, threw it a big white bin, didn’t say anything & went in the back and sat down in front of a computer. I was walking out, but had to turn around and I asked for my package back.
I go to this place a couple times a year and today I had to walk out. I look around and everyone is wearing a mask except the guy behind the counter whos wearing a rag around his face but not even bothering to cover his nose.with everything going on right now and every one of his customers taking it serious he chose to make a stand by not taking it serious and potentially risking all of us.Ive put up with waiting in line there regularly because I know it can be tough for one person to run a store I put up with a lot but I will not put up with customer service so bad that they dont even bother to put on a show to make people feel safe theyd rather make a protest statement.I am done going here
My neighborhood UPS, been using them for 10 years for both personal and business. Friendly and helpful. They chat with customers sometimes, imagine that, live chatting with real folks...
The employee that helped me he was on the left counter, he was great, very friendly and kind. kudos.👍
I wanted to return a big box with 2 broken monitors delivered a couple days ago - also by UPS. This store did the label printing for me and charged 1.80$, was that fair and legit? At the same time I brought in a small box returning to Amazon, which he could just scan w/o printing. Why was so different? The person worked there did not explain and the attitude was rude!
One customer being helped when I walked in. Chris did not acknowledge me at all. I waited for almost 5 mins before I asked him if the amazon scan and drop off was available. He then recognized I was standing there and helped me in less than a min. Did not acknowledge the 2nd customer who walked in as I was leaving either. Customer service needs work big time.
Closed at 625 while the store hours are 630. Myself along with 3 other people all upset having driven here!
Packages from this location are “not making it to the couriers” which should make people nervous. Very suspect.Yelled at by employee when I was asking for any information on a missing package.
James decided it was more important to vacuum than to help me print out a label. Who does that ?? This was the worst customer service ever.
