Thanks God for this place. They have everything you need for plumbing. We need to support theses small brick and mortar retailers. They arent cheap, but worth every penny. Very friendly and helpful staff. Called them over the phone about availability for a toilet part. When I arrived there, they had all the stuff I needed and other parts I didnt asked (but turned out I used them after all) waiting for me at the counter. Their anticipation saved me another trip to get them. Kudos and keep doing what you do!

Their phone support for product inquiries sucks.When asking the functionality difference between a tankless toilet and a tanked i get an attitude from this guy like Im an idiot for asking.Just what i needed to start my day... Ill go with Lowes... theyre cheaper anyways.

ZERO stars. After being transferred 5 times (how big is this place) the man tells me that because I am a homeowner he cant tell me anything. I repeat 3 times, I am calling to find out if you have a part in stock so I can send my contractor to pick it up. He tells me it is against California state law for him to give me this information! Eiyiyi. Please use Johnstone Supply... they gave me the info in 30 seconds and my contractor is on his way over to pick up the part!

I am not gonna lie, 2 things, these guys rocks and they are slow as snails. I have spent more time here at this location than at some of my jobsites. I used to hate coming here until i started working for someone else now i get paid to wait around. If there is a part you need this is the place to go, they can really help you out, just plan to have extra time here when you come in. I miss my boy Robert Lopez he used to help out but now he is at the Carlsbad branch, everyone here is friendly. Couldnt ask for a netter group of people.

Very slow will call service. Waited an hour while the order was pulled. Was notified 4 days ago that everything was in stock, ready for pickup, but 2 items werent able to be found.
