My Wedding was 03July2021. I am from Virginia but had went dress shopping in San Diego, CA. I was able to make appts at multiple bridal shops, but made my decision for the one with White Flower Boutique. It was the best decision I ever made!!! Not only were the staff so helpful but the follow up alteration appointments were amazing. Mary is incredible, personable, and had a vision that she executed perfectly for my dress. She took the time to meticulously restitch my dress in order to accommodate for the bustle I requested. She took the time to record the method of bustling for my mom to see since my wedding was In Virginia. Overall, she was the reason I felt so confident in my dress on my wedding day. Without even asking she did the things i had envisioned. Would recommend Mary for any and all alterations for whatever the occasion may be.

I posted a different review about purchasing my wedding dress here, but after getting the photos, I specifically wanted to call out Mary for doing such a great job with my alterations. I bought a sample dress that was a size or two too large and unlined on top, and she was able to line just the front of the bodice, leaving the beautiful lace as is on the back and just made it fit like a glove. She was so great with all of my questions and concerns and just overall really pleasant to work with! Thanks, Mary!

The white flower is the best place for alterations and to feel like youre really on say yes to the dress! I visited White Flower last year March 2020 and they had a great selection of my favorite designer, each section of the salon is set up for a private appointment with you and your family/friends. I loved my appointment, and while I didnt purchase my gown there, I was able to find my dream gown elsewhere and came back to white flower for my alterations. Mary is a CERTIFIED GENIUS! She is the definition of a perfectionist, she really focused on making sure every detail of my alteration and gown was perfect for my big day so that I looked my best. Mary added a belt that i had purchased third party, and used extra ribbon from the crystal belt on another part of my dress. I had such a wonderful experience at the white flower, and would recommend it to any bride looking for that say yes to the dress experience :)

I had an extraordinary experience at The White Flower. I visited during COVID in 2020 and the staff was careful to be safe and respectful about masks, hand sanitizer, and limiting the number of people in the salon at a time. My consultant was kind, knowledgable, and respectful of my budget. To be completely transparent, this is the only salon I visited since I found my dream dress and never looked back! Be ready for this to be your only stop!After choosing my dress, Mary helped me with all of my alterations. She always made me feel beautiful and special. She helped me to choose the perfect beaded belt to compliment my dress and knew exactly what to tell me to pick something from an online vendor. Mary was always efficient and professional when we visited. I had bridal appointments prior to visiting The White Flower, and my experience there was the absolute best! I ended up saying Yes to the Dress! due to Georginas expert styling. She called me a few days prior to my appointment to discuss what I was looking for, and asked that I text her some inspiration pictures. At my appointment, Georgina was enthusiastic and welcoming to my entire party. She was very knowledgeable and patient too. The welcome gift is so adorable, and the photoshoot at the end was a fun way to end the appointment. I look forward to my future fittings!

I am so incredibly satisfied with the work Mary and the team did on my gown, it turned out AMAZING and I have nothing but great things to say about the service here. But Ill name a few:- They took my gown in on somewhat short notice, yet this did not compromise the quality of the work, and they were so cooperative with scheduling- The seamstresses are just so knowledgeable, I trusted them every step of the process and they really delivered!- My gown was objectively difficult to work with because of the fabric, but they found a way to make the bustle work and it turned out beautifullyThis was worth every penny. I would recommend White Flower to anyone! This elevated my dress, and therefore my entire experience as a bride to be!

