Best customer service & quality imaginable! Canceled big wedding due to covid and did a private ceremony. I asked if I could exchange my dress for something else even though it was a final sale. I wanted a dress for a reception the following year without the train and frills etc. Not only did she let me exchange, she was sweet and patient. The dress I traded for cost more, but she said dont worry about the difference.. April altered the dress perfectly! Master skills! The quality of their dresses are dramatically better than all the dress places I tried but cost the same. Shop is absolutely gorgeous. Even if you live out of the area, its worth coming to town to get your dress here because it doesnt get any better than this.

April is a godsend! She went above and beyond to ensure I found my dress. I was extremely stressed trying to find a wedding dress during a pandemic and on a tight timeline (I had less than 5 months to find a dress). April put my mind at ease! She was calm, personable, and most importantly, patient. I dont know how she did it! Since they have a beautiful selection of gowns, I tried on a long line of dresses, but she never rushed me. April wasnt trying to make me buy a dress if I wasnt 100% comfortable with it. Since my family lives out of state, she helped me take photos for them and even accommodated a last minute appointment when my sister was in town. She even went out of her way to sit down with me and check delivery dates to ensure I would have my dress on time. April is truly one of a kind. I had been to quite a few bridal shops before coming to H KLES and needless to say, this was my last stop. I highly recommend a visit! I am forever grateful for April and H KLES Bridal!

The selection is beyond our expectations,whether its quantity, quality or styles. I also cant say enough good things about April ! She is so friendly, patient and easy to communicate with what we want for my daughters wedding dress. And her alteration skill is impeccable. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for THE wedding dress!

Not only is the store itself beautiful and serene (and the dresses!!), but Alya and April will go out of their way to make you completely comfortable and relaxed. The dresses are incredible, and having such an experienced tailor/wedding seamstress makes it incredibly easy to understand any tailoring or changes. I went to about 6-7 different salons across Southern California, and this is by far my top recommendation.

Alya is amazing! The atmosphere is ideal, much less chaotic than your average bridal boutique. Spacious, private dressing areas for friends and family, and lots of beautiful dresses! I could not have been happier with my dress shopping experience!
