We bought a selection of their glass vases and candles for our parents wedding anniversary party. They arrived well packed and nothing broken. We felt the prices were very fair and the product is good quality.
This store doesnt care about the customer I order 2 Rectangular vases and they send it to me dirty so dirty I had to wash them..who does that they could have taken the time and send someone clean vases very upset I shouldnt had to wash them. Will not shop here again.package was well done.someone should have open the box upon sending to make sure its ok to send Im sure they check for breakages but I know they seen these vases dirty its unacceptable.
Poor customer service. I ordered pillar vases for my wedding and they originally arrived shattered, which they replaced, but the rest arrived in all different thicknesses causing the candles that I bought not to fit in them. When I called to exchange the items they made me pay for new vases and shipping, as well as pay for shipping for the defected items that they originally sent me. Once the new vases arrived, they were also in different thicknesses but didn’t cause any problem as I ordered a size bigger this time. Awful service and not willing to help.
Here is my email from them and this is the second email telling me they needed to change the order to make it work.. I was OK the 1st time but this is not good business.. Dont trust them to get you a product on time because they will not deliver! So upset with them - Use Quick Candles they deliver in 2 day and Candles for Less 8 to 10 business days lesson learned. Poor customer serviceI just arrived back in the office and unfortunately we are not receiving he 3” White Floating Candles until June 8–11. This means it will not make it on time for your event.
