Theresa gave me screen protector and case for a hard to find phone. Then she gave me the most interesting and revealing conversation. For my first visit I even got a deal. It takes better pictures now!

First time calling and visiting this business. I thought my IPhone required a new Lightning connector port ($90 fix) but Theresa diagnosed it first with a need for detailed cleaning (normally $30). She was not only correct and efficient in solving the issue as I waited, she only charged $10 for the service. She was kind with great customer service skills as well! Excellent job! Thank you!

If you need a good phone technician, Mary is it, and is very fair about pricing. My daughter dropped her phone a year ago, and Hot Spots pricing was the best around, and many times that means customer service is poor... NOT HERE! Mary let my daughter explain what happened, then gave us a really good quote, and then had the phone fixed within hours. Recently, My daughter once again dropped her phone, and Mary remembered us, remembered the earlier repair, and was just gracious and kind. Again, very fast and fair service. Took my Samsung phone to have screen replaced and ordered the screen. It took a couple of days but it was out of Marys control since the vendor didnt notify her that the part was out of stock. We ordered from different vendor, the part came in a couple of days later. Now my phone is working great! Satisfied with the work & price which was a great deal.

The battery on my iPhone 6+ started acting up, like shutting the phone off when it said it had 45% battery life left. I took it into Mary and she had it replaced and ready to go in less than a half hour. Great customer service. I will be taking my wifes Galaxy S7 in this week to have a screen protector put on. Happened to wander into this place and am so glad I did. My daughters 6S phone screen is cracked - and its right across her camera lens, so her photos looked ridiculous. Went in and it was clear.that Elena, who helped us, understood exactly how to fix it. She quoted us a price - $99 - and told us it could be done in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I got a call. They fixed the screen perfectly and the phone looks new. She also added a screen protector. I would highly recommend this place- they know what they are doing, they have clear, reasonable (though not cheap) pricing and they fixrd the screen quickly. Overall, Excellent customer service.

A night before i had to leave out of the country my phone broke completely. I called so many places first thing in the a.m, and all where over priced and none would be able to have my phone fixed in time before my flight. I called Hot spot, spoke to Mary who immediately ordered the parts for my phone. Thankfully to them my phone was ready in time. They did a great job and i was able to jump on my plane on time.Thank you Hot Spot...I highly recommend this place. Very helpful staff and amazing customer service.

Mary helped me out today when I broke the OLED inside of my phone but didnt crack the screen. She thought she knew what the problem was over the phone and confirmed it when I went in. I hopped over to the nearby mexican restaurant and she was finishing as I walked back over. She gave me a great deal on the repair, included a screen protector, and was patient with me while I considered the plethora of case options she has. I ended up walking out with a perfectly working screen, new case, and screen protector for less than it would have cost to take it to apple. If I break anything again (which I hope I dont), I will be back!

This cellphone repair store is a hidden gem right here in the San Dimas / La Verne area! I have had to take several of our family phones in for cracked screens (and an iPad!). Every time Mary, or another employee, has always been knowledgeable, friendly and quick. PLUS theyre pricing on my iPhone 6 screen repair was about $30 cheaper than another local repair shop had quoted me! Definitely would recommend using Hot Spot Wireless on Foothill Blvd (next to the Subway!).

Hours were 7 days a week posted on yelp. Drove over there today, my only day off and they were closed. They should really update their hours and not waste others time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time and I will never go back. When a person can say to you (don’t get sassy) with me because you don’t agree with them out of line and you are the owner. Learn you some customers service skills. If you know about those phones do your thing. But dont coming telling me that I let someone work on my phone and I know I didn’t. You are the tech handle the situation but learn how to speak to people. And because you have a camera and you tell me that because you think it might stop me from speaking my mind about you NOT. Make sure you look at it and make corrections on YOU. And yes I RAISED my voice after seeing the way she was acting. Not that it was right on my part.

From telling me outright that she hates it when people expect fast service and complaining about me wanting to wait while my screen was being replaced to not helping much when the new screen turned up to be defective. Her only defense was that she got it on ebay. So Im stuck with a defective screen, not very responsive, (4 white dots that wont go away). $70 buck down the drain. She promised to call them back and get back to me. Never heard back.

Im an older, un-tech savvy guy that finally caved in to a smartphone . Yesterday I shattered the glass faceplate on my iphone . I shopped at 5 different locations, none of which were less than $90 . I was advised to try Hot Spot, from my nextdoor neighbor . The owner (Mary Woodward ), looked and explored the phone to insure that over and above the broken glass faceplate it would still function as normal . Mary then said she would and could replace the glass in twenty mins. and at a much lesser price . Mary did and because I saved so much, I had her install a Tempered Glass face on top of faceplate for protection . Repairing the phone, instead purchasing a new phone, saved me atleast $500.00 . Mary, Thank You so much and I can guarantee you, that Ill be recommending you to both Family and Friends as well as anyone else who needs wireless phone help .