I had a wonderful experience finding my perfect dress with Hannah. She asked all of the right questions to help me narrow down their extensive collection of dresses to just what I was looking for. We postponed our wedding for a year but I headed back to have my alterations done with Mary and I am so happy I did. The dress fit like a dream and I was in love with my bustle. I had the best experience with Cavin who happened to be the boutique owner. She was super professional but also friendly and easy going. I loved that she gave her professional advice, but also made sure that you were happy. The boutique is extremely nice with many options. She’ll ask you for your budget and even for pictures of what you have in mind and let me tell you, she delivers! My dress was exactly what I wanted and in my budget. The one I thought I wanted was over my budget, but she found one very similar. She makes sure that you leave happy. And she even gave me a cute congratulations gift! Will definitely recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at The White Flower Bridal Boutique! Right when I walked in, I was put at ease with Sam and another gal (Im horrible with remembering names). They were so friendly & warm and got to know me, and what I was looking for in a dress and provided great guidance on certain designers - they had great instinct and understood what I was looking for. Beyond that, they were so patient even though I tried the same dress on multiple times! Excellent bridal boutique - must visit. This was the winner for me - I just purchased a dress that I may not have picked off the rack for myself but that I love! I am interested in somewhat non-traditional dresses, and I really appreciated that I was able to explore so many options at White Flower and find the one for me! I visited White Flower on my first day dress shopping and wasn’t expecting to find something I loved so soon, but I really liked a particular dress. After visiting multiple bridal boutiques in San Diego, I kept comparing to my experience at White Flower and the dress I had fallen in love with there. I came back to re-visit the dress I fell in love with at White Flower and decided to order it and am so excited. In addition to a collection of beautiful, unique, well-made dresses, I appreciated the overall experience at the boutique. My stylist Sam was great - knowledgeable, friendly, not too pushy. She also made it feel like a special day for me, my mom, and my sister. I also worked with Rosie and Kali who were also very helpful! The aesthetic of the White Flower is sleek/upscale, and there are gorgeous walls of dresses (also a fun photo wall). I had a pretty, private suite to try on dresses with my guests, and we were greeted with a welcome gift bag. I was able to try on lots of dress options in many different styles - very modern/unique things but also very traditional and classic things; all were beautiful, and Sam helped me hone on on the style that was right for me. She also helped me accessorize the dress. Everyone I have worked with at White Flower have been super professional and helpful, and I’m glad they offer in-house alterations, too. I had a lovely experience with White Flower - highly recommend!

Setting up an appointment online was easy. $50 to book, which will be credited to your dress. It was worth it because I ended up finding my dress there. Not sure if was a mental thing.They called me a few days before my appointment to discuss my vision. I was able to text pictures to them, because I did not have much on my Pinterest board.The boutique was gorgeous, Cavin offered us refreshments and I received a welcome gift. She had already pulled a few dresses. The selection there is so beautiful, I wish I had a higher budget. With my budget I was surprised with my options.I chose the first dress I tried on. They have an in-house alterations. My veil is already in and they are storing it for me at no cost. You put down most of the costs that day.Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you to my friend, great recommendation. I look at photos of my dress everyday and cant wait to see it again in person when it arrives. Cant forget about their cute wall backdrop for photo-ops and boomerangs, so fun!

I had an unbelievably amazing experience at The White Flower thanks to Rosie and Sam and all of the gorgeous, high-quality dresses. As soon as we walked in the door to the moment I said yes to the dress, we felt so welcomed, special, Covid safe, and at ease. I had gone to two other bridal shops this weekend and cant describe how relieved and happy I was to have found The White Flower. Rosie and Sam immediately understood what I was looking for and kept on bringing out dresses that topped my previous favorites. They were kind, attentive, really fun to be around, and great at helping me narrow down and find the perfect dress based on my reactions. Needless to say, I highly recommend The White Flower!

I have nothing but positive things to say about The White Flower! I recently had my first dress appointment with them and walked away having said yes to the first dress that I tried on! A few days prior to my appointment, the shop had called me to discuss what my wedding vision was in order to ease the process of finding a dress. During my appointment, my stylist Sam was able to pick up on how I was feeling and truly valued my opinion. She made the experience so welcoming and joyful. She was very easy to talk to as well, which made me feel incredibly comfortable. I tired on about 10-12 dresses in the span of an hour and a half, all of which Sam had pulled after envisioning my dream dress. I cannot say thank you enough to this shop and their team!

