I have exclusively purchased Tiffany for all my jewelry purchases since 1992 but after seeing the latest Jay Z ad campaign, I will stop buying from Tiffany regardless of what they do going forward. Its one time and youre out with this kind of thing. His lyrics are disgusting, his life is dedicated to bringing down the USA, and if thats the kind of people you want to sell to, then count me out.

I just bought two necklace and pendant key sets for my significant ones . One of them broken.:( They said we will send it to New York to fix it. Then it was a new bought, they will change with a new one . Thats the service that I was expecting from Tiffany . All my praise goes to management and staff.

Had a couple of very special pieces cleaned and reshaped- it took longer than expected, however they did not charge me. Great customer service! The line moves quickly outside as they are being very safe to not allow too many people for safe distancing.

This flask is beautiful with a good weight. But beware of the small opening spout. You will need a very small funnel spout to fill it, which is pretty easy after the first time filling the flask. You have to use a perfume funnel smaller than 1/4, easily found on Amazon in aluminum. Why Tiffany doesnt make a funnel to go with the flask is a mystery. It would be nice to have a sterling silver funnel that fits the flask spout to make this an even better gift.

Marie at Tiffany and Co is amazing. You should defiantly ask for her assistances. My fiancé and I came here to find my fiancé his Mangagment ring and he loves it. Marie made our shopping time special and she was very kind and knowledgeable. We never felt pressure nor did our needs ever felt invalid. She is truly amazing at her job. She also went out of her way to take photos of us. I will be defiantly coming back to purchase more from Marie!

From the second I walked into the store, I knew I was in an establishment where every aspect of premier customer service is employed. Our Associate, Shin Lee, greeted me in a most professional, welcoming manner. My son and daughter were equally well received. Her product knowledge was expert level and she was quick to assess the reason for my visit. With no pressure, she made sure I was aware of inventory and product selection with each piece I expressed interest in.Her manner of addressing my children throughout the process was exemplary. Shins assistance exceeded my expectations when it came to how much time it took to complete the transaction.Further, understanding that my purchase was a surprise gift for a special occasion, arrangements were made for a unique, in-store delivery on a specific day. Her attention to detail was so sharp that she formulated a back up plan JUST IN CASE the original arrangements had any unforeseen occurrence pop up.The day of the delivery went as planned. A hybrid of original and back up plans went into full effect. Needless to say, with the teamwork minded involvement of Shins Manager, Dana, everything was executed to perfection! The surprise gift delivery was as well received as I could possibly imagine.While Tiffany & Co. products are designed to be timeless in style and quality, its becomes more highly esteemed because of the efforts of teams like Dana and Shins. Went into this store to return something and was shot down immediately. I had been with my friend who used to work at a different Tiffany and just transferred jobs to another high-end jewelry store. We were both given false information by a full-time jeweler and my friend had to correct her even though she’s been out of the job for awhile. The worst part was the way we were treated. The jeweler acted as if we were going to steal the piece that we already bought, took her phone and walked halfway across the store before she asked if she could borrow the phone, and before my friend could answer she continued walking with it. She spoke in the most condescending and passive-aggressive way. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I work in customer service so I understand what it’s like. I wish I had gotten her name to call her out but she didn’t introduce herself as other employees do. You’d be better off receiving the customer service you expect here at walmart. Don’t go there. Go to any other Tiffany.

I give Tiffanys 5 stars BECAUSE my hunting party found what they were looking for. They found it after visiting other places with me. They found it after visiting other places before bringing me along.I think this is fair five stars in spite of my having almost no other reason to rate Tiffanys. I understand that the mother in charge found a single ring here that was more to her liking than what any other place had. I DO NOT know if the staff were helpful. I DO NOT know if the price was good. I did not even look at the ring. I can only comment on someone else finding a needle in a haystack and also the place look nice. Actually, it looked luxurious even for a jewelry store.MY ADVICE: do not get too involved in the wedding preparations of others. You dont have much to gain, and the downside is bit more likely and risky. I looked at the ceiling rather than looking at the ring. Learn from me! (youll have more friends than frenemies)

This Tiffany store was a very frustrating experience. Unlike others Ive been to, the customer service was not on par. I had a return for a bracelet I had purchased two days prior and had worn for about 1 hour. They refused to take it back.Considering the quality and price of the jewelry, you would expect a bracelet to hold up enough in that time frame to still be in sellable condition after. They tried to say it was no longer in the fit condition, when it was literally identical to the way it was when purchased.Other Tiffany stores Ive been to have been much friendlier, way more accommodating, and much better experiences overall. Skip out on this one.

FYI: OMG! Tiffany has been sold during COVID 2020 and now belongs to Louis Vuitton and Hennessy! Your blue and retired TCO charms are now a part of Tiffany history! No more sterling charms will be made unless theyre draped in diamonds; states the new owners!
