All the employees are doing is talking to each other and laughing. Had to wait a lot for them to offer help. I’ve been there a few times and the previous time there was an employee that was very helpful and attentive but today was just not it.

Honestly every time I come into this store it doesn’t have anything in stock. There’s a few good employees but the majority of the workers just sit around talking _#%* about customers who come in. You have a steady range of ages shopping this location, a little professionalism would go a long way you guys. Doubt anything will change here, but oh well just my opinion.

05-16-19If I could give a zero I would. The woman that worked today was very rude she kept yelling and asking me if I needed help. Its a huge turn off for shoppers to feel pressured and followed by your store workers begging to help as if they are trying to force us to buy. I wont be returning to this champs with their disrespectful hound dog workers!

Terrible store. I go in and yes they were busy but if I hand you a kids shoe why would you bring me back the size I asked for in womens. Then when I come to return it you give me incorrect information telling me maam foot locker has the correct shoe in kids right across the way and we can out your return on a gift card and you take it there to purchase your shoe. Thats fine. Then foot locker DOES NOT have the show and even if they did they are $20+ more. Now I cant even get a refund. This champs is garbage!!!

Ordered shoes online for same day in-store pickup . Took three physical visits to get the shoes. Got hung up on over the phone when calling for an update and the store opened 20 minutes late when I had to go back the following day because they gave me the wrong size. No matter what your profession you should always take pride in your work, I saw no sign of that from the manager on down. I’ve worked in Foot Locker before so I know what the logistics are for a store of this size & location. They are not producing what they should because of their piss poor customer service and I’m only taking advantage of them still having shoes that other stores sell out of much faster.

If i could give a zero i would. I went in to return 2 pairs of shoes earlier in am when the store first open the sales associate told me to come back a little later they just opened they did not have that change . That was fine and understandable. I return back at 8 pm i walk in i tell them i was there to return item i then went to cash register to do the return . THEY GUY CARTIER THAT WAS HELPING ME WAS GREAT WE WAS HAVING A GOOD CONVO. THEN THE OTHER GUY WALKS UP LOOKS AT WHAT HE IS DOING AND THEN SAY TO ME WHY I DIDNT TAKE THEM BACK TO WHERE I GOT THEM FROM . I ASK HIM SIR DID IT MATTER WHERE I TAKE THEM BACK AT HE SAID NO I SAID THANK YOU WELL OUR CONVO IS OVER WITH. HE THEN CARRY ON WITH I AM JUST SAYING NOW MY STORE LOSS OUT BECAUSE YOU DIDNT FEEL LIKE TAKING THEM BACK WHERE YOU GOT THEM FROM THEN HE GOES ON AND ON AS HE TALKING I AM ASKING HIM AND TELLING HIM TO PLEASE STOP TALKING ME I WAS NOT EVEN DEALING WITH HIM AND AS A CUSTOMER WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME WHERE I COULD HAVE TOOK THEM BACK TO IT CLEARLY SAYS ON MY RECIEPT CHAMPS SPORT PROMISE. TO GIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON UNWORN MERCANDUSE WITHIN 45 DAYS WITH A RECEIPT. I MEET THOSE THINGS. THEN HE SAYS I AM THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE I SAID OK SO HE JUST KEEP ON AND ON I ASK WAS SOMEONE HIGHER THEN HIM HE SAYS NO THIS MY STORE. .. HIS NAME IS CHAD THE MANAGER . I SAID ITS ALWAYS SOMEONE HIGHER IN THE CHAIN . I ASK HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO PLEASE STOP TALKING TO ME . HE CONT ON AND I ASK HIM TO PLEASE GET OUT OF MY FACE . HE STILL CONT TO TALK AND STAND THERE. I AM JUST TRYING TO WONDER HOW AND WHY HE WAS PUT IN A MANAGEMENT POSTION HE SUPPOSE TO BE THE FACE OF CHAMPS. AND TALKING TO A CUSTOMER IN THE MANNER HE DID WAS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. HE COULD HAVE CAUSED DIFFERNT SITUATION TO HAPPEN . CHAD WAS VERY COCKY WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING TO CALL COOPERATE LIKE IT DIDNT MATTER CHAMPS DONT CARE . NOTHING GOING TO HAPPEN . IF THIS HOW CHAMPS HANDLE CUSTOMERS SAD SAD . AS I AM TYPING THIS I AM ON THE LINE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL BE SENDING EMAILS. AS WELL AS LETTERS ABOUT THIS . A CHILD COULD BE A BETTER MANAGER THEN CHAD WAS. IF CHAMPS WAS THE LAST STORE OPEN IN THE WORLD AND I HAD TO GO TO THE STORE WHERE CHAD THE MANAGER WAS RUNNING I WOULD STARVE FOR 6 MONTHS.. WALK WITH NO SHOES FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE . BEFORE I GO SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT CHAMPS. CHAD IS A HORRIABLE MANAGER

Rude customer service. Took 20 minutes once in line to check out. 3 employees in the store and 1 behind the register. The women who helped with $180 shoes acted like we were an inconvenience when we asked 1 time to try on shoes. We will never go back. Corporate really needs to step in and act. Too many other places to go for the same stuff.