I bought my wedding dress out of state but, I did come to the White Flower for alterations and am so glad that I did!Now, I am 6-months pregnant and getting married next week (our original wedding was cancelled last year due to COVID) and Ive had my wedding dress collecting dust for over a year. I called White Flower to see if my dress was salvageable even with my growing belly and weight gain. They said, no problem at all there are lots of options we can do to make this work.There are no words to describe the impeccable craftswomanship done to this dress by Mary. Not only did she make it possible for me to wear my dream dress while pregnant, she made it even better than the original. She created custom straps to the dress (it was originally strapless) out of lace from the designer, panels to the sides to allow me to grow, bra on the inside - it is so stunning and looks completely native to the dress - youd think it was the original (and it was A LOT of work for her and her team).Mary - I cant thank you enough!! You brought tears to my eyes with your work and it was a privilege having you work on my wedding dress.

After having rescheduling my wedding several times due to the outbreak of COVID i moved to San Diego after purchasing my wedding dress in another city. I found the white flower for my alterations alterations and was SO pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work. The dress fit like a glove and the seamstress was incredibly polite and professional. My MOH couldnt attend the final fitting so the seamstress facetimed and took a video of how to properly bustle which was a HUGE life saver on the big day.

I found my perfect wedding dress here! Kali was great to work with and zeroed in on exactly what I was looking for. She helped me pick out the perfect matching veil too!I had my alterations completed here as well, and they came out perfectly! The bustle on the dress looks so beautiful! My mom was visiting and wanted to participate in the wedding planning process, so picked this place based off of the positive reviews. White Flower is a beautiful, calming space. Kali was outstanding. She understood my unique style and wedding theme, and suggested a dress I would have never picked myself. Spoiler alert, that ended up being the dress that I purchased :) White flower meticulously followed COVID guidelines, and I felt super safe the entire time I was there. I cant say enough positive things about White Flower, I have already recommended it to other engaged couples, and looking forward to returning when my dress comes in!

This was a great experience, my daughter is getting married and really isnt sure what she wants. They greeted us, explained the Covid rules, and showed us to our fitting area. It was a very comfortable setting, except we all had to keep our masks on, which was understandable but, hard for my daughter trying on the dresses and it was hard to Invision what she would really look like on her wedding day. We were offered water and my daughter was given a gift bag with champagne gummies, which was nice.. We have not found the one yet but the dresses they picked were beautiful and it was fun!

My whole experience with this boutique was wonderful from start to finish. My consultation was with Stacey in August of 16, she was very sweet and really helped me narrow down the type of gown I was looking for. She was so patient with us, even though we went over my allotted time (sorry!) She was also very nice to the people I brought with me. I ended up choosing my dress that day.The second half of my review is for the seamstress at their alterations location. I believe her name is Mary, she is the BEST. Im so glad I was able to go to her. My mom and MIL were very impressed as well! You can tell she takes care in her work and its evident in the beautiful job she did on my dress. Great bridal boutique! I visited several all over CA, and this one was by far the best experience. The stylist, Isis, was great at listening to what I envisioned and also never rushed me or my group. I tried on dozens of dresses and found the perfect dress thanks to her help! The boutique felt very private since it was by appointment only and there were no other brides there when I was shopping. She helped me find everything Ill need for the big day, but I never felt pressured into anything like some of the other salons. I will highly recommend this boutique to any of my friends who get engaged.

