Wow, our entire experience here was absolutely amazing!! Val could not have been more helpful and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. I have to say - I did not in any way expect to walk in finding a dress today. I arrived with a vision that was difficult to put into words, yet somehow Val just GOT ME. Not only did I find my dress, but we had the salon to ourselves and the staff were patient while my mom and I FaceTimed nine of my family members! Not once did they rush us or make us feel like we needed to wrap it up. If you want to feel like a million bucks, RUN, don’t walk, go Here Comes the Bride!

Thank you to Here Comes the Bride! They definitely made my daughter feel like a very special bride! They have an incredible selection of elegant dresses. My daughter ended up here after searching in many counties for her dress. We knew right away when we met Rebecca and her team that we were in the right place, their experience put us right at ease. Despite our long drive, we knew we would only trust them for the tailoring of her dress which turned out so perfect! My daughter lives in Los Angeles but this bridal shop is worth the drive for both the customer service and their specialty alterations and tailoring.

I came here recently as a bridesmaid with the bride and other bridesmaids. The aesthetic and shop itself is adorable and we did find a really nice variety of wedding dresses.However, the customer service that we received from the front desk reception was shocking. The woman with the neck tattoo had an attitude as soon as we walked in the door as if we were an inconvenience to her and did not even look up from her computer to ask what the name of the party was or greet us with a smile.This is NOT what any bride and her bridal party wants when doing something as special as picking out a wedding dress.I hope the owners and management will see this and many of the other reviews about the lack of professionalism that is being displayed so they can resolve this problem.

I had the best experience here! Amazing service, staff is super friendly. always gave me the honest truth and had so many beautiful options for wedding dress! I highly recommend and I’m telling you, you will cry and say yes to the dress. Pumpkin is the cutest cat ever. Evelina was so helpful on finding the one for me. As groom and wedding planner I will never recommend or tell anyone to go to another place other than HCTB... seriously, there is no need to even shop around. It’s a waste of time when you will know upon walking in to this business.Here Comes The Bride is what business should be, about the customer and top notch service and product. Rare is it that all staff is eager and happy to make you the center of attention and cater to your needs.The private rooms, in room photo booth dress comparison, and intimate care is only the beginning. It’s simple, try one dress on at another shop, even just book an appointment and compare the follow up and service.There are some things you can settle with and accept less than expected when planning a wedding but the dress is NOT it. So don’t even bother with another, just go to Here Comes The Bride.We even met the dress maker/designer who randomly was there visiting from Taiwan!Price is phenomenal and quality/customer service is unmatched. I am grateful for them and so is my wife.

Ok... beautiful dresses here.. Just dont get your dress altered here. There is no communication with their team. For my 2nd dress fitting, I drove an HOUR in traffic to see all the alterations. When I get there, NONE of the alterations were done. The Alterations Manager did the first one, nothing happened, then I get a different seamstress, Marta (who was amazing and actually recommended better things to do on the dress than the actual Manager? Also...this was 1 week before the wedding. Marta did it quickly and if you do plan to get your dress altered, work with Marta.

I had the best experience with Here Comes the Bride and cant recommend this shop enough! From the moment we walked in too see the large variety of dresses to working with Jen who was so helpful in my finding the perfect dress to the alterations with Martha, the entire process was a dream!I cannot say enough great things about Jen and their entire staff. Jens excitement and enthusiasm really made my finding THE dress feel so special. Not only that but she was so knowledgable on being able to slightly customize or alter dresses and how it would affect them. She was honest in her opinions and I knew she really cared. I was between 2 dresses, one which I just loved and another that I liked because it had some shimmer; she had the idea to add some small sequins to key points of the dress where there would be movement to create a shimmer and was both conscious of helping me create my dream dress without having to add huge costs. Overall she was amazing!They do alterations in house which is also a huge bonus and Martha who I worked with for this was incredible! The day of my wedding our guests were not just complimenting my dress but how will it fit me! She was so patient, kind and just overall talented!Many thanks to Here Comes the Bride!

