Great, but could use some out seating.

So what I initially ordered was a brown jacket with no print on the back, despite that got a jacket with print on the back anyway. I sent a message to them and we came to a compromise that I can keep the brown jacket since it was a mistake and theyll send me my correct order. what I got back? the same thing. Now I got two of these jackets I didnt order. Please dont bother with this company, they are clearly incompetent

Very good customer service! Great fitment, all one size which is pretty good if your usually medium size. Prices is usually 20 an item or more but very trendy.

I had a good experience with this store today, besides the fact that the employees seemed bored when i approached to check out or get a fitting room. but everything was easy to find and was organized nicely. fitting rooms were clean and accesible.today was my first time shopping at Brandy Melville as a chain, and i was alarmed with the one-size-only orientation of the store. i usually wear a small or xs, but i found some things today that wouldnt fit me. i know this isnt the fault of this specific store but this is a heads up to future first-time buyers.

Was visiting from out of town I kid you not probably spent around $800 in this store, I look forward every time I come to SD to go to Brandy as it’s one of the few even remotely close to me and I just feel so I unwelcomed every time I go in, the only nice girls is the one light skin girl with curly hair and the tallest girl that’s super skinny those are the only two I have ever found over the hundreds of times I’ve been here to be nice all the other ones just give you the dirtiest looks and I’ve found that they don’t greet you either, I feel extremely uncomfortable anytime I go into the dressing rooms as they basically snatch all accessories from you (which is understandable) but they do it so rudely to make it look like your in a way stealing to basically embarrass you in front of everyone, it’s just a bummer because I spend so much money in this store to come every once in a while to be treated this way :/

Only giving 2 stars because I love the clothes here. They are cute and comfy, for a low price.The biggest con would be the employees at this store. I have been shopping at this specific location since it first opened (at least 6 years), and the management/customer service is non-existent. I have never been greeted or been offered help by an employee here. Also, the one time I asked an employee for help finding a dress in the store that I found online, she rudely told me that they didn’t have it and I ended up finding it myself after a bit of searching and circling the store while being glared by babies (employees) in crop tops. Also it’s very unprofessional the way the employees dress, it’s a clothing store not a club.

The clothes here are super cute I always spend over $200+ here lol. The employees here are very friendly people like to judge all the employees that work at Brandy but I been to 4 different locations in California and they were all sweet and the prices are decent I wish they had bigger sizes though so all teenage girls can wear Brandy but overall its a great store :)

I’m visiting SD from out of town and haven’t ever been in a BM. i usually order online because there’s not a store around me. i was nervous because of all the stigma around the employees because i’ve heard rough things about brandy workers through social media, but i was pleasantly surprised by how sweet the cashier was! i think her name was hailey? that’s what the receipt said. hailey, if you’re reading this, thank you for being so sweet!

I have been here a few times and have always enjoyed my surroundings and have been successful in my trips.The location is great because there are some other shopping plazas around so you can always find what you need and want.Parking is easy as there is a parking garage and I have never had an issue finding a spot in it.There is a good variety of stores and restaurants. You can have simple meals, fancy meals, ice cream, or cookies and cakes here. You can go to a gift shop or you can go to a boutique for some shopping. The variety is perfect because you can get what you want or need but you arent overwhelmed with options.The surrounding areas outside of the shops are nice. There are plenty of seated areas as well some open spaces and the walkways are all quite spacious.Overall, I have always had great experiences here and although Im not in the area too often, I dont mind coming here to shop at all.

I just went there to this location yesterday. I was a bit worried because of the stereotypes that workers have gotten, but I found that this was not true at all. I went in to return a sweatshirt and the worker was so nice and patient! I also got a bunch of stickers from my purchase when I asked :)Would definitely recommend coming back, but keep note that they allow a lot of people in the store.

The employees are hella rude. The dressing rooms are horrible, and someone opened the curtain while I was in it! Overall this particular location is trash

Large selection of clothing and accessories. Employees are quite and kind always greeting you with a smile unlike some other locations. Easy parking out front. Nice and clean store with all items organized. Lots of space to walk around or just wait. Very happy we stopped in this location!