She was a wealth of knowledge and not pushy at all. I went back for my second visit this past weekend and said yes to the dress! The staff that works here is fabulous! Very nice, encouraging, helpful. The dresses - STUNNING. They didn’t try to sell you anything you felt uncomfortable with. I ended up buying a dress at a trunk show that never made it to the next years line which meant mine was only 1 of 10ish in the world. It felt so special. I had plenty of fittings incase I didn’t like the alterations. They had great communication with me throughout the whole process. They were always welcoming and let anyone I wanted come to my appts. On a side note, the place is an Instagram dream, super cute in every detail. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I went to a few more places that I had appointments with and I just kept comparing everything to not only the dress I loved from White Flower but the overall experience I had there. I worked with Leah and she was so nice and so helpful, I can’t say enough good things. She really listened to my feedback on what I liked and what I didn’t about each dress but didn’t pressure me to pull the trigger once I found one I loved. Go HERE!! We had a fabulous experience at The White Flower in San Diego! As a brief backstory we went to three bridal shops the day prior (Here Comes the Bride, The Bustle, David’s Bridal) I do not have anything bad to say about any of those but I feel having seen three other shops really gives a well rounded review of my experience at The White Flower in comparison to other San Diego options.What we LOVED about The White Flower: the one on one attention is fantastic. Their shop operates by appointments and the vibe is VERY welcoming but also intimate and special. You are not one of many, you are THE ONE they are focused on. The boutique has a wall of gorgeous dresses. When you walk in you and your ‘bridal team’ (restricted to two people in addition to the bride due to COVID) are taken to your own area that has a couch and mirrors.We worked with Brittany and she was absolutely fantastic! She talked with us about what I was looking for and looked at some photos I had saved and then she went to grab dresses she thought I would like. She showed me each one and we talked about my thoughts and what I liked and didn’t and what different types of things I wanted to see. When it got time to try on dresses I went behind a curtain in a nice large space with two additional mirrors. This was SO refreshing compared to the day prior at other locations where I was trying to put on dresses behind a tiny partition. Brittany helped me step into each dress and pull it on, which also was not standard at other places. It was nice having the mirrors in the changing area so I could see the dress on prior to showing my mom and maid of honor. Brittany made it very special by saying things like ‘here she is’ then opening the large current for me to reveal the dress I had on.The entire visit was so relaxed and stress free! Brittany never tried to push a sale. At other stores I felt very overwhelmed and pressured with tactics like 20% off today only and the sales person telling me THIS IS YOUR DRESS. That was not the case at The White Flower. It was such an enjoyable experience for myself and my mom and MOH. My mom said she wished we had come here first because this was what wedding dress shopping should be like and she couldn’t say enough what a dream experience it was with the most gorgeous unique dresses.BONUS: they have a beautiful flower wall with lighting setup to take a YES to the dress photo!Being fully transparent, the dresses here are a higher price point than other stores, however, they are also a much much higher quality and customization than many other stores. I would say that if you plan on having a dress made to fit you from here (as opposed to finding one off the rack that happens to be in your size, which would be rare) you should expect to spend at least $3000-$3500, however, some of their dresses do go upwards of $7000. Checkout their Instagram or website first to get an idea of options in your price range. Don’t be intimidated by the ranges. I was concerned there would be very few under $3500 and that was not the case. I had lots of options in the $3000-$3500 range.Overall, 10 out 10 experience!

San Diego brides, RUN dont walk to The White Flower Bridal Boutique! First, because the store is appointment only, the atmosphere is lovely, personal and calm! Not to mention it is beautifully designed. I honestly wanted to hang out after my appointment concluded!I worked with Stacey who is an absolute dream. She totally nailed it and I ended up saying yes to the very first dress she put me in. Despite it being slightly different than I imagined, she completely got me, my style, and found a dress I not only love but feel confident, glamorous, and most importantly, SO comfortable! I had the most wonderful experience with the ladies at white flower. I found the perfect dress for me straight away, thanks to their choices. They had a beautiful collection, professional and comfortable atmosphere and were they patience and understanding with the process. Couldn’t be happy with my time there!

Natalie is amazing!!! I have a big family and of course everyone wanted to be there. Which Im sure is always nerve racking. Not only were they accommodating but they served us champagne, water, and cookies!! She was so sweet to everyone in my party and made me feel like a princess. She helped me pick the perfect dress! It had everything I asked for and it was in budget!!!!!! I highly recommend going here and asking for Natalie she is incredible!! The shop is beautiful, has so many selections and is very clean. Thank you white flower bridal for such an amazing experience!!