I will first start by saying that Megan was incredible and did an amazing job helping me find my dream dress. I couldnt be happier with the way it looked the day I chose it and tried it on. I had such a great experience that I even referred three girls and they each purchased their wedding dresses from this store. Truly loved the dresses and stylist.So why the three stars.. heres the thing. The reason I gave three stars is because my dress did not fit the same when it arrived in the store and the fitting did not turn out so great. The seamstress was a sweetheart and did her best but at the end of the day on my wedding day the dress did not look the way it looked when I first tried it on. Dont get me wrong it was beautiful...But it was big. Did not fit skin tight the way It did when I tried it on and the shoulders were loose..My day was magical and I dont think I even let it bother me on the wedding day but it wasnt until a few days later and looking at the photos that it upset me. I got married in October so its been 7 months for me to leave this review. I wanted to really feel right about it before leaving the review.Dress was gorgeous..Just felt a bit mislead once the dress arrived..It was a totally different fit. Its like they ordered a way bigger size than the one I tried on originally...and no I did not lose a bunch of weight. I have a photo of the dress the day I tried it on and on my wedding day. Very different fit.

This place is a scam. Please read all the one star reviews before buying a dress here.So heres the chain of events. My fiancé went in to try on dresses In the beginning of October and we let the staff know that our wedding is happening in March. The staff assured her that if she paid extra for a rush order, that the dress would be available a month before the wedding. She signed the contract and put down a deposit and paid extra to get the dress rush orderedShe lives in Chicago so she tries to contact the company on several occasions a month later through phone and email and they have zero response. I had to physically go into the store and ask them about the dress. The lady at the front kept redirecting my questions on what the status of the dress is. She keeps saying that they submitted the order but said she could not provide a confirmation. She said she did not receive any emails or calls. She keeps making promises that the dress will come on time and saying anything to get me out of the store.Fast forward to today, a week before the wedding, and my fiancé is still trying to contact them. Their excuse this time is that the designer is delayed but that the dress will come in and that they have never not delivered a dress. I reviewed their contract and they put a bunch of clauses and loopholes that state that we will not get a refund even if we dont receive the dress.They make zero effort to provide any form of customer service and continue to lie about the delivery date. They continue to make empty promises just to get us out of the door. It has been the most stressful part of the wedding planning because they are just unresponsive.Once they receive your money they ghost you completely. They have the audacity to keep lying and saying anything they can to get you out of their face. They dont provide any proof that they even order the dress or any assurances that you will get your dress on time.Do not make the same mistake we did and think that just because they are an established company that they will keep their promises. Please avoid this company at all costs.

The experience of finding my dress was fine, they were nice in the store and I liked the woman who helped find it. My issue is communication and altering.I payed quite a lot to have the alterations done in store because I wanted my dress to be done right. Boy was that the wrong choice. The alteration to make the top fitting apparently consisted of a single stitch, which snapped on my wedding day while I was getting ready, and consequently ruined a lot of photos. The top of my dress ended up looking too big and baggy around my chest. I was really upset about it, but there wasnt much I could do on my wedding day.Since then, I have sent multiple emails and made a lot of calls to try and reach a manager to resolve this issue. Each time I get a hold of someone Im told that the manager will contact me...and nothing happens. It has been 3 months since I started trying to reach out to the company and have not received any contact whatsoever, which is further upsetting.At this point I have just written off the alterations as a stupid spending choice, but I will definitely not shop here again and will not recommend it to friends and family.Shop here for a dress, but do not agree to their in house alterations no matter what.

Beautiful selection of dresses and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Jen was especially helpful and made it a very special experience. I suggest they get coffee and soda and snacks for guests since you are there at least a couple of hours. It would make for a nice touch.

I first heard of this cute store when I picked up my friend’s wedding dress here 5 years ago. Earlier this year I came in to get my own wedding dress. Jenn helped me and she’s truly the best! She listened to my vision and found me a great selection of dresses. She also offered dresses which she thought I would like and I did! I found a dress I thought was the one, but wanted my fiancé to see it. It was Memorial Day weekend and Jenn offered for me to text her and she would meet us any time! She was so flexible, not pushy at all, gave good, honest feedback which I wanted and a great person! I highly recommend.

