I apologize for forgetting her name but his supervisor on the floor was a boss. She was direct, honest and organized. Moy (Moises) was very helpful in getting our new plan sorted, including porting over a new line from another family member. Even with ATT putting new computer system software in during a holiday season start, Moy did splendidly, and he helped explain everything clearly and succinctly. We were pleased with his care and dedication to making sure we left the store well taken care of.

Randy is AWESOME!! We went to the Upland store and they didn’t even acknowledge us! We walked in to the San Dimas store and they immediately said hello and asked us to take a seat. I went in frustrated cause my bill was crazy high and didn’t know what happened but when I entered the AT&T store I was welcomed instantly by Moy he explained what happened to my bill and why was it so high he explained everything perfectly and he was very patient with me and helpful I recommend going to Moy for assistance

I had an amazing experience at this store! I walked in was addressed immediately. I didn’t have an appointment but was still helped very quickly. Worst experience ever. Just adding two lines from other ATT account to our account, called costumer service multiple times, came to store 5 times, didn’t solve the problem yet. Every time they gives us different direction, we followed every time, but didn’t work at all. It’s an extremely unprofessional store. All the associates are not well trained, so so discounted!!!! Don’t know how many things we need to do to finish this simple thing. The store wasted us too much time.

Nick and Randy are some of the best people Ive had the Privilege to do business with. Randy really helped us find the best deals within our market. Definitely a reason we come back to this location.Came back the next day to figure out numbers, staff was fast and very helpful. Came into the store today to buy some accessories for new iPhone 12. Xochitl was the one that helped me pick out a cute case for my phone and as well a good screen protector so that way phone would be protected. She was really nice and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back to this location to do future shopping!

Bryan is the guy you want to help you out. He is knowledgeable about all the promotions and products that this Att has to offer. There is one caveat though, because he gives such great customer service the store gets busy. Which is understandable, so when you go here and there is a line, understand that they provide the best customer service and it’s very understandable on the customers end.I can’t say enough good things about Bryan. He should be recognized for his patience and excellent customer service.

I came into this store with a billing issue yesterday and was helped by Xochitl. She was able to break down the bill and made it easy for me to understand why it was so high last month. While I was there she also helped me pick out some accessories for the recent phone I had purchased for my daughter. She was great!! I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Very unprofessional service, bad attitude, dont know how to solve problems, just waits our so many times and cant get things done. I’ve re visited this store because I heard about the new promotions for first responders. Luckily the sales representative Bryan explain everything throughly and was extremely kind through the process. I even got my old contacts from a super old damaged phone!

I got there at a busy time. I was approached and reassured I would be waited on as soon as possible. Sasha was very helpful and patient. She searched for the best deal possible as I was upgrading from an 8plus to an iPhone 11. She was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. Nick also came a few times to help out. All in all a five star experience.

Bryan Gutierrez was very diligent and helpful during the difficult process that I was going through. The phone representatives can be very difficult to deal with, but Bryan assisted me with communicating what I needed them to do and even waited with me while I was out on hold for 17 minutes. Will be coming back to him for anything I need help with on my account.

Very bad response from couple of associates. Says 15 mins but it will be 45 mins to 60 mins. This happened 3 times to me. Couple of associates stay inside all the time never come out to help people. Dont know the reason.

I have to admit my AT&T experience was horrible from the very beginning I went on-line to start a new plan a family plan I added me and my wife I got 2 android phones Paid them both off fully So that way I have a cheaper bill, Few days later I got sent one phone I paid for 2 they said I only paid for 1 So they double charge me for the other phone they said they have no knowledge of me paying off both phones eventhey told me to go to a AT&T store so they can help me solve the issue Operator said they dont have enough resources to look up my issue or show that I paid for 2 phones, I decided to go to the San Dimas AT&T store After all the hardship with customer service the 2 employees working March 31st around 10:00 a.m. were amazing If only I knew their names I would give him a huge shout outs one had a purple Disneyland mask and the other was a female They were the breath of fresh air after all the nonsense I dealt with customers They help me with my issue they were very professional and polite they help me end my service with AT&T For some reason customer service couldnt do that over the phone nor did they want to make me a shipping label to send back my equipment so they had to do it at the store and thats why I want to give a shout out to these 2 employees went above and beyond, if I dealt with them the very 1st time I would of stayed with AT&T.

Went into store today to buy some iPhone cases. I was greeted with a warm friendly and welcoming hello by Xochitl. She was great and very knowledgeable about the products, she helped me find the right cases for my wife and kids. Yea go here if you like hidden fees. I cam here and they claimed there was no extra fee to activcate apple watch or upgrade phones. Next thing I know Im getting charged $146 in hidden activation fees. debating on moving my service.