I signed up on their website to be notified for their sample sale, and then picked up a great dress within 15 minutes! I had tried on a lot of dresses around town, so when the sale arrived, I was ready to make a decision. I knew as soon as I put it on it was what I wanted. They have a nice selection, and their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Buy here, alter elsewhere! This is store has a very nice selection. I found my dress here and it was perfect. My issue started when they gave me an estimate for alterations, because they told me one number but wrote a price RANGE on my file that I never saw, and I told them exactly what I wanted so there was no ambiguity from the beginning. When the tailor gave me the price it was 300 dollars over the estimate. I inquired about this and the owner reduced the price so it was 200 over the estimate I was given BECAUSE the file has a range that was 200 over what I was told. Had I known this I wouldnt have kept my dress there for alterations because I live an hour and a half away but the price they originally gave me was great, so be careful. Also, I was not impressed with the tailor, my capped sleeves werent cap and they were not even, furthermore she tightened the top too much and it offset the bottom. So in conclusion buy here and alter elsewhere! New seamstress or old one, the problem started with the sales associate writing a price range and only telling me one price. The owner will hold you to that price range written even if you arent aware of it, like my situation, so if the sales associate writes in your electronic file 400-700 dollars and tells you 400, then the tailor charges you 800, the owner will reduce it to 700, because that is what was written, be careful.

My first time trying on wedding dresses was at The White Flower Bridal Boutique. It was everything I could have hoped for and Brittany made it the best experience. Brittany helped me narrow down what I liked and was so helpful, I took a little longer than my appointment was scheduled for but she never made me feel rushed. I ended up finding my dress at a different boutique, but I would highly recommend The White Flower to any brides looking for their special dress!

Dang forgot the name of the girl helping us our but she was great! Super easy going and had a great knack for picking out the right dress for my friends taste - nailed it right away with the first dress. They served cookies and champagne and really made it a fun environment for dress shopping - the way it should be done!!

Absolutely recommend this place! I bought my wedding dress from here, the girls are amazing to work with, and their tailor is amazing!!!! She worked magic on my dress. Also the selection of dresses you will not find anywhere else. This is truely one of a kind bridal boutique! A+ service!!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience at The White Flower Bridal Boutique! Easy to make an appointment with delightful Brittny and when we arrived Stacey also greeted and proceeded to assist us. Stacy was exemplary! Started by giving us water and cookies. She listened to what my daughters likes and dislikes were and after trying on a few gowns realized what Jessica liked most. She brought out a beautiful gown that brought me to tears when I saw my daughter in it! She tried on at least 7 but probably more, and Stacy was enthusiastic and accommodating. The space was open, but all people had their own private space that was not impeded upon. Felt like this was a milestone day for my daughter and upscale without being snobbish. I highly recommend The White Flower Boutique and their wonderful assistants! 5 star

After having been to several bridal salons, my experience at The White Flower was noteworthy and exceptional. Courtney, the owner, is incredible at what she does! She manages the process from front to end to ensure the most enjoyable experience for you and your decision-making process. She adequately managed my expecations, was upfront about the differences between the dresses and the designers, and made helpful suggestions about design and cuts that would compliment my body type. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, a lot of fun- how it should be. The White Flower even has a video conferencing system so that friends and family outside of SD are able to participate. All around, top-notch experience and lovely,quality dresses.

I bought my wedding dress here. My consultant was very friendly and helpful. I told her the type of dress I was looking for and price range, she found the perfect dress. You need an appointment before you go so you can have their undivided attention. The studio is beutiful! I loved this place!!

The BEST!

I went to White Flower for my first wedding dress shopping experience and got everything I was hoping for and more. They had a wide selection of beautiful dresses, they fed me cookies, and Katie was exceptionally knowledgeable about the store stock. I recommend this boutique to anyone who wants to feel like a bride and find the perfect dress.

Let me just say I didnt think I would have that moment (where I cried and knew instantly it was the dress). Well thats exactly what I got at The White Flower Bridal Boutique. The White Flower Bridal Boutique was my third of four bridal shops on my weekend long quest to find the dress. And it honestly could have been my ONLY stop. First off, the ambiance is outstanding. It was everything I had dreamed of when I envisioned dress stopping. Cute decor, perfect lighting, and elegant mirrors that make you look good at all angles. My stylist Leah was a gem, she was so fun and was able to handle my outrageously opinionated Yes to the dress crew. Leah was patient, extremely understanding, and never tried to pressure me when I wanted to go to my last scheduled appointment at another boutique to be sure I found the one. She even spent an additional hour with me and my crew that same day after we came back to say yes to the dress. She put me back in the dress and helped us celebrate and take all of the celebratory photos we wanted. I left the store feeling like part of TWFBB family.

