I went in for a highlight with Maryam today. I LOVE THE RESULT!!! Its the best highlights Ive ever had! Maryam did an AWESOME job on my hair. She was so professional in everyway. The cut, the style and the highlights was a perfect 10 all around. I would highly recommend Maryam all the way. Thank you Maryam for making me feel so lively and sexy again. I cant wait to see you again in 2 months!

Kendra is my stylist whenever I come to this Salon. She has a creative style and is not afraid to suggest alterations to my typical cut. I always come out of there looking very dapper and there is absolutely no question when people start laying the compliments on thick! Also, with the new renovation to the Salon, it has been an elevated experience without a doubt!

It’s my prom day, and i was nervous and confused on what I wanted my hair to look like for this special day. So I let my hairstylist Lina choose what to do with my hair based off of photos I showed her. Easy enough to say, but the outcome of my hair was seriously beautiful, with every detail she added to make the full look come together was mind blowing! I felt like a princess.

It’s an HOUR before closing. One hour. All I need is a short 15min haircut and JCP Salon, which is SUPPOSED to be open, and ADVERTISES that it will be open, is completely closed, with no one available at all to (a) answer the phone when I called, nor (b) be actually available to make good on the product they are claiming they have available. That’s not something a large chain store has the luxury of doing, closing early!? Not acceptable. The manager said ‘she was sorry,’ but at this hour, the correction would be to call someone back to cut hair when they have a customer. Otherwise shut the entire store down.

Today, I had my curly hair done by Chelsea, and she did an amazing job! She listened to me about how I wanted my hair done, and shes very friendly. Thanks Chelsea!

Susanne is the abosolute best. She is experienced and gave me my first good haircut since moving to San Diego. She really listened to me and even fixed what the last stylist did.

The main reason I go to JC Penney is so that when I am traveling I can get the same color done-its in the computer. At my appointment yesterday the stylist decided she knew better and did a different formula, telling me after it was already done. Its not what I wanted and I wont be back!

I have been going to JCPenny Salon for over six years and Carmen Weston has been my hair dresser all the time. I cant say enough great things about her. She is a wonderful hair dresser and a very friendly person. Carmen spends time listening to what I want done and makes sure that I am completely pleased with the results. She knows a lot about the products and I never fear that she will make a mistake. She is very friendly and I like to get my hair done with her. She often calls me after a couple of days to make sure that I am completely please with the results.I just want to than Carmen for the wonderful job and the friendly services that she always provides. I recommend Carmen to all my friends and family. Thank you.

The more I look at my hair the more I am finding crooked hair cut. Very uneven! And way over priced! I payed $50 and end up with hair that was unevenly cut by Paul. His hands are very shaky, and when hes measuring your hair in the front he routinely made one side longer than the other. Now it is the next day I have already had someone else he works with fix it when my hair is down so that it looks straight at least, but she had to take off one more inch to fix his mistake. And now I have my hair in a ponytail for work and there is more uneven hair! I am beyond livid! I plan on asking for my money back today after work! And he not only cut my hair unevenly he also says I have to wash your hair (even though it was already clean) you have to have a blow dry you have to have hair straightened (even though my hair was already straight and the straightener literally did nothing!) All without telling my that they would be extra and he never gave me option when speaking. He just pulled them out and said you need this. The more I think about it and the more I find screw ups the more mad I get!

I have been to the salon two times and both times service has been amazing.

I got the CHI Straightener Perm with Zina, she was detailed detailed and did a great job on my hair; no damage and I’m LOVING my perm! No more straightening my hair; I just shower and brush my hair, it’s just great! I really recommend Zina, she’s a master stylist, and just really delivers on what you want.

Summer was amazing! My hair has never looked better.