Great experience until the end. Picking out my dress was amazing. They even helped me switch out my dress for a new size when we found out we were expecting and I wasnt sure Id be able to lose the baby weight in time for the wedding. Then the fitting part just kind of ruined the whole experience. Seamstress got makeup on my dress when altering, they did not have the buttons that I had requested a year before at the purchase of the gown, and the alterations were awful. I am not even sure that she did the last alterations that we had pinned at final fitting. I trusted they were done so I just picked up the dress when they told me dress was ready. The top fit terribly and was oddly clumped at the top. I am contemplating having the alterations done again at another store and have my photos all retaken. I hate how the top of my gown looks in EVERY picture. On top of that, the veil that was purchased was jaggedly cut. Not sure how they can charge $200 for such terrible work. Maybe they did such a bad job because I got my veil for free as promotion? Such a shame that what could have been a great experience ended up being a bust. Tried contacting the shop with no response to my request to have them fix the dress at their cost.

Terrible place here comes the bride to choose to buy for your most important day. Our family had a terrible experience, I cant give details but a tragedy happened in our family and the wedding needed to be cancellled, this place had no sensitivity, no humanity, no support. Difficult people to deal with and the owner just look for herself. Very sad experience, I truly dont recommend this place. This is the first review I post in my life, but I think it was important to let you know that they just dont care.

I had a wonderful experience here. There are a lot of beautiful gown to pick from and every bride gets their own private room with their family & friends. It makes the experience much more personal. I will recommend to all my friends. I especially appreciated Rebecca. She was very helpful and made me feel at ease. She offered good opinions and ultimately was looking out for my best interest.

Here Comes the Bride had the largest and nicest selection of dresses of anywhere I visited! I had the best time selecting my perfect bridal gown with consultant Jenn! She was outgoing, cheery, and supportive. She truly listened to what type of gown I was looking for and pulled exquisite gowns that matched my taste. I was pretty cut and dry to what I did or did not like and Jenn flowed well with my bluntness haha. In the end, I was able to find the dress in which Jenn even helped me alter it a bit to make it even better!

Beautiful establishment and wonderful employees, but not accommodating to plus size women. All dresses available were standard size 12, it was quite embarrassing. If you’re plus size, do not go there, this place is more for thinner women which is absolutely disappointing.

I thought that finding the perfect dress was going to be difficult and in my head I was prepaired to go to a lot of stores and spend a few weeks trying to find ‘the one’. The very first store I went to was Here Comes The Bride and Jen was the one helping me. I had no idea what to expect but the experience was amazing. She was so kind and funny and she made everything just so easy and enjoyable. She totally listened to what I wanted and pulled some dresses for me. I ended up loving the very first one I tried on. I still tried on the other 12 and then retried on the first one and knew that was it. Jen went above and beyond to make my mom and I just feel so comfortable. I love that they have you in your own huge size fitting room and that they also have a huge mirror outside so you can see different types of lighting. Also since I wasn’t expecting to buy a dress that day I did not have my friends with me so Jen told me I could come back anytime with them and try my dress on for them. I’m planning to go back next week and can’t wait.

I had a wonderful experience with Here Comes the Bride. They were flexible with scheduling when I needed to make a last minute change to my original appointment time. By the time I arrived at HCTB, I had already been to 4 salons and tried on close to 40 dresses. I liked many dresses- but didnt love anything. I fell in love with a dress I saw online and coincidentally it was on one of the mannequins. I knew I found my dress. My consultant was pleasant, experienced and gave me and my bridal party a few special moments to let it sink in. Because I had already traveled to other salons, I was ready to purchase and received 20% off as part of a promotion.I read my contract before signing and everything was straight forward and transparent. I received a phone call 2 days after my estimated dress arrival date for an update that my dress was delayed a week and they called me the following week to let me know it arrived. There was no issue as it still arrived 2 months before my wedding and they made it clear that it was only an estimated arrival date in contract and email communication. I really appreciated the phone call update.I made an appointment to try on my dream dress and I was so happy. I had done research prior and decided to get my fittings done with them, but at the appointment they let me know I was free to take it anywhere I chose and were not pushy at all. Im so excited to go for my fittings next month. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and received nothing but exceptional customer service.

The staff was patient and really took care of me, allowing me to relax and finally have fun. Buying a wedding dress is a big decision and these ladies really smooth out the process. I shopped all over San Luis Obispo County and even went to Santa Barbara. My family was getting tired of dress shopping with me. Nowhere else did I receive service like I did at HCTB! I literally had my dress within 20 minutes of walking in. Maggie is amazing. She listened and the first batch of dresses she pulled were all perfect. They really clip you in so you can see what your dress will actually look like when its fitted. Everyone in my group agreed that this place is amazing. Aside from great customer service, their alterations department is fabulous. I know the price looks steep, but my seamstress got my dress done in TWO days, no rush charges and it fit like a glove!!