I cannot recommend White Flower enough! I went to three bridal shops with WF being the second, and though I dont have anything bad to say about the others, WF was superior by a longshot. Isis greeted us at the door and was friendly, calming and attentive from start to finish. My mother and FMIL were with me and since their vision was slightly different than mine, Isis was incredibly polite and accommodating to appease everyone (while still REALLY just listening to me!). She made the entire experience about how I felt in each gown, never once did I feel rushed or pressured. I returned a week later to try on my favorite dress one more time before ordering and Stacey helped me. Again, an absolutely lovely appointment! Stacey even called Mary (the on-site seamstress) into the room and together they gave me advice on alterations and several customizations I was hoping to make. They truly went above and beyond, and my dress ended up half of what I expected to pay! Everyone that works here is a complete rockstar! Natalie & Brittany truly helped me in finding the one and made the whole experience memorable. Life happens. I found out I was pregnant a month later. I called to let them know and see if maybe the dress could be sized up, if not to see what they could recommend for me. Brittany tells me not to worry, and gave me great suggestions to work with me on the dress. I felt good and confident with her advice.By the end of the week, Courtney, the owner of this Boutique calls me and tells me over the phone that she is going to be blunt with me and tells me that the dress will not look good on me. There is no way she will work with me to try to fix it and that the seamstress has already told her that will not work with me. I was devastated. Courtney continues speaking recommending me to lose the deposit that we had paid already for the dress and to start looking for a new dress. I was shocked she said this, throw away nearly $900? Like nothing? No. Still I kept my cool over the phone just simply replying okay, listening to her outrageous suggestions to also payoff the whole dress and try to sell to a bridal boutique, but be ready to lose a huge chunk of money on the dress if doing so.Once Courtney was done berating me, I simply told her I will think about what to do, but she literally wanted an answer right there and then. She tells me Well Ill make of note that you are going to think about what you are going to do. This past weekend, I was told my dress had arrived.When I arrived, Brittany greeted me and congratulated me. I thought she was going to help me with my dress, but unfortunately it was a different woman who was standing next to her. She didnt even bother to introduce herself to us. She helps me put on the dress and it fits! It looks beautiful the top and the bottom needs to fitted, but all otherwise look perfect. This woman didnt even bother to ask me if I want to accessorize the dress. We had to ask her for a veil. We could heard her in the background sighing every few seconds. I stepped out of the platform to get going and this woman said Well, lets talk about the most important thing, what are you going to about the seaming of the dress? are you going to get it seamed?I told her that the woman that spoke to me over the phone said that there is NO WAY they will be able to adjust it, and will not do it. I already have lots of seamstress recommendations. She looked at me and said I can do the top and bottom and the back which is a sheer back with beading should be converted into a corset back which will cost $875. I asked her, So youre the seamstress? She uncrosses her arms and starts stuttering for a few seconds, No not me, Im not a seamstress. Okay? She goes on a little more still referring to herself as I the seamstress will fix the dress like this.Once in the dressing room, I didnt really comprehend why the back needed to be converted to a corset. I asked her, I dont understand you, why does the dress need to be converted to a corset? How much will it be just to fix the top and bottom of the dress instead? She looks at me and said I dont understand YOU. Wasnt I clear? Top and bottom how much to alter that? And she said that she will not do that. That this is a step process and she will not do the top and bottom only and not do the corset back because there is no way I will fit in this dress.OMG! Thats when it clicked on me she was Courtney, the crazy woman, the crazy owner over the phone. 1st Courtney told me I was not going to fit on the dress which she was wrong, 2nd that the dress was not going to look good on me which she was wrong, 3rd Im not going to fix the dress for you because you will not fit in it. She discriminated against me for being pregnant and bullied me this whole time. Which FYI, I have been losing weight and I have a high-risk pregnancy at this moment. For an owner to treat me, a customer, like this is unacceptable! Now it made sense why she didnt tell us who she was. Be careful going here! I was discriminated and bullied by Courtney the owner.
