This review is on Harbor Freight: Nice selection of tools and equipment. They have many items for your household needs and the prices are very reasonable.The quality of some items may not be up to par but you definitely get your moneys worth. Shop here first before going to the big box stores.

Id never been to harbor freight before. Ive been missing out!! Store is clean and well organized, staff was friendly and helpful even though i was there just after they open at 9am. Wide selection of well priced items. Will 100% be shopping there more often

Very nice Harbor Frieghts. Its big and has a lot of inventory and friendly staff. Great alternative to Home Depot in a pinch and for less cost. But, some items may not be as much in good qauilty, pick your battles. Otherwise will be back for future projects.

I love this place. Perfect when you have a project that requires a specific tool that you wont need to use a lot.

Fun place to browse all the aisles.Picked up a infrared thermometer for $20. Very cool tool.We will use it to check for drafts around our doors and windows in the winter.

I liked that this location had more items available compared to other stores, however, I will not be returning. Everyone working there seemed like they didnt want to be working; if youre not in the mood to work.. GO HOME. The cashier attending us was extremely rude the day we visited the store (didnt catch her name, but she was blond and an unattractive acne-faced girl). Her sighs when we asked where an item was definitely showed me that she has no respect for her job and the customers; the least she couldve done was walk us to the item we were looking for.We were referred to this store from Covina Harbor Freight--this store can definitely learn something from the Covina location. Overall, this location DEFINITELY needs to evaluate who they hire because they are clearly lacking customer service skills.

Customer service is OFF THE CHAIN here! Liz the manager went over and above to make sure I got what I needed, and even had suggestions for better ideas! Its a little further than the closest HF to my house, but they were so much more helpful and so much more pleasant to deal with than the other one. Highly recommend her store!

I initially went to the Montclair store to buy the Icon Tool Box set as I live near there. (See the sad review for that location.) Ended up going to this store as I work just 5 minutes from here. The associates could use some training when it comes to their serious purchases as these boxes cost anywhere from $800-$3,800. However the manager was more knowledgeable and was able to help me in the long run. Otherwise a good store to shop at.

Pick-up a few tarps, for the predicated rain, which they actually got it, it rained how about that. The Freight was Great!

Always a blast for tinkerers. I am setting up a portable solar station.Very quiet for a Sunday as anyone can attest; it is quite busy with husbands dragging the wives ( and vice versa ) to shop after Church or breakfast.But like most shops in Glendora and San Dimas, the employees are friendly and the customers are our neighbors. I have been here several times and most times the counter help is horrible. I recently purchased a tool box and it was damaged when I got home. No big deal things happen. I was nervous about bringing it back but the store manager Armando was very nice about exchanging it and made it as painless as possible. I cant remember the womans name who helped at the counter this time but she was also very friendly. This was good customer service. Thanks.

Not even 1 of the 8 or so employees wearing a mask properly (under their nose) and 2 of them not wearing a mask at all, just letting it hang under their chin like a necklace. Customers the same, half not wearing any mask and all those that were had it under their nose.Decades long customer, this was my last time. HF San Dimas is dead to me.

I always find the tools I need and they have good prices on them.

Harbor Freight has a large selection of tools for every job and than some. Tools are not professional quality but good enough for the do it yourself at home jobs.

Tools. Dont waste their time calling and asking them time consuming, dumb questions. Yes they sell hammers, no they dont deliver. (Yes, someone actually called and asked these things as I was being rung up.) Its tools inside a store. Go look and if you like, buy the tools.