I just picked up the gown I ordered from here. It is AMAZING! Everything is ready to go. Martha made sure my dress was perfect on me! I cant wait. Highly suggest this place for your wedding gown, they really know what they are doing!

I am so grateful I found Here Comes The Bride. I had already been to 5 bridal shops and was unimpressed with the quality, selection and customer service I had experienced and was afraid I would never find the right dress. I made an appointment at HCTB with Jennifer and couldnt have asked for a better experience. They have an incredible selection and Jennifer really listened to what I had visualized for my wedding and matched me with my dream dress. I appreciated the fact that she was helpful and genuine rather than pushy. I could tell she really cared about making sure I found the right fit for me. I was even able to live stream with my sisters in Colorado so they could be a part of the process. I received my dress this week and couldnt be happier. It is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend saving yourself the stress of dress shopping and go straight to Here Comes The Bride. They are by far the best in town.

Bad experience. I went in with a budget of $1,200 & kept to myself that I wouldve been willing to go up to even $2k if necessary.Amazingly I found the dress of my dreams & was SHOCKED, when I was told I could get the dress off the rack for $850. I flipped out. I was in love with the dress and the tag said $1850, but I could get it for so little?!?! I immediately started thinking of all the other things I could use that money for. And, they told me the dress would be professionally looked over, cleaned & presses, beading would be replaced, etc... seemed like an amazing deal.Until it wasnt...I had my pick up appointment 3 weeks for date from purchase. I couldnt make the original pick up date so I went a week after. Driving all the way to Mission Valley from Otay Mesa, I got there only to be told my dress WASNT ready. I wasnt upset about this at all, until I got a small lecture on why it was important to stick to my pick up appointment because if not, these things can happen. I wasnt going to let them push me around since what they were saying didnt make any sense...so I kindly told them my appointment had been LAST week, so it should have been ready last week or they shouldve at least notified me about any delay. The lady at the front desk was quiet after that.6 weeks after this, I go to pick up the dress. THIS TIME I call to confirm its ready before heading over. Theyre very excited over the phone saying its ready & I get excited too! My beautiful dress is finally ready!!! WRONGI arrive & the dress is missing beading, it is still dirty from the bottom, and has visible snags right on the front area that Im CERTAIN wasnt there when I purchased it. I was very upset, but I try not to take out my anger on anyone else, so I simply asked the front desk for tape. They immediately get concerned and ask why & I let them know the dress is not in the state they promised it to me. They send over my wonderful, and kind original sales lady after this I guess to talk to me or something because she appeared out of no where. Im reminded they dont except returns or exchanges (by now I really wanted to just order a brand new one from the designer & pay the difference) so I tell her in that case I wanted to point all all the defects and at least get the best out of the dress I paid for. She seems slightly annoyed but mostly okay with it, no concerns here.I dont think any bride should have that run through her head but alas, thats life.I leave the dress there another 6 weeks. Now Im less than 2 months from my wedding & my alteration lady wants to see me ASAP! So I go to pick up the dress confirming its ready over the phone again. I went expecting very little from then but OMG... the bottom? Dirty. My tape pointing out snags and missed beading? STILL ON THE DRESS.At this point Im not even gonna try with them so I take my damn dress and sign for it, offering to pay my outside alteration lady extra to clean and fix it. She sees the condition of the dress and is also surprised. She says not to worry, no additional charge. Thank goodness for good people on this earth.I noticed the owner only responds to positive reviews and honestly as someone that manages customer service for an online store it should be the other way around.Also, Here Comes The Bride, please step up your customer service after the initial meeting. I understand that you already have my money and dont have to be nice to me, but at least call and communicate with customers if something is delayed or theres an issue with what they paid about half a months rent on.

If I could give ZERO star I would.I am less than a month from my trip to my wedding and they have no update to give to me about my dress. They keep changing and postpone the delivery date. The last call I had was today and they said that the delivery date is after my wedding!!!!!!!!I am just freaking out and I am about to start looking for a new dress.Thanks for destroying my dream !!!!!!

