Ive bought 3 wigs here and very happy with them. Prices are more than reasonable. Theres no returns but for the price, I feel its its worth taking a chance.They carry a large selection including natural and synthetic hair wigs. Prices vary depending on what you want to spend. Staff is friendly and helpful.Currently because of Covid, youre unable to try on wigs. The place itself isnt anything to brag about but it is clean and organized. Thats the only reason Im rating it a 4.

Has a decent selection of wigs, braiding hair, ponytails, human hair, crochet hair, products. I never had an issue finding anything or feeling disrespected. My go-to hair spot when in SD.

I bought one the wigs in jet black and it has lasted for months. Its synthetic and human hair. The pink and the blonde wigs are synthetic.

I brought a pack of EZ braid that has 4 in the pack in black but they only sold dark red in a single pack. I had to buy 2 packs of the dark red. But the service was great. I will be shopping there again.

Very good selection only thing is if your going to purchase a wig(hair peice) your NOT allowed to try on before you purchase any longer due to covid 19 they do display the hair on a fake head manichean.

Great selection! Drove about 55miles and it was worth it. Dont let the surrounding neighborhood scare or dismay, this store has what you want. If quality wigs is what you want. From lower price ranges upward, lace and non lace available. The staff is very friendly and available to help. I will be returning to use my 20% off I received due to my purchase total.

Best hair shop in San Diego. Its a weird spot but the staff are nice and very helpful. They dont just have the best wig selection but best human hair you can buy. Its about quality in this store. They dont carry rubbish! I am very pleased with my purchase from there and this is now my go to store and I live in Chula Vista! Well worth the drive.

Love the selections of crochet hair here. The natural hair product selection is not great at all. I am a natural and finding products are difficult. They werent open to stocking with requested items I want. Customer service was great each time.

Good selection, but beware, they charge 10% in taxes. So if you think youre going to get a discount by using that 20% off coupon, the no again. Youll actually only get 10% off. I had $ 11.00 off a wig bringing the price down from $54.00 to $44.00 then after taxes I paidb$48.39. 😲 Not cool at all! I thought Ca taxes were only 8% if not less.

The location is seedy but once your inside they have the best selection of wigs and products I have seen. Plus a salesperson that knows the inventory. I need human hair products and they have it.

My mother and I drove to San Diego from Albuquerque, New Mexico and had the most wonderful of times. While there, we were on the hunt for outstanding beauty supply/hair stores and wig shops. Here in Albuquerque, we are sorely limited and nother acTualatin beauty suppl exists. Originally from New York, we are used to a specific type of shop. A quality and variety of hair, wigs, supplies, color, and everything in between. Staff who are as knowledgeable about the process of coloring hair as they would be about texture, type and quality of hair. We went to several shops in different areas of San Diego and though many were well stocked and established, none gave us the experience like the one we had at Venus. Mr. Jimmy and the ladies there were awesome. They took such good care of my mother, she had a blast. Patient, professional, knowledgeable, funny, kind, the prices were fair and the qulaity of hair and service were excellent. We are already planning another trip.
