My first visit to this store. Ive driven past several times and decided to participate in the movement of supporting neighborhood stores. I decided to stop in to purchase a bottle of wine. The bottle of wine was a couple of dollars more than other stores. Unfortunately, the cashier demonstrated zero customer service skills. Im not sure what to make of it. I said, Hello, how are you doing?.No response. She rang up my purchase and gave me change. I tried again. I said, Have a nice day. Nothing. She and a male employeewho was stocking the shelves conversed with one anothet as if I didnt just try to engage them in the most minor of simple courteous conversation. I wasnt expecting cartwheels of excitement that I was a new customer shopping at their store. But I was taken aback at their absolute indifference. Talk about feeling invisible.Oh well.The store was clean. The selection was decent. Prices were not the best.I may, or may not shop there again. Im undecided.

In the middle of a pandemic with a health order, you are still allowing both employees and customers inside without a mask despite two very visible signs.

This is an edit to my original post. I received a damaged package. The seller worked with me and an agreement was reached. Hope the new item arrives in one piece.

Ordered a $600 bottle. Bottle arrived severely damaged, even though shipping box was fine. Reached out to exchange bottle and was told I have no options available, and they will not argue about this. Refuses to work with me in any way to help remedy the situation. Will never do business with this company again. Terrible service $600 now wasted

Ok, so my overall experience has been rocky. 1st UPS lost my package and 2nd Big K claimed there was a disclaimer on my invoice freeing them of any liability due to lost, stolen or damaged packages. After many other issues, not caused by BIG K, I finally have my order. I must say the supplier was extremely careful with packaging and protecting my purchase. My order was cheaper at Big K than any other online retailer that delivered to my state. Thank you BIG K!!!!! I’m not sure if I will reorder or not but I will certainly refer potential customers who are willing to take the risk of their purchase NOT being protected.

Store stays busy, very limited parking, busy street but price and availability of just about any liquor or drink you want as well as a great selection of brewery ales and lagers. Customer service is good and staffs normally very friendly

Were nice people that work here. Always stocked with anything you need. I would warn some times parking is tight and the street is always crazy when it comes to pulling in and out . But I would say try it and see for yourself.

Well I have been aware of Big K for years now.. It started out limited.. but with the Management/ owner he promised great changes, and did just that. Im so proud of him.. my friend and local champion in the community😉.

The cashier at the store didnt care if anyone was wearing a mask even though they had signs posted I spoke to the cashier about the issue a he didnt care.

Its nice to have a local, friendly liquor/food store that is open late. A bit pricy, but you will pay if your out of cat food than eun to a big box if you can avoid it. Nice guys running the place. I miss Ken their father though RIP.

Check your prices and do your math. The clerk likes to overcharge you at every possible opportunity, not ¢50 at a time either, your total will be dollars more than it should be. Do yourself a favor and just hit 711. This place is a garbage establishment.