The boutique was gorgeous, and the dresses and customer service were even better! I got my dress here and Jenn helped me find it! The other people working were really friendly and the atmosphere was really warm and friendly. The people working felt like they were genuinely invested not just in the sale or getting my money, but like they cared about me as a bride and my overall happiness with my experience. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other places that Ive tried on gowns, honestly. There was such a wide selection of dresses and I felt a little overwhelmed, but the staff and Jenn helped me narrow it down until until I found the gown for me! I had made a final sale purchase and -- of course after the purchase had second thoughts on the dress. 4 months after my purchase and AFTER it being FINAL sale they allowed me to look for other gowns and use the amount for store credit. This has seriously helped to make me the happiest bride alive, I now have my dream dress and couldnt be happier. WOW seriously speechless, if you wanted to be treated like a princess with spectacular service, this is the place for you! GREAT JOB to the whole Here Comes the Bride team, so impressed.

Here comes the bride was the first bridal store i walked into, it was my very first appointment to try wedding dresses. The place is spacious and and bright. I told Jenn ( the most amazing sales associate) what i am looking for. I showed her couple dresses i have saved on instagram. She helped me pick couple dresses. i liked everything she picked and was so excited to try them on. To sum up the story, i ended up buying the fourth dress i tried. I never in my life bought something as expensive and as meaningful so fast. I was very pleased by Jenn service. She made the fitting fun and exciting. She listened to my comments and delivered the best customer service. She really loves what she does. Also, she was not pushy or short tempered. she was very patient with me. She also explained thoroughly how the process works. Yes it is true, they do charge your card and then go over the contract. It didnt matter to me because i was getting the dress no matter what. I highly recommend this place and always ask for Jenn.

My fiance was nervous to go into a store to try on wedding dresses because she didnt think anywhere would have her size. My coworker told me about this place so I dropped her off at her appointment. When I picked her up an hour and a half later she was happy. She found her dress and said they made her feel amazing. Even took selfie with the sales lady because she went by herself. I was overwhelmed with all my choices for my dream wedding. I had been to a couple different places and none of them took care of me like this place did. Liz was so helpful and fun. We found my dress that day! Since then I have been full informed and updated on what the next steps are to take. Glad I came here! Would highly suggest going here to say yes to the dress!

At this moment I’m giving this Bridal Salon a 3 star rating based on service and communication. If I could post text from my conversation with my current Wedding Dress Consultant I would and I have to say that the customer service is so poor it’s upsetting especially for a new Bride - I was told I would receive a sketch and the ability to see how my dress would look since I’m having it made in a creamy white sage color. It has not happened, I was told there was an issue with the server. I texted the consultant again Oct 20 and was told I would get confirmation in 2weeks it is now Nov 12th still nothing and no response either. It’s simple follow through and communicate. I’m seriously beyond annoyed and really wish I did not have the added stress just based on the customer service and the lack of communication. On yelp we will post pictures...

Please beware of the alteration process its the most untimely just short of unprofessional service after paying thousands of dollars for the dress and their requested alterations cost . They had us come back 4 times at . Minimal work had been done 2 days before the wedding we still had a 3 hour that night it was a rush to get the alteration process finished. But cash only on the alteration process my Daughter cried

Same here like the other customer’s review. It was fantastic when I chose my dress. I even cried. I purchased my dress Dec. 24th and they promised and for sure to have the dress by the end of Feb. or the beginning of March the latest. And i got informed by them “normal alteration takes 3 visits within 3 weeks to a month.”I waited until 5th of March and i called then they told me that my dress is coming by the end of March. I’m having my wedding in different country so need to leave April 2nd which I told them before. Finally i forced to double check and then now the factory will finishing up mine and ship in 2days and manager assured me latest next Thursday(today).They’ve NEVER called me to update me even though they said so. Now my dress is delayed at the custom. I definitely understand the unusual difficulties with custom, but still too delayed and of course no updates. And when I called always “ you’re fine~ it’s okay.” Who knows the factory put 80% of beads than the amount that they needed to put since it is rushed.They definitely don’t care after the payment. I wish i knew before.

My wife and I wanted to renew our vows. We were happy with the large dress selection and my wife was able to find the dress she wanted for a cost that I was happy with. Highly recommend this place - well worth the drive!

