This store is very convenient for me to shop. They cary inexpensive items like 99 cents store. Except, fresh produce. Customer Services arepleasant.

It is a fun store. Employees are very cool and most live in the neighborhood. It fits into the community very well. I couldnt live here without it.

The employees here stay having a bad attitude, are rude and unprofessional. Especially the fat ugly lady. The manager is vile too. They never pick up the phone and if they do its an inconvenience to the staff. On top of that the store looks like garbage, very cluttered, unorganized, dirty. Id suspect covid lives here. Shop else where for your safety!

Never really crowded and it is well stocked. I feel sorry for the employees because they have to deal with crazy people.

Havent spent to much time taking note of item sold. They will have items that resale value is a lot cheaper than retail asking price. But you will also find items priced comparable with the parent stores. Overall good deals can be found.

This store was very clean and being stocked at the time I was there. The cashier lady was very nice and helpful. Everyone had on a mask 😷 and there was social distancing and hand sanitizer was available as well. It was my first time going to this store by the way.

Very shady, I felt like I should have a gun or some kind of weapon for protection! Broken glass all over the sidewalk to the entrance, solicitors outside, however, the staff was very friendly

Worst experience ever dont waste your time, one cashier, registers broken or cant accept cash. Waited in line 30 minutes and they had to restart the person in front order. Amateur hour never again!

Its a decent place to shop for items at a discount. The customer service is average. Its convenient for me because its in walking distance from my place. Yet I dont know if I would go out of my way to shop there if I didnt live so close!

The guy that works there his name is Robert has the most nastiest attitude towards black females. Everytime i come in that store i hate to even deal with him at all because hes disrespectful and rude.

Customer service is awful. However, its a short distance from my place so I go there for the occasion snacks or supplies. But prefer other places its not as cheap as you would assume.

Really nice guys working there this afternoon, but the 99:and dollar tree have the we things for a third or more of the price.Bit dg is good for a quick one stop trip as they have a bit of everything and the bus stops at their door.

Not organized as logically as it should. Some areas of inventory was low or out. No public bathrooms which is shameful for a family store.

Well, not every thing is a dollar but there are plenty of bargains here, and you need not go to WalMart or Target. Parking is awful, hood sketchy. Closer to Dollar Tree with more stuff. But ignore that and get good pillows for 7 bucks! That beats everybody...and I needed pillows!

This store needs a new manager, or send a mystery shopper to find out how their store is treating customers who just want to get their needs met. I was one of those customers who planned a weekly trip to that store . Until the manager pushed to the point that going a couple. Of miles out of my way to get my household supplys was worth it . I sat down and figure out how much money I was spending a year .about $5000 and was treated by the manager with a disrespectful attitude and slanderous comments to me and others . Almost 5 years of it. Now my needs are taken care of by people value a customer who needs a little help once in a while. Sincerely a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces.

I used to shop almost every few days i bought a shower sprayer and returned with receipt they wouldnot give me my money back or even exchange said it was past 30 days theres nothing on receipt saying that itdidnt work from a few days leaked out all over i missed placed the receipt and then i found it

The outside smells of urine. The cashiers and so called manager have little, to no customer service skills. Long lines and only one cashier during peak times. They should do the neighborhood a favor and shut down.

Tried returning an item I bought the day before, manager/cashier very rude and unprofessional, refused me service and told me to leave and never come back. I had a receipt and was treated like I stole. Ill never spend $$ there again, calling corporate Monday morning.

Prices are little high to be calling them self a dollar store.I would say about 40% good prices 60% are more on a little more then should be for quality of discount store
