Its a great place, always like Hobby Lobby. Especially right now the store has huge holifay collection, Christmas celebrations. Tree collection is amazing with lot of options for lights. Feels like really small shop from a glance from outside but they got great collection of variety of items. We went in for a quick search for an item, ended up spending more than one and half hour, had to come out as we hit closing hours. Their sewing section is huge as well with very good collection of different type of clothes - satin, linen, chiffon, etc.

I could spend an entire day in this store! Something for everyone. Beautiful decor and some good sales.

I feel like sometimes this location is a hit or miss with stuff Im looking for....they are well stocked on on season stuff (right now the 4th of July which is totally my happy place) however theyre party decoration section could be a little bigger. They do allow pups inside, well behaved and on leash. And theyre employees are super friendly.

A lot of choices with all that is available. Went in with an idea of what I wanted ... and left with something better. :)) Highly recommend.

Great place to purchase garments for creating Lasher Charters, a Private Marine Charter, apparel. This location has a large selection of clothing and accessories. We purchased face masks, t-shirts, long-sleeved shirts, a hooded sweater, and iron on vinyl.Also, when the lines are long associates will quickly open multiple check stands. 👍

Best hobby lobby I ever been to they have the coolest stuff to buy. The staff dont just follow y around right away unless u been in there for over fourth minutes like most stores they follow you right at the door thinking you are going to steal its sad because if that more and more people are no longer going to stores because of the pour service a rude assumption also the illegal assumption its caused long time customers to leave as well they volunteer to drive 30 miles to the same store just way farther just because the far one doesnt treat them that way instead of sueing them because that act is again lost prevention laws its crazy .... So this hobby lobby shocked me and actually made my day being able to go to a close store and not leave angry I got treated with great customer service they were helpful had great deals w@s clean and for sure is a Customer is always right store rating 1-100 its for sure a 98% only thing needing fix is training new employees a little more about mathematical and coupons and also making sure the discounted prices ring up right other then that its a great store

Its been about 15 years since Ive been to a Hobby Lobby. This location is very clean and organized and very easy to find whatever you are looking for. The staff is very helpful but not overbearing. They helped me to feel very comfortable purchasing some crafting supplies that I know nothing about. They also had a lot of great advice and the whole experience ended with me learning so much. Also they had several sales going on all over the store. I would definitely recommend Hobby Lobby over anywhere else you can get your craft supplies because they really know about the products and are very helpful. Its definitely worth the trip.

The staff is exceptional! They are helpful. If you need something they can check to see if it’s in the warehouse and will special order it!

I love Hobby Lobby! They always have some type of sale.... and if they dont, there is a 40% coupon on their website. You have no excuse to ever pay full price. I prefer this place over JoAnns or Michaels. It just feels so much bigger, brighter and cleaner. Its like a Target of craft stores.... and I tend to leave with more items than expected. It doesnt help that it is also coincidently next door to Target too. Are they trying to make us poor? Lol. jk.

Hobby Lobby has a great selection of supplies for many different hobbies. The prices seem to be very competitive as well.I rated them 4 stars as I have a model railroad and while they have a good selection of supplies for landscaping etc, of dioramas and my railroad, they have very little actual model railroad supplies. I guess they dont consider model railroading a real hobby?

If you dont mind wandering around for a couple hours. This is the place. I should have checked ig they had paint pins.

You can find everything you want for crafting at this store. Most of their locations are large but their staff is wonderful about getting you to the right area of Interest. They always have a 40% coupon that can be applied to a regular priced item. They have a lot of items you wont find any place else. Go and enjoy your area of Interest.

Cool place to go into

This place is a money pit. Everything has a really good price so you decide to redo your bathroom and end up spending $200 but really its a good value. Its even fun to just walk around looking at the huge collection of boho stuff you can buy. Just keep in mind the owners of Hobby Lobby indirectly funded ISIS by purchasing stolen artifacts from the Middle East, so consider that a little asterisk on this review.

Actually, an amazing selection. Hobby Lobby is much more fun than Michaels or JoAnns, IMO! The new Mira Mesa store is BIG! It is in the former Toys R Us / Babies R Us (right next to Target).My only complaint is their registers. Nothing is computerized. So, sale items have to be reduced manually, for each item. So, check outs are really SLOW! Like Michaels seems fast by comparison!But, they really do have some interesting and cool items in store.And no, you dont have to be of any religious inclination to shop here. It isnt ever forced upon you, just occasionally there...

Hobby Lobby always has great items and especially right after Holidays, extremely steep discounts. I highly recommend going early mornings the day after a holiday to get decor at deep discounts. I typically go about once a week to see their sales as they do 50% off random selections or more.

Lots of crafty goods for craft minded folks! Offerings do look good. We ended up getting a ton of dinosaur decorations for the kids play room. Theres a lot of cute things to pick from!

If you need anything for any kind of crafts,this is the place. This place is crazy huge and you get almost everything for arts and crafts. They have patented wall decorations that mimic paintings but are stickers, which could be used creatively and change the look of your rooms. They have decorative plants of so many varieties.

LOVE HOBBY LOBBY!!! I am sooooo happy its now in Mira Mesa! Its a great store, has just as much as the San Marcos store ( we used to drive to). Staff is very friendly and parking was fine.