Weddings are stressful for everyone and mine was no exception - thank goodness we found Here Comes the Bride when it came to the dress! We struck out on other stores but when my then fiancee and I came to HCTB I was immediately struck by the courtesy and professionalism we were met with. The staff was patient, gave us room to choose what she wanted, and addressed our every need. Suffice to say we found her dream dress at a great price and they were with us every step of the way until it arrived in a timely and perfect manner. I have recommended them to several friends and will definitely continue to do so, thanks so much HCTB!

My wife came in before Christmas time, she purchased her dress after going in for a second time ( tried on at least 30 dresses, the staff very patient with her) i just went in to purchase it and to my surprise the staff asked me how my wife was doing with her yoga( she had just started around the time she got the dress) as I was speaking to the front desk girl, the manager whos name was Rebecca also came by and asked how my bride to be was doing as well, just super friendly and patient, the store was nice and cold and is right next to the freeway which I found to be a big plus, highly recommend d

Wish I could give zero stars. Working with this bridal salon has been the worst. Where do I start?I ordered my dress at 5pm on Super Bowl Sunday and called at 10am the next day to say that I was having second thoughts and wanted to change my order. They said they would have the manager call me (which took 2 days) and days later I came in for a second appointment to try on dresses. In the end, I only needed to change the color of the dress and all was well. Then I get an email telling me that to change the color will be a $100 charge because the designer already cut the fabric. There is no effing way a designer had already cut the fabric for my dress 17 hours after I placed the order. Whatever.Fast forward to 4 months later when they called me to tell me that my first dress has arrived and I can make appointment to try on, and that they were still waiting for my second dress. When I question the woman on the phone and explained I didnt order a second dress, I just changed the color of my order, she said oh we know, its just automatic that I call you. You are a live person and you know from my file that I changed the color of my dress, not ordered TWO, and yet you call me anyway? Not only that but I get a confirmation that my credit card will be charged automatically when the dress arrives. She assures me it wont. Terrible customer service.Finally my real dress comes in and I schedule an appointment. There are loose threads everywhere and a tear in the tulle of the gown. I was told dont worry, they come from the designer a mess like that and bridal shops have to clean them up. I am assured the dress will be repaired and cleaned up by the time I pick up. Okay.Fast forward to two months later and I am in store right now to pick my dress up- and guess what? All kinds of threads everywhere and a rip still in the tulle. I ask the woman who is helping me about the threads and rip and her response is I dont know. She goes and gets another woman who first says that dresses come from the designer perfect and since this dress was made for me they didnt think it needed it, and then when I pointed out that these flaws were present when I tried on my dress 2 months ago she says the person who did your appointment with you is the one who was supposed to tell the seamstress to clean this up and that it will be ready for pickup in another few days. I explained to her that SHE was the one who did my appt along with the manager, and she said that it was the person on the phone who scheduled the appointments fault. Okay.I ask for the manager.The manager comes and explains that she can clean it up in 15 minutes as I wait, as it turns out she also sews. Well see how it turns out.Ladies, the dresses in this shop are stunning but their business practices and their customer service reps are simply awful. It is not worth the stress of your big day to be lied to repeatedly and have your dress a mess.AND what other reviewers have said about feeling disrespected and the consultants being rude are totally true. My mom and bridesmaid got different veils for me to try on and the whole time the consultant acted pissed that they were getting veils for me and at one point just walked away from the appointment and never came back. Another consultant had to take over. Who does that? Your wedding and especially the dress shopping is supposed to be a a wonderful experience you share with your loved ones. Consultants are there to help you through this process. I have not had a single positive interaction with the employees here.I would not recommend this bridal shop in a million years. Stay away!

My experience at HCTB was better than I could have imagined! I had already been to two other shops before coming to HCTB so at that point, wedding dress shopping was an extremely daunting task for me. I didnt think I would find THE one anywhere and was losing hope faster than a NASCAR race. On a whim, I went down the street to my local HCTB (on a lunch break mind you) just to see what it was all about. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing! You got your own personal room and stylist (Jenn - you rule!) who is attentive to your every need. I felt no pressure whatsoever and Jen was receptive to my wants, not wants and price point. She didnt pull one dress that was outside of my budget range and didnt try to sneak one in my bunch in the hopes that I would fall in love and bump up my price. I ended up falling in love with a dress that I didnt even know that I wanted. Thank you for everything HCTB and Jenn. You made what had been an extremely overwhelming experience, effortless and fun! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I would have liked there to have been more sample sizes of each dress on the floor to try on. I recognize this isnt completely fair to the shop since they can only put out what the designers give them, but there were some styles that I would have liked to try on that were just too small to get on; even with the cool tricks they have to get it to stay on you.

