I could not be more THRILLED with the gently used iMac I bought from these guys. This is a top quality machine that I have already dual booted with Windows, did some reasonably heavy geo-processing, and have played a variety of games on both the Windows and MacOS side. It is lightning fast and functions like a brand new Mac. With all of the processing heavy work I do, I cant tell you what a relief it is to finally have a machine that can handle it without breaking a sweat. And of course, theyre based in San Diego, one of my favorite places in the whole world. ;)

Im so impressed with this company. I researched and read everything about the company and the one thing was that for their service of excellence they didnt have a lot of reviews. I reached out to the company for consideration of selling my 2018 Mac Mini or if not could they install more hard drive. Quality Macs has been an incredible vendor and relationship for us. We buy in bulk for our business and they have always been able to fulfill our needs. Although I have sold multiple Apple products to Quality Macs in the past I had never purchased one from them until the other day. Ive been seeking a 2012 NON retina MBP for close to a year. Although I have looked at many, I am very picky and they just didnt meet my standards for a variety of reasons mainly cosmetic condition.I decided to check out Quality Macs inventory to see what they had and lo and behold they had exactly what I wanted. A 2012 with a Samsung EVO SSD and an 8GB RAM upgrade in near perfect condition. They had it rated a 9.25 out of 10 and clearly outlined every single thing that was deemed an imperfection. I even called and talked with Rickey about it to make sure it was listed correctly.Anyways, I bought it and they actually made a special trip to ship it before the long Holiday weekend. Well, I got the laptop today and I am absolutely ecstatic with it. I dont know how Quality Mac called it a 9.25 because I would rate it a 9.75. It is perfect except for one tiny scratch on the bottom of the casing which was quickly covered up with the hard shell I had purchased separately. It looks brand new and I couldnt be happier with it. The laptop itself has a few minor scratches on the outside case and some dings but overall is everything they describe their products to be. For a 5 year old computer, it’s in killer shape and runs like its brand new.My computer stopped working about a month ago, but they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. The owner, Jeff, and the rest of the QualityMacs team has worked with me personally to give me the best quality products and service for a great deal. I have a working laptop now within a week of working with them. If you’re in the market for a used or even new Apple product, I would highly recommend buying from this company. Used computers, like anything used, do come with inherent risk though. They have very qualified (Apple certified) technicians to oversee each product, but over time minor errors can lead to bigger issues so consider buying their warranty so you don’t have to stress if this were to happen to you. It’s a fair price in my opinion.Lastly, buying any expensive product online is risky, but I assure you, they care a heck of a lot and deliver on their promises. I was skeptical when I first bought my used MacBook Pro since $640 seemed like too great of a deal for an Apple computer, but it’s been worth it and am planning on purchasing an iMac from them in the coming months.

Ok I don’t usually write reviews but the customer service here is so good, they deserve it. my trusty mac from college finally bit the dust due to the logic board. I’m in grad school and wanted another mac but wasn’t trying to sell a kidney so I did some research and came across quality Macs/cash for your mac. The reviews looked really promising and they had a good selection. I gave them a call and they were so helpful. They were patient, answered all my questions and had the new mac to me in a few days. It was just as described, if not better and worked perfectly. I was also able to trade in my old mac for a small credit towards the new purchase which was more than fair, but to be honest, even if I couldn’t, I was still buying from these guys because the customer service was really impressive.

This review is long overdue, but has certainly been in the back of my mind to ensure I followed through. Quality Macs was recommended to me by a work colleague, he recently bought a refurbished Mac book and loves it. It was less expensive and works like its brand new. Anyway, after his recommendation, I went over with my old Mac Book that I dont use anymore, so I wanted all the information taken off so I could save it. This company is fantastic, I purchased a MacBook 11” Air (2011) from eBay. Shipped fast, it was exactly like described. Great shape and ran well. About a week after I got it I found a different model of MacBook Air 11” (2015) from them and I inquired about exchanging it. Through a couple of quick emails they said sure thing. We have bought two desktop computers here for our company (one about 3 years ago, one about 1 year ago). Good quality, as advertised, much cheaper than buying new, and they are still running great! Writing this review because I pulled them up to search for a laptop now.

If you ever need a high quality mac or other apple product you have to go to this place. The employees are so nice and professional. Just the best customer service from Rickey and Marissa! My advice, dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Had a slight issue with a keyboard and Matthew Rickey was most accommodating to assure this was made right, no questions asked. Great service and knowledge people. Even provided guidance on choosing a Mac for my specific application. Dont buy your Mac without checking with this company first!

I cannot say enough great things about Quality Macs. Last winter when I was looking for a 12.9 iPad, another musician friend suggested this store. I bought one from them, and love it! I live in SD, so I got to go to the store to pick it up. The customer service was awesome! A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Apple store to see if they could replace the battery for my MacBook for work, and they told me that my hard was bad. The guy at the Genius bar suggested getting a solid state hard drive from a certified Apple retailer. I called a local company and they quoted me $640. There was no way I was paying that for a work laptop, so I called Quality Macs. I was quoted less than $200! I couldnt believe it! I actually called the other store back to make sure they had the specs right, and they did...still $640 and 7-10 days to install it. Quality Macs said they could do it in 2 days. I took my MacBook there a few days ago, prepared to be without my computer for a few days. When I got there, I was told that if I had 15 minutes, it could be installed right then! So amazing!! I love this company, the customer service is ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I will continue to recommend this store to my friends. Thank you Quality Macs!!!

I want to thank Ricky and the team at Quality Macs for helping me in my Macbook selection and purchase. I knew what I was going to use it for, but not which one to get. Ricky was never pushy about any one, but was a very helpful guide to getting the best bang-for-the-buck machine I could get. I was able to find a unit with 2 years of Apple-care still on it, a $320 value! That was awesome. I saved right at $1,000.00 on the Macbook compared to buying it new! A total savings of over $1,300!!! I got 2 day Fed Ex Shipping for only $49 from Ca to Fl, and it came in on time! It was packaged great for shipping, and the MacBook was in perfect condition! Quality Macs is a really good value and great customer service. My emails were answered within minutes. They went out of their way to do some special processing for me when my Macbook was enroute to me by Fedex and I decided I needed a different model. They recalled the Fedex package and sent out the different (better) model right away, without charging me for extra processing. Equipment arrived just as described. Saved more than $500 vs. buying direct from Apple

After having a terrible sale/return with another store, Quality Macs was just such a great experience. I bought an iMac from them online, but called to ask some questions first. The guy I spoke with was friendly, helpful and pretty awesome, and i then didnt hesitate to buy from them. The iMac arrived flawless, as described, it was boxed excellently, and I love it. I would use this store again and again.
