We always find what we need at this store, and usually more. Staff is helpful, and friendly, and even more importantly, theyre kind. We are a family with 2 neural-atypical kiddos, and they go above and beyond to help us find what we need in a manner that says to me that they get it.Funny how we have learned to recognize what a smile looks like under a mask; they always have a smile with a friendly greeting, and a smile when they thank us for coming in and wishing us a good day. Beyond product availability and prices, their customer service will keep us coming back.

Great store in a poor location. The staff is friendly and willing to help with anything you are looking for. Since they are a sporting goods store 50 percent of the store is seasonal due to the time of the year and what sports are coming up. Which is great so it makes it easy to find what you are looking for and in the low season they still keep a small inventory of out of season items. Also you can find great deals here on many different items, but mainly shoes.

The ladies that work there are super nice! Would go back for sure and recommend everyone do as well. I bought the inline skates I wanted for less than i expected and got the misses some awesome quads!

Their customer service is the worst i went to buy a lunch bag that was on sale for my son and they had it in that store but the cashier Robert didn’t want to respect the only offer which espefically said in store only and did accept my other coupon for 10 percent off either because of store policies never coming to this store again no wonder they have no clients

Poor customer service, called in to ask a question about inventory. I was put on hold then clicked on. I showed up to the store 25 minutes before closing time, waited in line and was told I wasnt going to be help due to time left. There was 10 mins before close and to my understanding you help the last customer. The store and its products are great but employees I dealt with were garbage not speaking for everyone there but did kill my experience and desire to return.

I went to the big five sporting goods on Saturn Blvd . Imperial Beach CA.There store was dark and somewhat empty.I went for a pair of running shoes. Though they are not without plenty of variety and brand names. It just freely dark and the employees were only there for a paycheck.How I know... The vibe was not there. Try another big five or another sporting goods chain.

We went in looking for a pair of gloves for my Dad. We were approached by a sales guy that immediately showed u where the gloves were and all the options. We found the perfect pair. The store is clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a larger footprint store, larger than the San Ysidro store, and the extra space really makes the difference. You still get the same great service here but with a lot more stock and selection. The only downside with this store is its location. The intersection of Palm and Saturn is a semi-permanent parking lot most times, but the trip there is worth it.

This place has amazing service they get you what you need right away. It was a quick and fast experience and I love going here for all my sports gear and bathing suits and shoes. This was a wonderful experience that I will never regret.