Here Comes the Bride is a horrible place, terrible service and management. They are very nice when you go in to try on, however as soon as you sign a contract and give them your credit card their service is awful! They are very unclear about charges and significantly overcharge for services! They quoted me a price and made it seem like all services were included in that price and then added in costs later. It was very disappointing to have such a terrible experience for something that should be so much fun. This was the only bad experience I’ve had with the entire wedding planning process. I VERY MUCH REGRET PURCHASING MY DRESS FROM HERE COMES THE BRIDE!

My experience at Here Comes the Bride was amazing!!! I highly recommend a bride buying their wedding dress there. I got married in Aug 2012 and Rebecca and Kayla helped me. Kayla was the one who found my dress. I was done trying on the dresses that I picked out and she suggested that I tried on one more dress, which I ended up loving. Rebecca and Kayla are so sweet and understanding. They are there to help you with what you need and they take all the stress away. Martha did my alteration there as well and she was also so amazing to work with. I added a keyhole to my dress, which came outs so beautiful. Over all, everyone that I worked with at Here Comes the Bride was professional and pilate. : )

I had a horrible experience at Here Comes the Bride. What started out as a great experience, ended being the most stressful part of my entire wedding.Things I ordered from HCTB that were late: ALL OF THEM. Including my custom couture dress and veil. I ordered my veil 4 weeks prior to the wedding and was told I would get it in three business days. I got it 2 nights prior to my wedding, and I had to call every day for a week prior to get it on time. When I took my dress to get altered I was told there were several problems with the dress, in the end my dress looked horrible. The seamstress blamed the store, store blamed the seamstress, they refused to talk to one another and on my wedding day the dress looked terrible and both refused to help. Its worth mentioning a couture dress is made to a brides measurements, so the dress should have fit fairly well and should have needed needed minimal alterations, if any.Buying my dress and veil from HCTB are the ONLY things I would change about my entire wedding experience.Its sad, I really loved the salon when I first came it, but as soon as they got my contract and deposit the customer service went completely out the window. I had various problems I tried to work with them on, most did not get a call back. It would take me 4-6 calls on average to get a return call, is that really something you want to be dealing with prior to your wedding? The questions I was asking, really really simple, like: did you order my dress? I havent heard from you in the 4 weeks since you eagerly took my deposit.Trying to work with the manager Rebecca after the fact will get you a lot of attitude and unanswered emails and calls.I was promised a minuscule refund in August 13, except the store never actually came through on paying it.BUYER BEWARE!

First dress try on: was impressed with look and quality apparent in the store. Very nice! I chose this store because they carried a variety of dresses I was interested in. Would recommend to look up the brand and style u want prior to any dress appt. The consulatant was nice and helpful, they accommodated my big bridal party and even allowed me to bring champagne! I ended up choosing a dress that I loved!Heres where I gave a lower rating:I go to put the deposit down on the dress, and before the Rep explained the contract or even presented it and all the small print, she charged my card. THEN PROCEEDED TO EXPLAIN THE CANCELLATION POLICY ETC. Ok fine.So months go by, I then return to purchase the sleeves. They assured me they would be here by my first alteration appt. I had to call over and over again to follow up as they would always assure me they would be the ones to call me. Didnt like that. I finally get to my first alteration appt. Back when I ordered my sleeves they assured me I wouldnt have to pay any extra alteration prices to add them to the dress. Just pay for the sleeves. I was ok paying the high price of $499 for all alterations. I get to the appt and MAGGIE was the worst customer service representive ever! I ask about how ANOTHER CONTRACT IS BEING PRESENTED ON ALTERATIONS saying they are charging extra for this and that.. I couldnt believe it. When I was assured earlier I would be paying one and only price. All she kept saying was its on the contract, its clearly on the contract. So.. thier customer service is to direct an already stressed out bride to read a contract??? And cant give me the decency to talk to me face to face!Well my sleeves came the week BEFORE the wedding. Where my mind changed to give this store more than a 1 star( only for the dress ) three staff members changed my mind around! JENN WAS THE best! Was calling me the week of reassuring me and being so patient with me. SHE TURNED ME AROUND! I left there a happy bride! Delphine was always nice and the seamtress Martha IS SIMPLY The BEST! Ask for her if you get the alt done there! Here comes the Bride: GET RID OF Maggie or teach her some manners and smile! She could have ruined my whole dress experience, but other than that, thank you for the beautiful boutique and lovely dress!