We were the only customers in store on a Friday around lunchtime. Huge store, and a brand I love! Just make sure you know their return policy before shopping!

A lot of cute clothing, but most of the workers are dolts.

My daughter loves their clothes and style. They looked nice and seem decent quality. Lots of clothes to choose from. Luckily my daughter can fit in their clothing. The store caters to one size woman/girl (think thin 14 year old girl) 90% of the clothing in the store come in one size. Pants come in small and medium.If youre a tall girl, or out even slightly overweight, they wont have your size.

I personally really like Brandy Melville, It’s really basic yet It’s not like you see everybody wearing it. The prices are okay, I think that some clothing items are overpriced but some are actually great for their price. Some workers are really nice and generous but once a worker was going to count my clothes to try on and she asked me something and I misunderstood and she was really rude about it; the employees are always working they don’t sit behind the register like some in most stores. Overall it’s a great store, it’s very organized, and clean, I love it. :)

Teens love this place. The clothes are pretty cute, but they never seem to update and they carry similar things year after year.

To begin with this whole corporation is a scam, selling clothes with very low quality. My first question is being an Italian company why we let them enforce low customer service rules in our great country USA. I brought some clothes for my daughter from Huntington Beach location store. I usually buy more so that my daughter can choose she like and return she doesn’t. When I went to rerun tow item I was told that they don’t refund your money even after few minutes of purchase. I want consumers credit companies to see why this store do not follow our rules. I want to give minus star to this company

Stopped by BM in PB for the first time ever last Friday evening. Not crowded at all, staff were really nice, and the store was well organized. They have a lot of cute crop tops, skirts and dresses! Prices are reasonable. Clothing sizes are One Size for the most part but if you are XXS to M you should be fine since most things are stretchy. As someone who has been essentially vanity-sized out of conventional clothing stores, I’m very grateful to have BM around as an option!

Nice, clean brandy melville store. everything was well organized and the changing rooms weren’t covered in dust. they had a big selection and had the new products that were online as well. also the store employees were really nice! most brandy melville’s they’re pretty snarky but they were helpful in the changing room and they complimented my style! :)

The brandy employees glare at you while you enter the store, no greets just glares from skinny anorexic employees. As i checked some stuff out the cashier looked at me up and down and said, sorry, but I dont think these will fit a whale built gorilla like you. This isnt ross sweetie. I was shocked that she said that and as I was about to say something back 2 of the other skinny anorexic employees who stalk those who enter who look of lower income DROPKICKED ME TO THE FLOOR and they started laughing about how i caused an earthquake on the way down because im a fat whale. I went away crying but before I could exit they caught up to me and shoved me to the floor fracturing my ear. I will NOT be shopping here EVER AGAIN ;(

Id give it a 4 star or 4.5 star because most of my clothing is from here. I love my Angel tank from here (well I ordered it) a lot of there floral dresses and their pants and angel collection are nice. (Im catholic) the girls that work there are nice but can be a little grouchy from time to time. I love their cross collection too with necklaces. I do think every lady ages 12 or 13 to 28 or something.

As a guy going into the store it has everything a guy can hate. Wall2wall girl stuff, a lot of girls who look the same, petrified guys holding purse and looking at the floor. Side note - Why do stores like these dont have a couch with a TV playing sports is beyond me. However once you talk to the staff - when you go there for your wife girlfriend / child - there super helpful.

My daughter loves this brand and this location has a great selection. The parking is miserable. There is a decent sized lot for Brandy and UO but it seems to be full of beach goers even though there is parking enforcement.

We drove an hour to come to the nearest one, on the website says there open but when we got there it was closed. But online the clothes is cute but takes forever to ship.

The person that helped me get a changing room was really nice and wasnt bitchy and stuff at all. There were 2 girls that were like right next to me folding clothes while I was waiting for checkout but luckily the person that helped me with the changing room came. She deserves a pay raise. Over all, the store was kinda big and parking was actually really good because its free parking (or $15) if u dont shop at brandy or urban or eat at a restaurant or something.

