I filled out the online questionnaire and received a price quote of about $550 for my 7 year old MacBook Pro. I shipped the computer to them and their inspection revealed:1. Battery was not good2. Screen had burn-in and was missing a little piece of gasket3. Corner had a dentCashformac sent photos documenting their findings. I was a bit surprised because I had been using the computer up until sending it in and thought it was basically fine. (I couldnt really see the screen burn in issue in the photos, but the dent and battery test results and missing rubber gasket were clear).Cashformac offered me $150 for parts which I accepted.I really thought I had accurately followed their assessment procedures so I was surprised by the inspection results. However, I didnt really expect to get much for a 7 year old computer so the final $150 price seemed okay in the end.The short of it is to be careful when assessing your computer prior to sending it in to ensure you are not disappointed.For those who have read this far, I was torn how to rate this company as it cost me nothing to have my computer shipped to them, and I could have had it returned to me for free if I did not want to accept their terms.Therefore, in my opinion they are a legitimate, honest business and I have taken off one star (a four star rating) as I thought I had followed their home evaluation process accurately but there was nevertheless a discrepancy.

With that being said I sent my Apple watch and Ipad to this company (went back to Android products} When they received my items one was paid as promised and the other i was told was not in the shape i described . after talking to the manager and reviewing the pictures the provided in the email we agreed on a price. I received the check in the mail a couple days later . Not really looking at the check I went to the bank to deposit the check and the teller noticed it was written wrong . I went home call the company and explained to them that the check was wrong . I was ask to send a copy of the check to them which I did. the reacted very quickly to my Issue and had a check Fedex to me right away ! for me I never expect a company to be perfect, for me its how you handle a situation after there was a problem . And this company knocked it out of the park. Thanks for such a pleasant experience even after it went wrong !