The bride was my sister. Before traveling to San Diego she had already visited a store in El Centro and another in Yuma. Not feeling content with the selection, she made plans to travel to SD over a weekend. We visited stores downtown, La Jolla and another store in Mission Valley before deciding on a visit to HCTB. Love my sister to death but she can panic with some of the smallest issues. I figured I would help ease what could turn into a bridezilla situation so I offered to buy her dress as a gift. With the understanding that I would handle the details surrounding her dress since she lives in the valley. This would also give us a chance to spend time together.We called ahead and were told that walk-ins are welcomed but we run the risk of not being seen since they work by appointments. We decided to take our chances. We walked in and my sister immediately loved the look of this boutique, a relaxed, unpretentious but stylish atmosphere. We were in luck because a consultant was just finishing up with a bride and we were told it would be a few minutes. About 15 minutes later a lady named Rebecca introduced herself to us and my sisters journey began. She was very endearing and made us feel at home. She did not show any hint of awkwardness toward the fact that I was accompanying my sister and made sure my 5 year old was comfortable.We made our way into our private fitting suite. I appreciated that they have a small room divider/screen so my sister could try on the dresses in privacy without either of us feeling uncomfortable. Looking around I thought, I like this, free snacks, Score! Testing my luck I asked if we could be served champagne. Unfortunately, a while ago some schmuck got wasted while trying on dresses and got into a fender bender. The store could face charges and was warned by the investigating officer. The skittles and M&Ms would have to do.My sister tried on 7 dresses. Kudos to the consultant, she insisted my sister try on a dress that she was dead set against. She stated not every dress is made for every body type. Bingo, she found it, that was it. The brand was Eve of miLady from Spain, $2400. With the wedding being a little under 7 months away we were told we should purchase the sample dress. But my sister was dead set against that idea. They explained that it usually takes 5-6 months to receive the dress although it can vary by designer. The first fitting is scheduled during the last month because brides are still usually trying to shed pounds and then all the tailoring is in vain.Fast forward 6 months. The wedding is 3 weeks away and we finally got a call that the dress had arrived. My sister high tales it to SD and the first fitting takes place. Her next fitting is scheduled 4 days later. This second time a bit more is needed to be fitted, not sure if it was those Zumba classes my sister was taking but she was starting to look smaller. I became a bit irritated after hearing my sister stress about the timing of the fittings so I made my way to the shop so I could share my displeasure with our consultant. She explained that the 7 months we were working with was the minimum anyone should have when looking for a dress. This is why they offered to sell us the sample dress. She then referred me to a section in the contract that explains the timing of the fittings. I went home and combed through that document and indeed it was there. Boy, am I glad I was the one getting the crazy calls from my sister. The big day came and went in a blur, my sister was very happy and things turned out perfectly.

The worst. Do not bother if you don’t want to stress about your dress for a year.

Incredible experience from start to finish. I had ordered a dress from a different salon in Orange County and when it came in I really didnt love it. Big and expensive error. I new the dress that got away and found that Here Comes the Bride carried the designer. I called down to the store at 8 pm on a Wednesday and was lucky enough to get the manager, Rebecca. She spent an hour on the phone with me and ordered the sample of the dress for me to try on. Not only did I purchase that dress from her, I found a second gown that I loved for a larger reception we were having months later. Every interaction with Rebecca and her staff was very positive. They were all very attentive and responsive. I probably looked at dresses at a dozen salons from Beverly Hills thru OC down to San Diego and am so pleased that I found this place.

100% recommended!On my first date of the day I found the perfect dress 👌🏼I made my purchase in February and even though the pandemic arrived, I love that they have understanding to continue keeping my dress without extra costs and that they answer any questions quickly.I really liked the privacy when trying on dresses. The only but I can say is that I thought they gave Wine 🍷 like in the movies 🙈 I hope they add that!Everything was beautiful and the girls are very kind ❤️

I showed some dresses so beautiful that I stayed with the second option I am so happy It gives to see known this place of really I recommend Here with the bride and especially they spoke my language and it was so nice to communicate with them without no problem ....