I’ve been shopping at brandy Melville for a few years now. The quality has been consistent and the prices haven’t gone up a ton. I got 6 items at this store today for $100. I work retail and I can tell you that’s a lot of items for a small amount. The employees aren’t very happy, but they don’t take away from the experience.

I’m from North Carolina and have never heard of or been to a Brandy Melville before. Once my girlfriend found out I was going to San Diego to be with my family for Christmas though, I couldn’t stop hearing about it XD. I took time out of my schedule to drive down to PB and see what kind of outfit I could pick out for her. The selection was nice, but as is the problem with most people leaving reviews on this brand, I had no idea where to start, considering the majority of their selection is “one size fits most”, so I ended up turning to an employee for help. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she was extremely helpful with the sizing issue pointing out that some of the items are a bit bigger on the waist than others. Not only that, but she helped me pick out items that are more exclusive to the brand (i.e. plaid pants instead of blue jeans which you can buy pretty much anywhere) and items that are more popular in the store. All these things were a HUGE help considering I live hundreds of miles from the closest brandy store and I only had more or less one shot to pick out a good Christmas gift. If you’re reading this, thank you girlie :-) I hope you’re able to take credit for this if your boss reads it and you get a raise or something!

I dont think I can walk out of there spending less than $200. But the clothes are easily flies so you get a lot for your buck. The style of clothing is very classic and simple so it always goes with everything. I wear Brandy everyday

Had to ask how to tell cost of item on tag. One size sold only through out store. Only made for the very slim people of the world. Felt like I was in a very young kids clothes store. I was with my 22 year old daughter who is very slim & she was disappointed in style as she thought style appeared to look appeasing to junior high kids. She did buy a sweater that was soft to touch, a lightweight jacket, & a necklace. She was ok with her purchases.

I got accused of stealing here. Me and my friend were traveling from Utah for spring break and we don’t have brandy in utah so we were very excited to go shop there. I went into the dressing rooms with my items came out and I had three of the workers say that i’m missing an item. They continued to make me unload my purse and my back pack full of sandy beach towels to look for my “‘missing” item. They made a whole scene and made me sit there confused and embarrassed because I genuinely did not have another item. they were very rude and made sure to make me feel very unwelcome there after accusing me of something that i made very obvious I did NOT do.

The staff is very kind here and it’s always clean despite being busy all the time. The location is easy to get to and there is usually free parking

I went in today the workers at the cashier where super nice and just made my day,there was on in a black dress and brown hair who seemed like she wanted to be there extremely nice!Made the experience 100000 times better.They never disappoint me!!

We visited San Diego for Spring Break, and it had been on my little sisters check list to go to this store in particular. The first time we visited she found a pair of high-waisted shorts that fit perfectly and purchased them. We were all the way back at our rental (a 30 minute drive) before she took them out of the bag and realized that they had left the security transmitter attached. After we made the trip again the next day, she finally put on the shorts and the zipper broke. I assure you, they were not too tight, and only bad craftsmanship could explain how easily they came apart. Keep in mind this pair of shorts was $28, which is a large amount for a 16 year old to spend on a single item. When she took the shorts back to the store, they had her try on another pair (to verify that they fit perfectly, which the store manager agreed they did), but then refused to give her a refund on her purchase, offering store credit instead. Since it was the only option, she ended up with a semi-decent top. Overall, it was a disappointing, verging on painful shopping experience, and I expect more from such a flouted store. I do not recommend.

If you purchase something you can return it but they wont return your money. They only issue store credit. Terrible policy. Wake up and get with the times BM. Wont be shopping there any more. Better off going to Nordstrom where they carry the line. At least if my daughter doesnt like it she can return it AND we get our money back.

Litereally the best store ever all the clothes are simply amazing and they give me 80s vibes its nothing that i have ever seen so beautiful although i wish they had more sizes for the pants but im just 12 so they will probaly fit when im like 13 or 14 also the empoleses are so kind and caring:))))))
