My contractor sent me to International Bath and Tile for me to find a replacement faucets for 3 of my sinks. Woooooa what a find. I was incredibly pleased with the assistance provided by Lorin, her knowledge of the industry, pricing and design ideas made the entire experience a joy! Try and get that service at Home Depot or Amazon! Even better, one of my faucets I had replaced suggested to me was in Graffs clearance - Not only is it beautiful but It was so reduced in price I thought I was stealing

I ordered a Faucet on 05/06/2021. After 3 weeks the order status was still Processing. Plumbtile could not tell me shipping estimate date. Eventually I asked to cancel the order. After 8 days of cancelation I still has not received my refund. My two last messages are ignored. Now I have to open credit card dispute. Waste of time. My bathroom project was delayed for a month because of them.

As.a Realtor I get asked all the time for recommendations and without hesitation I recommended International Bath & Tile to all my clients who are looking to do either a large remodel or just to upgrade their home.

Not a good experience.. Buyer Beware applies here. They do not have items in stock, in fact I waited 3 weeks for an item. Ordered 9/18, due to receive 10/2. They do not update status on orders until YOU follow up which includes any information you need like tracking info, and their website is misleading you to believe items are in stock when actually they are not. Their website baits with discount offers but in my opinion, it is not worth it. I had a better experience with Build.com. I am dreading on whether I will need a refund. I will update my review and add or delete a star depending on their customer service.

Fantastic selection and price. I was able to get the contemporary faucet I was looking for at $200 lower than the competitor I saw online.

Same experience as EVERYONE else.Ordered item, never shipped. Told day after day by the same service rep that it would ship the next day and she would email the tracking #. Next day, nothing.Finally cancelled. Hope to get my $$ back.

Buyer beware...although it may appear that items are In-Stock on the website, you will find that they are not. And in fact are very backordered. Of course they have already charged your credit card for the purchase. I ended up having to cancel half my order due to this; which they did. Took numerous calls to customer service to get the refund processed only to be told of a 12% cancellation fee. This was never mentioned previously. Would not do business with this company again,.

We walked in to look at some shower valves for our master bathroom and the woman sitting behind the desk was SUPER rude!!! NO customer service. Probably would of purchased a bunch of items but they totally lost my business. Life’s to short to deal with customer service like that. It’s to bad it seems as if they have some really nice items. I will be telling all my buddies who are contractors to stay away!

They are great at helping you to purchase items but not great at helping with returns. I have tried to contact them for more than 10 days and no response to my return request.

Abysmal customer service. While I understand we are in a pandemic and there are delays, that is no excuse for lack of communication or misleading information about my order. Plumbtile has had my money for two months. Not once has the company initiated contact with me about the delay: all communication has had to be initiated by me. When after six weeks of waiting I finally asked to cancel my order, I was told it would ship the following Monday. It didnt. When I again had to inquire after the order, I was told that it would ship that Friday. Again, it didnt. And when yet again I had to follow up, I received no response at all.

Took forever to get my double sided toilet paper shipped to my home. Only to be even more disappointed to discover that the toilet paper holder is two times as big as the picture depicted. Tried to return the product and they emailed a form to request a return. They do not send shipping labels like normal companies to stick to the box and drop off at a postal company. On top of that they stated that I would pay a 35% restocking fee plus shipping and handling. So they would basically get a returned item for free. What a joke. I rather donate it to Goodwill. I will NEVER do business with this joke of a company again nor will any and everyone I know!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

They offer items they cannot deliver -- beware of anything thats not in stock. I waited three months only to be told -- again -- that it would be another three weeks before the item shipped. Sometimes its better to go bricks and mortar so you can look a person in the eye while they lie to you. On the other hand, they are happy to tell you that its the suppliers fault. My feeling is, if you cannot deliver an item, do not carry it in your store.

Horrible experience. Having been waiting for my faucet to be delivered for more than 2 weeks. First was told it is being rushed for shipping. Then was told it is discontinued. Next replacement was to be overnighted by yesterday (Oct 1, 19). No sign of even shipping confirmation. Calling their office - operator just hangs up! Had to call from a different line to even be answered.

Update on 10/21.Dawn and her manager reached out. They did everything to help me cancel my order eventually. The full order is refunded! Thank you!The sales person Dawn told me the faucets that I wanted will ship immediately. I placed the order last Thursday, credit card is charged immediately. Today is Tuesday, my order still hasnt shipped yet. After placing the order, Dawn never responds over email again. Had to call her to get any kind of updates. She kept saying she was working on the order and would call me back, which never happens.Also please be aware, they have 12% cancellation fee and 15%-35% restock fee.

Good prices, shipping problems: needed prodding to get my order out.I placed an order late on a Friday night. I thought it might ship on Saturday (showroom is open on Saturday) but definitely expected it to go out by Monday. Order was still showing as pending on Wednesday, so I contact them; they respond and say itll ship that day. Thursday, its still showing as pending, so I write back. No response—still showing as pending that evening. Finally, I get a message Friday morning that it shipped (with a tracking number); it arrived promptly and in good condition a few days later.

If you are looking for high quality plumbing fixtures--both high end and moderately priced--this is a great store. Solid brass fixtures far more durable than home improvement stores at only a slightly higher price. Superb selection of exotic tiles.

I came by to drop off business cards for the workers to offer to customers for tile installation. Metal screen door was locked, the wooden door was cracked open. I pressed the button, and someone pushed the door closed. Didnt even see who I was or what I wanted. A new level of rude.

We read the reviews and decided to check it out. We went in it honestly the showroom has amazing. Unfortunately we were ignored by the staff for over 30 minutes so we simply walked out. There was only one other couple in the store besides us. Horrible customer service.

Don’t expect any customer service if you want to return anything. No return phone call or email. Very rude when you actually can talk to someone. Save yourself some stress and pay a little more somewhere else.

Avoid this place at all costs!Tried for months to return an item then was told it was to late to return it even though I made my first attempt within the 30 day limit!
