Wanted to stop by and look at some watches. Apparently, you have to book an appointment. This isn’t Paris or London, so please don’t act like you’re something more than you are. If Omega and Rolex don’t require appointments, neither should you.

Beware. The manager is selective in how he treats certain people. I strongly suggest never to discriminate, make assumptions and all with respect. Sadly, this didn’t occur at this location on June 10, 2021 and the crazy thing is my friend bought a $12,000 bracelet and I had planned on making a purchase too before being treated disrespectfully.

Wow! What a beautiful store! My husband and I were surprised to see San Diego had a Cartier store and its amazing. The decor is beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly, the incredible shiny things were fantastic. I love Cartier if you cant tell already. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be a great experience. Had we just not purchased a watch earlier, we would have found something here to take home. So nice to see luxury stores in San Diego. No longer do I have to drive to South Coast Plaza, yippee!

I was really excited that San Diego was getting a Cartier. However like every other luxury store in SD it is subpar. You have to crawl through Fashion valley mall to get to it. My husband made an appointment for me to chose a birthday gift and they didnt have anything in stock that I wanted. The sales associate offered to have them shipped in but honestly going back to that disgusting mall is not something I want to do. All in all though the sales associate who helped us looked like she would rather be taking a nap than making a sale. I dont think Ill be returning. Id rather purchase from my favorite Cartier store in Houston, which is a stand alone store and offers a much better overall experience and aesthetic.

Woo hoo! I am so glad Cartier finally made it to Fashion Valley mall! They will officially open on September 3rd, 2020, will see.Cant wait to look at their beautiful products. Before that, a lot of San Diego locals have to drive all the way to Orange county (South Coast Plaza), now we finally have one within serveral miles from home!

As busy that it was for them they did everything right from appointment to the end with out any issues recommend this location and sales Associate BRENDA
